Bed was comfortable which is the #1 priority for me.

Good room condition. Noise Insulation could be better.

Room was very comfortable for some tired travelers. Only problem we ran into was needing a second key card and was told it would be 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the employees fault, I think the system decided to do an update. Breakfast was super good. Especially their waffle!

The morning front desk staff was unprofessional and unwilling to assist with my room key issue. I had to reset the key three separate times, and even then it still would not open the door. Despite the ongoing problem, she did not offer to check the key herself or issue a new one. Instead, she appeared more focused on having a personal conversation with the cleaning crew or personal friend at the hotel! Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty, with noticeable red stains, and they were not replaced during my stay. Housekeeping also failed to remove the trash or replenish bath towels. As a result, I had to go down to the front desk at 11:10 PM to request clean towels myself, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience.
