Very good. Amazing views. Will be booking here again. The beds are a little stiff/firm for me but I'll pin that on my personal preferences. Close to ferry dock and convenience stores. Door dash had no problem finding the place. No elevator though.

Not a lot of choices for Port Orchard, but this place offers more than meets the eye. For the elderly, breakfast is served on the top floor, laundry is minimal and on the bottom floor. Real laundromat close by to hotel. Good walking path along the sound, good eating places close by, but prices are high in 2025.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. However, the ice machines did not work, so we had to go to the front desk to get ice out of a bag. The beds were clean, but the room needed some minor repairs or at least some TLC. Finally, the property had some plumbing work occurring this week and none of us were notified. I saw a dozen people wandering around the hotel asking if everyone else lost water. All it would have taken is a call or a note. But again, the staff was fantastic.

This is a hotel where the door to your room goes to the outside; if rooms like that make you feel unsafe, you won't want this one. Overall the room was OK but a weird issue it had was that the electrical outlets would work for a while when charging my phone but then stop working. i am not sure why that happened. i tried multiple outlets and ran into the same issue several times. i tried my cords at home and they work fine, so the issue is the hotel. it is a little thing in some ways but it made me paranoid that my phone would die overnight and my alarm wouldnt go off. i got terrible sleep as a result. another issue is that breakfast is included in the rent but the meal room is closed for renovations, so you have to eat in the lobby, which is pretty awkward, or take the food to your room, which is inconvenient.

Check in was kind of a mess but not the receptionist fault and she was very apologetic. Key cards wouldn't work on our first room, but did for the second. Room had a great view and we could hear the ocean all night!!! AC/Heater worked and was on the quieter side. Didn't try the tv, but microwave and fridge worked. Room was clean but had thin walls. Bathroom was a mismatch of wall paper and mold stains. Shower had hot water and lasted my whole shower about 10 mins. We didn't even try to shut the bathroom door as the door came right up to the toliet and unless you want to stand in the shower to close it, it wasn't going to close. Bed was rock hard with a flat sheet and duvet without a cover as your only covers. We also ordered a King, which was not a king, more like a queen. My husband is 6' and had to sleep diagonal or bend his knees to stay on the bed. The ice maker was broken but front desk had bagged ice. Breakfast room was being remodeled but food was supplied in the small front lobby which could only fit a couple people at a time. We didn't try anything offered for breakfast, opting for the Breakfast house down the street instead. Check out was quick.

The MOTEL is worn out; wallpaper peeling off the walls, ice machines out of service, laundry facilities dirty. There are permanent/long term residents staying here, smoking outside all hours of the night giving a creepy vibe, dogs barking in rooms, and loud vehicles with poor mufflers revving up several times during the night; people working on their car engines in the parking lot. The bed was very hard and caused my back and hips to ache making it difficult to sleep. We had housekeeping come 1 day (our choice) and the empty shampoo bottle and soaps were left on the side of the tub and were not replenished. The used paper coffee cups and plastic water cups were not thrown away and not given clean ones. We checked out a day early. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was for the close grassy area to take our dogs, but there is a lot of dog poop all over because people don’t clean up after their pets. We will not be staying here again.

I expected an older property given the location but our room and the property in general was old...stained and dirty-looking carpet throughout with a huge stain in our room. An uncomfortable bed in a room that was large but stale-smelling. Their breakfast was not in the breakfast room...that I was told was being renovated so it was in the lobby and was snacks. No elevator for the upper floor. It was "ok" for two nights but there is apparently a better option in the little town of Port Orchard so I would caution those looking to stay there. However, given the rates in and around Seattle-Tacoma, it is certainly moderately priced.

The room looked like it has had a minor upgrade fairly recently. But still looked old and tired. The bed was very hard. The sheets very thin. There was no blanket. Only a heavy comforter/ bedspread. The bathroom is very small. There were plenty of towels which is a great feature. The air conditioner was noisy. There are not many places to stay in this location. Overall ok.

