Nice room with a nice pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub jets weren’t working and the hot tub itself was closed the last night of my stay. Maintenance like this should be done in a timely manner for minimum effect on guests. I was also disappointed with access while trying to lug my full suitcases between car and room.

Like the safe feeling, close proximity to gas and a few dining options. Enjoyed the outdoor poola and lounging chairs but was dissapointed the hot tub jets didnt work during our stay. Room was okay, could use some better pillows. Carpets in hallway could use an update. One suggestion would maybe also having a bbq or two for guest use or even a firepit. They definately have the space to do it in the courtyard and lounge areas and would probably add more value to the hotel stay.

Things are slowly changing from visit to visit. $100 damage deposit, water that was complimentary last time now $2 a bottle. Room lacking in cleanliness, dusty in corners and dead bugs. Hvac is quite noisy and finicky. But, staff is friendly, bed is clean and comfortable and adequate amenities. Restaurant/ bar now seems closed. It was nice to finally have the pool open and cared for!

For days the key system was down and the employees had no idea what to do. We got locked out of our room one day and they had to let us in with their manual key. The answer, make sure someone is in your room to let you in so you don’t get locked out. The hotel was nice otherwise but there’s no reason for parking to be $10 a day in this area.

The staff here was actually very welcoming, which I appreciated, and check-in was smooth. The room itself was fine — nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. On the downside, I did notice some things that could’ve been better kept up. For example, there were chips left on the staircase from Friday night through Sunday morning, which made it feel like the common areas weren’t being maintained as well as they should be. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t really stand out compared to other hotels in the same range.

The room that I had (110) was VERY stinky when I arrived. Truly, it smelled like stinky socks and shoes. Rather than changing rooms because I liked the location, I had to go purchase some room fresheners to alleviate the smell. I am not sure if it is related to a mold problem, or a previous guest, but it was very pungent and bothersome.

The cleanliness of our room was not good. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was hair in the tub and outside of the tub. There was several red stains on the carpet and brown stains that n ceiling above the bed. The shade portion of the curtains had quite a lot of dirt/stains. It was very disappointing

The shower has mildew all over it. It really just needs a good cleaning. The commons look run down and under cleaned in some areas. Floors especially.

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Front desk staff were pleasant. The layout of the hotel was a little different. The ice/vending and elevator weren't easily located; they were at the far end of the building, away from the check in counter and no where near the center of the floors. This wasn't a well thought out plan. We were disappointed in breakfast. The entire area - tables for seating and buffet of food- were very dirty. Many of the food choices were empty, as well as the coffee, and there was still some time to go before they closed breakfast for the day. This wouldn't be our first choice of a hotel when we are back in the area.

Hot tub jets didn’t work, carpets were dated and in need of replacement. Air conditioning didn’t work our first night but was quickly replaced the next morning. Nothing with walking distance of the hotel other than the gas station. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Room was very comfortable and location is very convenient. Bath was partially updated, shower and tile was old and stained. Don’t know why you would only remodel half of a hotel bathroom??! Breakfast food was terrible. Potatoes tasted like styrofoam.

Generically ok midline hotel. Bed was hard but ok. Room was dark but pretty clean. There was a hot breakfast choice of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, but really no other pastry or breakfast items. Hotel is long so you either get a room at the very front on the first floor or if you wanted a elevator had to walk the length of the hotel to get to it.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue was the heating. We could not get the room to cool below 66 at bedtime and the dan would not shut off. Wr were concerned it was preset. The volume on the tv doesn't go up past a point and hard to hear over the fan. Otherwise all good.

The bed was so uncomfortable! The bedsheets can not be stretch to move wrinkles. I tried! The pillows are even worse. They a small, wrinkled and could hardly support my head. I have to use all 4 pillows to get a little comfortable.

Nice big place, but not well maintained or remodeled. Shabby finishes. Room was not clean. Heater in bathroom did not work. Water did not get hot. AC/Heat t-stat did not work and fan was extremely loud. Beds were good. Staff was extremely nice and good.

