All ground level rooms are for smoking. So had to climb filthy outdoor stair case to get to 2nd floor. No glasses or coffee making equipment in the room Took amazingly long to get hot water in bathroom which lacked hand soap. Breakfast was only some dry cereal. Definitely not worth the money.

There was an old washcloth in the microwave. There were cigarette holes in the bedspread. The parking lot needs work. It had a huge pothole that I did not see Until I ran in it, because it was full of water at night so you could not tell it was a whole

The rooms were ok & this sounds crazy but it was very crowded with construction vehicles & flood help from Hurricane Helene. We had a bit of trouble being able to park.

It was dirty outside and the screens on most of the second floor windows looked to be either cut or torn. Clientele observed in parking lot made it not seem like a safe place to stay or leave our vehicle in the parking lot. My husband made us leave and we did not even check in.

Our room was upstairs and inside. (No elevator). The downstairs was all smokers bc they had external entry. It just felt like a sketchy area. The room was not clean. I mean they needed some sosp, water and disinfectant to scrub the walls and surfaces. Who knows when the linens had been cleaned. Im glad i didn't have a black light. Someone brought us more towels but didnt touch the rest of room. There were no "do not disturb" hangers. The staff (2 people at desk)were nice though.

I arrived around 4 pm. The stairs were dirty. There was trash piled up outside the upstairs door. There was trash outside several rooms and a big screen tv in the hall way. My room was nice but teh TV was unplugged and I had to move a heavy dresser to plug it in. And there was no Ice machine.

The pictures that are used to advertise do not exist at this location. Beware, bed bugs and cockroaches. I stayed in the first room with two TV'S and neither worked didn't get bitten by bed bugs but they put me in a room 4 doors down and I was eaten up!!! They wouldn't even discount the room, full charge... There are no safety stripps in the bathtub, Beware you will fall, the water is too soft, it's oily like!!! It will not rinse the soap off of your body...

this place is horrible and needs to be shut down! The first room that we got looked like a scene from a horror movie! The next room the air or the lights wasn’t working. The hallway to the rooms was hotter than outside. The last and final room had bedbugs!! Do not stay here!

Checked in and left the same day , rooms have mold , broken acs , ceiling falling down . The customer service was absolutely terrible traveling with2 infants and a toddler and weren’t able to stay due to the conditions of the property

Our nonsmoking room smelled terrible, like someone had been smoking for years upon years. Floors and windowsill were dirty, hairs on the floor in the bathroom. We spent the day fishing, planned to sleep overnight and return home in the morning. When we saw and smelled the condition of the room, we decided to drive back home and not sleep there. Total waste of roughly 80 dollars. Won’t ever return and would not recommend. Wish we could get our money back.

Kind of a tired old hotel that needs some repairs. For example I plugged in my phone, outlet did not work and when I pulled out the plug the whole outlet came off the wall. But you get what you pay for and if you do not mind things like pealing plaster, falling paint, and cigarette holes in bed coverings (not smoking room)...ok for a night.

Two of the lamps did not work. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Socket by sink didn't work so couldn't use curling iron. People next door partied outside door until 3am. Did not feel safe. Room seemed clean and bed OK. Just things were falling apart and not a safe place to be.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The first room we had had no A/C; second one had a TV that didn't work; bathroom fan didn't work; mold in bathroom; electric fixture had a broken plate - open wires; furnishings looked to be 50 years old. We cut our stay short and went to another hotel. Worst excuse for a hotel I've ever seen.

We checked in around 9:30pm and were exhausted. The room smelled, someone was smoking pot in the next room. We turned the ac and it helped a little. The rug didn't look vacuumed, the coat rack was falling off the wall, when we were getting ready to go to sleep, the power on half the room went out and we ended up getting moved to another room which was in just a bad condition. Furniture was falling apart, all the light fixtures were rusty, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the curtains didn't close. This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at.

I reserved a king bed room. I got a 2 queen room with an air conditioner that didn't work. I asked to moved, full up. It was a warm, very uncomfortable evening. I was moved to a king-size bed room apparently near the full time residents. The room next to mine had a barking dog. Other people had dogs in the rooms, grills set up and lawn chairs? My nonsmoking room had a burn hole in the comforter, cigarette butts in the window I had to prop open because the a/c didn't work. All in all a very unpleasant experience!

My room was changed 5 times with no professionalism to address my concerns. I had no towels or wash cloths to shower, found a roach on top of the dresser, tv malfunctional, as well as lights, and no remorse was shown for our horrible experience until the end of the stay when there was a shift change in the morning.

When we arrived at the property we had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to check us in, they were not at the desk. our room had no smoke decetor, the fan in the bathroom was hanging for the ceiling, the safe was broken, the tv would stop playing a movie. tile in the bathroom was cracked, the water was warm to almost cold.

Dirty needs painting odors broken furniture trash under bed no where to plug in lamps that where there.ac unit broken. Light and fan in bathroom going on and off. Chain and lock on door broken. Again dirty rusted stairs to get to second floor. People hanging outside in groups not feeling safe. Never again

Expedia offered me a king-size bed, when I arrived at the hotel it was not available, it offered me a hotel on colonial beach and that was not true, the shower in the hotel bathroom had a water leak that wet the entire bathroom floor. And finally I made the reservation for Friday, April 21, and by the way they made it for Friday, May 5 to charge me an extra to the reservation that was already paid. I feel like my money was stolen, they offered me a room with breakfast and when I went to breakfast there was nothing. Not even the dishes at all. A real scam.

Several of the lamps had not light bulbs, There was no umber sign on the room and one of the outlets would not hold a plug. They fell right out. There was no breakfast. Price was good, but was obvious was it was a lower price.
