Staff was great. Room was clean and cute. Only problem was sound coming from upper floor. Could hear talking, movement of guests above us. Also the heating and air cooling system kicked on often and was noisy. The restaurant was fine, bartender was great and food was tasty. Hot tub was not allowed to be used by children under 12, so we couldn’t take advantage of it with our kids. Good location. Beautiful pool. We used the 10% discount offer on hotel website to rent bikes and a bike trailer and enjoyed the rec path.

We stayed at Outbound the second week of September. We rented a cabin for 4 nights. The place was immaculate. The staff friendly. The grounds manicured. The drinks and food delicious. We ate 2 of our 4 dinners at Eastsides. The pool and hot-tub were quiet due to the time of year but they were sparkling. We will 100% be back. Can’t wait!

The good - The property is unique, clean, and overall welcoming. All of the staff that we encountered were really friendly. If you are here in the summer you have to make it a point to check out the stream in the back. The water is so clean and it’s very picturesque. The bad- The bathroom in the room had no working ventilation, it was very very humid and just never seemed to dry out. The common area in our building was just blah and the door was left open a lot so there were a ton of beetles inside. The beetles in general were a pain, they are EVERYWHERE outside, but that was everywhere we went in Vermont this season. The resort cannot likely help that. Overall the place is great and I would not hesitate staying again.

Couldn’t get the vibe online but it’s a roadside motel (with additional options like cabins I guess). I stayed for a night which was nice. Some road noise but the heater/ac unit drowned it out. Nice hot tub, comfy bed, free parking, and friendly staff. For long term I’d personally prefer a resort; but I do like the chic revamped motel for a short stay.

Our single night stay at Outbound Stowe was good. As it was a quick overnight stay we didn't utilize some of the features of the hotel. The restaurant was closed on the day we arrived, but there are many nearby. The pool area was very nice though the water was cold in August, so we spent more time in the hot tub. They have connected the hotel to the Stowe Recreational Path that runs along the river with a beautiful bridge nearby. And there is more hiking available across the street at Cady Hill Forest. You can rent gear from the hotel if needed.

Hotel was great, grounds were lovely, pool area has a great vibe and is a fun space to relax. Bar has good drink options. Good place to bring your family for a get away. Housekeeping could be a little more thorough, had to call to get trashes emptied. Other than that everything was great, will be going back.

The stay was average. The room was clean, but there were a few little things that were kind of annoying. The AC/heat unit was super loud, so I ended up turning it off to get some sleep. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock and kept sliding open, which was awkward. I also found there weren’t enough accessible power outlets for charging devices, which is something I think most travelers need nowadays. Lastly, the coffee pot was dirty. I don’t usually use it, so it didn’t impact my stay much, but still worth noting.

The property is very nice and they have good amenities. The room we booked, the king suite, did not match the photos in that the room was compartmentalized and small as opposed to the larger open room in the photos. There also isn’t a sliding door out to a patio and the bathroom wasn’t as it appeared either. Very disappointing given the “upgrade” this suite is supposed to entail. The floors were also sandy, but they were quick to fix for us. Overall it is a nice property. Just a little disappointed with the room given the photos and price. Would probably book a standard room if visiting again.

Parking was plentiful when we went. All the staff I encounter were very welcoming and friendly. The 2 king room was very spacious for my family. Everything was very clean. The only minor deduction would be the walls and ceiling are a bit thin. You could hear people above us walking around in the morning. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel itself was great. I would note that if you are a light sleeper, then skip this place. You can hear literally everything from other units as there is no sound insulation. We could hear full conversations and tv shows. They also may want to invest in door mats from the snow

The hotel is in a great location—easy access to Stowe Mountain with a shuttle stop right outside and close to downtown Stowe and restaurants. The free coffee in the lobby and pre-orderable breakfast sandwiches were great perks. However, the room was extremely small with little space for luggage, which was difficult for a ski trip. There was no designated ski storage, so we had to leave them in the car—surprising for a ski town hotel. Additionally, there was no entry mat, so wet shoes tracked snow onto the limited floor space, and we had to use a towel instead. Snow removal was another issue—the staff cleared the sidewalk but left snow piled in front of our door, making entry difficult. Our sink was also clogged upon arrival, and the front desk seemed aware of the issue but hadn’t addressed it before check-in. The outdoor hot tub was nice but overly foamy, likely due to a buildup of oils and lotions. Overall, the hotel has potential, but for the price, these issues should be resolved to improve the guest experience.

It’s a great value/price. Excellent location and facilities. Rooms are new but rather small, it’s a challenge for 3 or more people. The only problem was the HVAC, it was so noisy you must turn it off to get some sleep.

Outbound Stowe is a really nice nice stay. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shops and very walkable in the area. It also connects directly to the bike/walking path which is beautiful! The pool is great and it's nice to have a restaurant/bar on site. If you have a dog they provided a cute bed and bowl for mine and a free toy. It was such a nice touch. My only complaint is the front desk staff are somewhat clueless and unhelpful. I asked if there was any more creamer for the morning coffee and the girl could care less and just said "We're out". Ummm your serving a hotel full of people and you have 1 carton of creamer available? Hot tip. There's a Mobile gas station next door and you can get better coffee all day there.

I had a wonderful stay at Outbound Stowe. There is transportation that picks you up right at the hotel and brings you to the mountain. The bar and hot tub are very conveniently located near each other. The pavilion rooms had an extremely large bathroom and the room was very spacious. I would recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay in Stowe’s Outbound. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. Our only problem was that our room was right next to the bar/club on the property next door. The music was loud and went on until about midnight. We would definitely request a different location the next time.

Outbound is a Top place to stay on my list for a night or a whole week in Stowe. Perfect location on mountain road with a ton of restaurants and trails around! I recommend to who ever is planning a trip to Stowe, Vermont.

A great combination of trendy and classic. My teenage son really enjoyed the motel. The hot tub, pool, and outdoor chess were a big hit. Beds were comfortable. Only downside is not much of a breakfast option.
