To find that there was NO elevator was very inconvenient, and of course the overweight night staff did not offer to assist with anything. While it isn't the fault of the staff, someone tried 3 times to enter our room. The walls are so poorly insulated that I could hear the neighbors television and their 6 a.m. alarm woke me up. When the bathroom flooring was installed they left a gap between the edge of the floor and the threshold trim. There's something to be said for a 5 star hotel. This definately was not one of them.

Some of the worst beds ever. Not only Uncomfortable but so noisy! Staff was phenomenal, breakfast good, ice machine broken but staff had someone go get ice at the store. Really appreciated that. Just wish the beds didn’t suck

Right next to a bar/restaurant. Somehow it wasn’t that loud. The window was left unlocked which was a bit scary and there wasn’t a door latch either. I would have never checked the window if it hadn’t been for my husband. Luckily he saw it, as well as leaned the suitcase on the door Incase someone tried to enter that way. Pool was closed unfortunately. However the staff was friendly enough and the room was clean and decent. Kids running around banging on some doors I presume to be staff or family but kept us alone.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here! The room was clean, the bed comfy and this hotel probably had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced when staying abroad! Very close to the wedding venue I was here in town for and right next to a convenience store so we could just walk over for our needs. Wonderful stay for the last two days!

I stayed upstairs near the lobby at the front of the hotel. The walls are thin, i could hear the phone at the front desk ringing, conversations of people talking outside the building near the room. I stayed in the weekend and there was someone in the parking lot with the radio blastingand having a conversation with someone who came out of the hotel. It was difficult getting to sleep or staying asleep. The room appeared clean and bug free. The breakfast was minimal, there was no hot food provided besides waffles or toast that you make. I had a large tv, a small fridge and microwave as well as a desk and small coffe maker.

The beds were squeaky and about as comfortable as sleeping on cardboard boxes. My daughter couldn’t even move to get comfortable in her bed without it squeaking loud enough to wake up my so.

Súper close to the white river amphitheatre we went to for a concert so that was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and probly will for the next concert we go to there.

When i showed up to check in the fronyt desk lady ask for my name. I told her and she said she was unable to find my name. Gave her my itinerary number and she couldn\'t find that either. She tried to tell me how expedia always messes up & don\'t sent over the info. I told her I\'ve used Expedia I\'ve 10 yrs and had a problem. She said, " Even if the fix it on their end the hotel was all booked." They starts to tell me me of other near by towns that have hotels. I didn\'t get to stay there & out my $350

The staff was super nice! We did have a fridge leak in our first room but after bringing it to the attention of the front desk they quickly switched our rooms and went to fix the issue! The lobby smelled very nice and everything was very clean!

Just a place to stay in between the destinations. It has a terrible smell like the carpet got wash and it didn't dry properly. There was no air circulation throughout the building. The breakfast could've been better for the price paid for.

We stayed here one night for a class reunion party. It was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable - everything that is important to us for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nicol at the front desk was courteous, professional and explained things clearly. Breakfast was better than expected as it said it was continental, but they actually had waffles and hard boiled eggs. Coffee was decent. Everything was kept tidy in the breakfast room and we enjoyed talking to the other guests. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Great shower. Wide stairs inside made carrying luggage easy (one small bag). Meh breakfast but sufficed. Mexican restaurant on property is fabulous.
