This property was not as presented. The hotel was under construction to renovate the lobby and breakfast area. The whole place needed a renovation. The door to the room was extremely had to get open. The bathroom floor tile had a big brown stain. The hallways were grubby and all the room doors looked shabby. The outside area around the hotel was dimly lit. The wheelchair acessible entrance was dark. We felt very unsecure in the back parking lot we were directed to so we moved our vehicle to the front under a light. This a big disappointment for a property under the Quality Inn banner.

Good communication from the staff. Checkin was quick. Wifi was not strong in the room I was in and would occasionally drop. The facility was undergoing some construction but it was quiet. Shower head needs either replacement or maintenance. Decent place for the money.

Hotel appeared to be undergoing a remodel. Plenty of free parking but spaces in front of hotel were tight. Check-in fast and painless. Room was pretty small (queen) but clean. Bed comfortable. Temperature well regulated. A bit of outside street noise but not unbearable for a Saturday night. Didn't have high hopes for breakfast but it was surprisingly good. Make your own fresh waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches to heat in microwave, biscuits, gravy, dry cereal, instant hot cereal, fruit juices and coffee. Good for overnight stay.

Front desk tried to charge me twice. Then didn’t return the 107 dollars. Said I had to pay a security deposit then said I would get only 70 something dollars back. Can’t do laundry after 9pm and doesn’t open in the morning until 9am. So I could do laundry and will have to go out of my way tomorrow to do it. Front desk trying to double charge me and tell me my bank statements will show me something different than what happened doesn’t feel right. Feel like they were trying to intentionally double charge me

Clean room. Staff was great. I did not like how the AC was hooked up to the wall thermostat. Part of what I love about a hotel stay, is to be able to freeze my tootsies off. With this set-up, the AC would barely stay on longer than 10minutes. Parking was fine.

We had our room for three nights, however a maid never (!?) came to clean our room or replace towels or replace plastic water cups and coffee packets/cups. When we got back to our room each evening, we had to ask the night attendant to make those replacements. He did a great job assisting us. He kept making apologies but was not able to correct the problem. On the good side, the breakfasts were fantastic with the attendants doing a great job. I probably won't return.

We paid for a non smoking room but when we checked in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We informed the front desk but could not get another room because they were at full occupancy. It was difficult to sleep/stay in the room. The Continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly but the actual room was horrible.

It was a very nice for a 2 star property. Was surprised to get an upgrade when I checked in to a King room. The room was very nice. My only real negatives came from the vehicle noise from being so close to major roads and the noise from the upstairs room above mine. They both made getting sleep more difficult. I would stay there again even though it was a little noisier than I preferred.

There are couple things I would like to comment about: The wifi connection wasn’t very good. It’s like only two bars. The noise outside (next to the busy road) and upstairs were annoying. Even late at night! The toilet flush was scary coz when you flushed, the water slashed out everywhere. So every time you flush you need to stay away from the toilet. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean. That’s all I want to say.

Chris was at the desk when we got there and he was a godsend he helped unload the luggage and pushed my daughter's wheelchair while I was using my Walker he was so sweet when he checked us in and I gave him the cash deposit and he just couldn't seem to do enough for us and I even had to call him when I got back to the room to ask questions because my granddaughter was going to come to the hotel to meet me and he explained the procedure and it was awesome awesome

Great location right off I5 close to restaurant choices, groceries, and a mall is close where we got supplies for our pets. This part of WA is full of homeless and the staff does a great job keeping the place secure and allowing only those who stay in the breakfast area.

It’s an older hotel with a location challenge. Homeless roam the property at times, which I wasn’t fond of. With that said - the staff did a fine job of making me comfortable. They’re friendly and keep everything as clean as they can. The breakfast was decent too.

The Lacey Quality Inn is an excellent choice for a budget stay. It has all the amenities needed to be comfortable for a night or two and is conveniently situated for local parks, restaurants, downtown Olympia and other amenities. Nice clean room too. Thank you.