The bathroom light also operated an exhaust fan which sounded like a noisy truck. One of the other rooms left the light/fan on all night. It made sleeping a bit difficult. Our room’s TV box was broken and we didn’t have TV service for the first 2 nights. They finally fixed or replaced it and it was fine the last two nights. The staff was very nice and accommodating as possible considering the issues.

Our room was clean but the beds were doubles and not queens, and were pretty uncomfortable. The place could use a good amount of updating and the breakfast was less than desirable. But, I guess for the money, that’s what you get. It wasn’t an expensive hotel.

After we checked in, we went to the room to make sure everything was in order. After returning later from work, we found someone else in our room! None of our keys worked anymore. They then moved us to a new room. Went to go get our bags and the keys wouldn’t work again so new set of keys! Doesn’t stop there. In the morning we went to check out the breakfast and when returning to the room, the keys wouldn’t work again. After everything that happened, management didn’t offer anything in return for our troubles.

I travel and perform a ton of zoom meetings. The internet is great! Beautiful views! Also, there was a maintenance man named "Juan." Juan really went above and beyond for me just before my meeting. In fact, the entire staff is excellent.

So at 10 at night with 2 kids we had to Search for a hotel. The place was filthy a man sitting in the lounge area with giant scissors cutting his pants. We had an amazing view of the mountains. I thought the hotel was very quiet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This will be my go to when I visit the area.

Upon check in i was offered help to bring my bags in since there wasn't a baggage cart available. That is a first or me. The check in person was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Willing to help in any way. The view was amazing too

Our room was very quiet, the view from the back deck was amazing, the room was clean, beds comfy. Walking path right outside along the water was wonderful. Would highly recommend and will stay again in our next visit!

Location was fantastic, directly on the bay with great views and a convenient walking trail adjacent to the property. Quaint collage a 5 minute walk away. The access to the foot ferries(think water taxi) was just a few more steps. I expe sice and easy way to get take a pleasant 12 minute trip to the attractions, restaurants and museums in Bremerton. The Seattle fast ferry was just steps away from the foot ferry landing and a great way to take a trifoil fast trip (30 minutes) to Pier 50 and all the water front attractions and shops.

Perfect location, the entire charming "seaside" waterfront is within a short walk. You're also a 10 mins walk to the ferry across to Bremerton, and from there, Seattle, Bainbridge etc. Rooms have nice views across the bay to PSNS. Morning coffee, lunch, dinner, drinks, all literally on the doorstep. Even got your own little beach.

Stayed here necause the breakfast looked full and great. Alot of options plenty of seating.. well this is an old photo and they no longer have warm food, waffle maker, or juice dispenser like shown. And the table is half the size along woth only 2 or 3 tables. Very disappointed

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff was wonderful. Room was very nice with a great view. A couple sketchy people hanging around stairwell and property made us make sure the door was locked. Over all a very nice experience. The breakfast offering was superior. Clean and inviting.

Our stay was just okay. The rooms are clean but showing obvious wear. Bed in our room was old & lumpy but the linens were pristine. Breakfast room looked very nice on the 3rd floor but was being used for storage. Breakfast (no hot food except for toaster) was relegated to a very congested lobby. Time for Comfort Inn to put this location on their revamp list!

This is a hotel where the door to your room goes to the outside; if rooms like that make you feel unsafe, you won't want this one. Overall the room was OK but a weird issue it had was that the electrical outlets would work for a while when charging my phone but then stop working. i am not sure why that happened. i tried multiple outlets and ran into the same issue several times. i tried my cords at home and they work fine, so the issue is the hotel. it is a little thing in some ways but it made me paranoid that my phone would die overnight and my alarm wouldnt go off. i got terrible sleep as a result. another issue is that breakfast is included in the rent but the meal room is closed for renovations, so you have to eat in the lobby, which is pretty awkward, or take the food to your room, which is inconvenient.

It was definitely attempted to be clean and updated. But there was a smell in the room and outside there were spiderwebs etc...the view was amazing but the neighbors and parking lot was constantly noisy and unsafe late into the night. The breakfast was decent and the cost affordable but probably won't return.