This property put my wheelchair bound husband in a 2nd floor room stating this was the only ADA room available to us even though I had requested a ground floor ADA room well prior to our stay . And was assured that was not a problem via Email from the property. My husband did not sleep the entire night from anxiety about not being able to get out if a fire occured as he is totally wheelchair bound and only elevators where available to get him out When I brought this to the managers attention my concerns where dismissed

Booked three rooms on two itineraries and the hotel insisted we had only two. Could not argue late at night and had to get Hotels.com involved to eventually get a refund. Good work by Hotels.com, but terrible on the hotel's part. No attempt to even fix the guffaw after bringing it up. There are tons of competitors in the area. Skip this and go to them. Everything else was average.

It was easier to find and very quiet which really serve the purposes as we came there a night for a restfull sleep. We were disappointed by the in room maid service, our beds were not properly made each morning and the maids did not do any cleaning in the bathroom except replacing the towels. The customers services employees were friendly and welcoming.

Wasn’t terrible but it didn’t start off great. I arrived at the hotel at 2:15/2:20 PM and was told that I would have to pay $30 to check in early or wait until after three. I asked to leave my bags behind the counter and they assigned me a room in advance, so I assume that the room was ready to go. I just think it’s poor customer service when I was within 45 minutes of the check-in time. I travel a lot for work and I have not experienced this at other hotels. I arrived to a different hotel the day prior and they checked me in at 11 AM With no issue or complaints. Other than that, the 2 girls behind the desk in the evening were friendly. When I arrived to my room I was a little bit horrified at the state. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been wiped down properly and there was throw up or some kind of substance on the curtains, the bedding also didn’t smell fresh like the hotel I stayed in the night before. I was disappointed with the cleanliness but didn’t report it to staff, at that point, I couldn’t be bothered.

The area was lovely and quiet even though it’s really close to the highway (convenient). There are a few nicer restaurants in the area within a 5-10 minute drive. My only concern was that it was hard to see from the road. The hotel is tucked behind a gas station and a small strip mall. There is a small sign but we drove right past. I pulled into a side road and then a parking lot to figure out where we were and there was the hotel. A larger sign might be helpful.

This Hotel is nice because it's so close to the fwy. The area is quiet and safe. It's clean. The Breakfast was terrible. We ate sausage and eggs for 3 days without any other options. The staff doesn't even say good morning and even the breads are all the same. The front people is helpful esp Virginia. Overall the place is ok. Not sure if we decide to stay or recommend it though.

Wonderful service, beautifully renovated front reception lobby, and clean & comfortable rooms. Staff was very accommodating to our early check-in and late check-out requests and even the dog treats for our puppy was an extra bonus! Slight negatives was the traffic at night (too loud to open the windows) and the lack lustre selection at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was complimentary though so can’t complain too much. Pros definitely outweighed the cons so would definitely stay here again!

clean property. friendly front desk. Only slight negative was that the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Items not replenished in a timely manner. When we arrived, with 45 minutes still left of service, the coffee was out, we had to wait for clean plates, there were empty food serving dishes, so had to wait for them to be refilled. May of just been understaffed so couldn't keep up with the demand?

It was very nice, clean and spacious. One morning after I got my bowl of cereal, they said they were out of milk. The next morning, The next morning, the coffee was empty. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to bring out more. Breakfast is until 9:30, but they quit bringing out food earlier and you just scrounge around finding what’s left.

Breakfast July 6th.....when out of an item, change over to additional food was very slow and attitudes were basically poor. Egg dish, cheese omelettes we're cold as was the sausage gravy. Potatoes were hard as rocks and also cold.

This was a great stay overall. The only concern is the breakfast area. When servicing the breakfast bar, have the attendant wear gloves for sanitation. She was putting out plates and utensils, touching the service surfaces, without gloves. Also, another resident added his own fruit to the waffle mix. Sounds innocuous, but the risk of contamination is unsafe. Once I saw that, I left.

Quite underwhelming given we booked a suite and were given a room that was just another room with a sofa. Hotels.com support staff was equally unhelpful as they tried to make me believe the hotel were right. Given the room, where it is located and the pedestrian breakfast (in as many disposable plates and plastic cutlery that you want), it was quite a poor experience.
