We really liked staying here. The resort is beautiful. It has two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, an large hot tub, plus has a nice fire pit area under a pergola, and a lot more. The views of the mountains were really nice.

We chose Topnotch for a last minute getaway for a night and it definitely did not disappoint. The indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs were just what my husband and I needed. I wish we were staying longer! Tons to do, I loved how you could get carriage rides, and I saw a lot of fun activities we could have done. Definitely will be coming back!

We liked the property, we found that some areas are due for update. The adult pool need update as you will find the tiles, especially the ones above the water level unclean an the corners of the pool have webs That look unappealing. As a whole we will come back as it checks most of the positives.

Loved the pool and outdoor hot tub. The room was very clean beds were comfortable. Very happy with the accommodations. I loved getting a little piece of delicious chocolate each night of our stay. We will be back. I highly recommend staying here.

The front desk staff was friendly and their was plenty of convenient parking spaces. The location is great. The recreation path across the road is perfect for morning runs/bike rides. The property itself could use some TLC. The rooms and common areas are starting to look a bit tired and dated. We had dinner at the restaurant by the lobby. We were very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. I realize that everyone is understaffed and the staff that does show up is overwhelmed. Hats off to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly and our room was very clean.

Stunning views from the outdoor pool and hot-tub. The facilities were very good and the whole hotel was very clean. There was a slight lack off staff particularly in the bar. The food was very expensive and not particularly good. The firepits in the evening and free cookies were a lovely touch.

Topnotch is a cozy warm clean hotel with a nice bar and real fireplace. They also have a spa as well as an outdoor and indoor hot tub . It’s east parking and easy getting to your room. It is very quick to the mountain as well as Ma ny nice restaurants !

Nice hotel! The restaurant seems recently renovated and is quite nice. Rooms are older but quaint…wood construction so noise from rooms above can be an issue. Nice facilities but ridiculous prices for indoor tennis and pickleball! Food is good.

I always enjoy my stay at Topnotch. However this time I was put into room 110. I asked to be moved into another room further away from foot traffic. As well as the traffic outside my windows. The people at the front desk said I could change rooms but at an increase of price. Unfortunately I could hear every door open and slam closed. I could also see the foot traffic right outside my room, and they could see me. Sadly the sounds were constant and very disturbing every few minutes during busy times. I didn’t sleep well due to the noise. I would think that the staff would be offering me an extra stay for a very good price/ discount. I stayed for 3 nights at full price, I would have thought that certainly the staff would want to be certain that my needs were met. I was rather put off and very surprised when they were unwilling to accommodate me. A property like Topnotch should be as concerned with their clients pleasure and comfort as they are with their earnings. Aside from that I enjoyed everything else.

For a resort that charges an obscene amount and passes itself off as 4 stars, I would not expect: scuff marks on the wall; outdated room and even more outdated bathroom; no cell phone usb plug in; no central air, ac unit in wall thus making loud noise all night long; internet extremely slow; walls very thin; food was no good; the pool and spa closes at 7... 7!; no mini fridge; no curtain to block out morning light, etc....

I don't love going to your property because it's super relaxing but this time I was with you we had a problem because we went out to dinner at your restaurant but my wife had a drink in her hand and bartender shouted from one corner to another that she couldn't He entered the restaurant with that drink in front of everyone from one corner to another and told him that he was already closing that he would no longer have time to serve dinner if it was 8:00 and the restaurant was closing at 9:00 and he was in a very bad mood. and I don't feel ashamed

The staff here is special!! They go above and beyond to help and keep a friendly demeanor no matter what! Starting with Carol, Michael, Jeff, Rafael, Ricky, Troy, Basellio, Carlos, Alex, Dustin, Nina, the cleaning people etc. i wish i could remember all of their names. But they are wonderful! Made our stay comfortable and welcoming

The hotel is fantastic mainly because of the wonderful staff. Everyone was polite, helpful and welcoming. In particular, Danielle at the front desk was outstanding and generous with my accommodation request. I cannot thank her enough. Loved the steam room, dining room, every room!

The establishment is a really good establishment but the staff is terrible when I was going to the restaurant I was yelled at by one of the staff to not bring to alcohol instead the restaurant and although I understand to not to bring alcohol he did not need to yell in front of everyone. When we sat down we were told that the restaurant was closing when it was 8 o clock and the restaurant closes at 9:00. I came to celebrate my son’s birthday and was very disappointed with how I was treated by the staff

Went for a girls weekend trip and from the moment we got to topnotch until the moment we left the service was excellent from all of the staff. The indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were excellent to wind down and relax. The restaurant was also good as well. The fire pit in the patio was a nice touch to make s’mores

Loved the peacefulness of the resort, food was great (although the live entertainment was so loud I could not have any dinner conversation), room was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was exceptional for applying makeup - kudos to the designer! Would visit again.

The hotel is nice but needs updates around the grounds. The flowers are gorgeous but there needs to be some paint and renovations. The drinks were good and the food was like pub food but good. No fine dining. Definitely a 3-4 star room. Prices should be max 325.00 a night.
