Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach/Norfolk Airport

This was my first time staying here and all was well until my last day when my family and I were told to vacate

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I probably won’t stay here again. Two reasons- we had two rooms, not near each other, in both, the toilets barely flushed and took a long time for the water to refill. Wasn't that important enough to fix? Also, I felt the housekeeping did the barest minimum of taking care of the room. We were there for five days. They didn’t replace the toilet paper roll, came in made the bed and left towels, that’s it. As guests, we shouldn’t have to ask for this. We left a tip everyday, I did expect a better job of tidying up the room. It is a very nice, clean hotel. I was very surprised at the lack of care of the room while staying there.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. No shuttle service to airport. Poor customer service.

Front end staff was amazing and went out her way to help us

Nice clean room , and good breakfast assortment.
