Only 1 person working trying to accommodate a bunch of checkins, we couldn’t get keys to our rooms bc machine was broke. Beds were not queens as advertised they were full. Shower was dirty. No pool but advertised there was. Always issues with this hotel, every year. Staff tries but are stressed.

The hotel is good overall, but we booked this hotel because of the pool. Our kids were excited to swim after the long car ride. Unfortunately, the pool is under construction and can’t be used. The hotel should announce this ahead of time so families can factor it into their planning.

All of the staff were friendly and our room was spacious! The indoor pool was not heated and was cold. Not enough towels, it was evening so laundry should have been completed. The breakfast was mediocre. Great idea for the automatic pancake machine however it does need a tune up as only 1 side was completely cooked.

Bathroom was dirty. Tub and tub faucet filthy. Faucet covered with calcium. Clearly not cleaned in a long time. Back of door has something on it like old dried onto it. Building in disrepair, dirty. We checked out after 1 night and found another place to stay.

Very direct if I could leave a 0 star I would had roaches in the room. Couldn’t even shower the entire stay because the shower was filthy. The only good thing at this place was the lady that works at the front desk Akeila was very sweet and professional.

Very convenient off of the highway. Property is very up to date except for the rooms. A lot of peeling wall coverings and other minor deficiencies. Bent shower rod, broken electrical plates, etc. Also was frustrated with guests that parked their vehicles with trailers in the nearest spots. Not sure how much control they would have over that though.

Warm greeting upon arrival. Room bigger than expected, perfect for 6 people (adults). We had to get sheets for the pull out, but it was quick. Shower pressure was low but Dove products were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone! Quick check out.

There was a lot of good here….. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was incredibly clean and much larger than we were used to. This hotel had the best breakfast buffet of any Holiday Inn we’ve ever been at (that’s a lot). The biscuits were fluffy, the gravy was flavorful, and the nice lady running it was very quick to help and restock. A few disappointing things, though….. The first floor of the hotel was under construction. This construction wasn’t as bad as most, but I really wish hotels had to inform us of construction. We booked for the pool so that my son could get some laps in over break……but the pool wasn’t open. It’s usually not a big deal, but we specifically booked for the pool. The plumbing was old. The shower sputtered and took forever to heat up. The toilet flushed so loudly it put my son off (mild sensory issues). I imagine it would put young children off too. None of this was bad enough to put us off for good. The room size and breakfast will probably have us coming back, if we don’t need a pool next time.

Check in was very slow because there was only person working, but the employee was very friendly and helpful . We were able to get the rest we needed before continuing with our travel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the free breakfast was an added bonus.

When I arrived I was told they are sold out and they did not have my reservation. After I showed them my Expedia itinerary she somehow miraculously found me in her system. Then she told me someone else had checked into my room and that she was going to go up to my room to see if anyone was there. After she came down and told me no one was in my room she finally got my key cards 45 minutes later. What a start….

Room next to us had a bunch of unsupervised kids between 8-12 years old (guess). Door slamming, yelling, fighting and overall loud disaster. We got no sleep after 630am either night. Had a 14 hour drive home and it was miserable with no sleep. Complained several times with no help. Lots of desk people in the next room glued to their phones.

The manager, Mr. Dinkins, was super friendly and welcoming after a long travel day. Sandy, the night clerk, was exceptionally courteous. I had a sleepless night and wandered to the lobby at 1am. She got me hot water for tea. After a chat, I realized that she is a conscientious employee and cares for her customers. She goes the extra mile. The hotel was very nice. It was comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had an unexpected stay here when my 94 year old mom became urgently sick while traveling. Thank God we found Bon Secours hospital where with Gods help they saved her life. We stayed at the HI for 10 unexpected nights. The staff new our situation and continually gave us late check outs till we knew we were staying and then extended our stay. This allowed us to stay in the same room. The assistant manager (I’m sorry with all the trauma I forgot her name) She asked regularly how mom was doing and had I eaten. She called the manager and they comped us a night! We were surprised and so thankful. They blessed us!

The hotel is very nice and clean. Room was clean and comfortable. We arrived after and the front desk lady went and found a luggage carrier for me which was great! Didn’t want to carrier all the luggage we had. The front desk ladies were very nice and friendly. The hotel has easy access for smokers to go thru side doors with your key card. I like that a lot. Breakfast was great! They even had a pancake maker that makes two pancakes in one minute. Never seen that before. I love my stay here and I advise others to stay here as well. They even helped with my billing and booking. Had a little trouble on my end not their fault and they were very helpful and understanding about my situation.

Room was spacious and clean but no sheets for sofa bed and TVs had only 3 working channels. I called down to front desk and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Walked down to front desk to address these issues and was told they would send someone. Nobody ever came. Front desk not responsive at all. Disappointed in the service from the front desk considering the price we paid (there were cheaper hotels in the area).

This was a great choice for an overnight stay on our drive down south from Boston. Staff was great, breakfast was ready on time and there are a couple of places to eat across the street that you can walk to. We tried the Mexican place and it was fine. Room was clean and has soap, shampoo etc. and all you need is your toothbrush, toothpaste and a chance of clothes. The area seems safe too and away from random people walking around that might break into your car. Highly recommend for overnight on road trips.
