Excellent Hyatt property on Lake Washington! The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The dining options on the lake or with lake views, along with the ability to walk along the dock, gave it a resort feel. Great work out facilities and Spa. As a bonus, SEA-TAC is only a 15 minute drive

The parking garage can be a bit confusing, but the hotel itself is phenomenal. The valet parking is expensive, but (for me) well worth the money for the ease of use and convenience. The lakeview king suite I stayed in has an incredible view, is very roomy, and the bed was quite comfortable. I found the hotel very quiet and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The coffee provided in the room is quite bad, so think about bringing your own K-cups. The shower is very nice, but could use one handgrip inside for safety. The hot tub is spacious and was actually warm enough (unusual for a hotel). The pool was full of children and looked questionable, so I stayed out of it. This hotel has the largest and best-equipped gym I've ever seen in a hotel; the treadmills face the lake, so are really fun to use. The in-hotel market is quite expensive, but very convenient for grab-and-go and a few hot items. There is no lobby coffee, which is unfortunate. Room service is not available. This is by far the best hotel in south King County, even with the listed caveats. Comfortable, quiet, and beautiful.

This is a high-quality beautiful hotel where we were able to walk through Lake view and experience a bird sanctuary. The restaurant in 24 hour market was all we needed for a fabulous stay. We utilized the gym and enjoyed the variety and cleanliness.

The parking system has been a nightmare for me during my stays (8 days). I think they should be cleary explain to the customer, the need to validate the plate number at the front desk each time you need to get out of the parking. Furthermore, expedia sale me a bundle with the parking include, but i never got the QR Code as proof of my payment for the parking. It seems, there is not getaway between expedia and the parking service (metropolis.io). Even at 3 am, i had to call the security to open the gate or the customer service of metropolis. Really bad experience with the parking system.

It had a bigger fitness center than most hotels/inns that i stayed at. Was there for Thanksgiving and they had a Thanksgiving (Lakesgiving) Dinner going on. Only problem I had was getting shocked by the door handle going into the room and the fitness center.

Great hotel in a great location. We came for a staycation and it did not disappoint. The room was large and clean with a nice view. The soundproofing was also really good—when we opened the door to the hall we could hear a baby screaming in the next room, but we couldn’t hear it at all from our room. The food was excellent, as was the ambience at the lakefront bar and the full restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. Gene Coulon Park is next door and there is a beach for swimming as well as paddleboard rentals. We really liked that there were several EV chargers in the garage so we were able to charge our car while we stayed. Our massages at the spa were really nice and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely come back!

Great property and restaurant staff is fantastic. Rooms were big and comfortable. The dock is out front and was able to watch wonderful sunsets. There is lively bar with entertainment, and a truck you can order burgers etc.

This is a very nice hotel. The only unusual aspect is the parking. They use a shared garage that's also used by nearby businesses. You can get a small discount if you pay through Hyatt, but since the garage uses an app-based payment system, Hyatt has to process the payment for you. That means you need to go to the front desk and give them your license plate number every time you want to exit the garage. We only stayed one night and had to leave twice—once for dinner and again when checking out the next morning. Luckily, there was no one at the desk either time, so we didn’t have to wait. But I can only imagine how frustrating that would be if you were staying for a week!

Travelled for the long weekend with my family (wife and toddler age 4) from Vancouver. Glad to have stumbled across this gem. The amenities are great, 2 queen bed room was spacious enough for us and the lake is beautiful to wake up to. We didn't use the pool or spa. The pool looked great and people were using it regularly. Pros: - Boardwalk around the lake with in/out from the hotel - Great restaurant attached (Water) - Gym is well equipped and spacious Cons: - Can't think of any!

The bathroom was a little dirty and I was disappointed. I Know things happen but for such an expensive hotel things need to be clean and organized. Parking is not validated even if u stay there or and pay for everything. Other then that it was good. The rest was good.

After a long day I was ready to just go to my room and sleep and found one of the beds wasn’t made. This was after 11:30 pm. Fortunately the housekeeper came a few minutes after I called and complained buy an unmade bed was truly unacceptable.

Parking is expensive but to be expected for area. Room was very nice but it looked like someone had thrown up in toilet area and they missed cleaning walls. Arrived later than planned so we did not get to experience the amenities and beautiful lake view as initially planned. Will definitely return if in area.

The property checks off all the boxes of a high-end property. However, there were a few points of concern. We upgraded our room to find that the carpet had a huge red stain. The hotel staff was very apologetic and offered to comp one night of the upgrade charge. Although I appreciated the gesture, it was very minimal and at the very least, they should have given a full night refund seeing that we had to look at the stain for the full five days of our stay. The second point was the use of the credits. Our room came with a nightly credit. However, we were not aware that the credit had to be used each day. ‘We ended up losing the credits because the terms of use were not clearly explained. This is a small thing and in no way detracts from the service. However, had we known the terms of use in advance we would have purchased coffee or something rather than thinking the balance of the credit would be deducted from the final bill. Take away lesson, if the terms are not adequately explained, ask about how credits will be applied and whether they expire.

The beds were so comfortable really nice atmosphere great place to stay close to the airport or Bellevue. Nice patio to sit out on Lake Washington and unfortunately the weather was raining. The only negative is the walls are thin. We woke up to a screaming baby and toddler through our wall. 6am! Café downstairs is nice good coffee and ham and cheese croissant!

Parking for $45 per day is unacceptable. It should be free because this hotel is located in a remote suburban residential area away from downtown Renton. One of the two restaurants in the hotel was closed, and the one that was open was very expensive ($17 for a glass of wine). There was only one restaurant in the area. Others were more than 15 minutes away, and the streets were not pedestrian-friendly at all. The room was clean, but too close to the midrise apartments across the street, which completely blocked the "mountain view." I had to keep the blackout curtains closed all day because people across the street could see everything in my room. Because the door of the shower stall opened on the wrong side, I had to step out and close the door first before grabbing the bath towel. They probably installed the door that way to do it on the cheap.

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities were beautiful, extremely clean, and also quiet. I had a bad head cold and was feeling under the weather. I mentioned this to the staff and they or me in a great area which was quiet. The room itself is extremely modern and comfortable with a 75” tv in the room. The view of Lake Washington was beautiful too. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spent valentines weekend here and it was AMAZING! There was and is nothing to complain about. Asked for room service and the housekeeper came within 5 minutes. The room had a park view, which was AMAZING. Got to see the lights at coulon lake at night. the room was HUGE, spacious, clean and comfortable. The entire experience was awesome and I would highly recommend.

Arrived at 10:45 kitchen already closed, market place had nothing remotely appetizing. The desk told me the resturant opens at 7:00 am, but it was actually 8:00 am so no time to eat again. The market place menu was all pre made un healthy crap. The room had two motion sensor night lights that kept going on every time I rolled over in the bed. After a long flight you would think a hotel at that price point would be more prepared.

This hotel is incredibly clean, has an amazing view, professional, quality staff and an incredible location. The only thing I would change is the lighting in the rooms; doing skincare and makeup was extremely difficult.

After reporting a noise that kept us up until 3:00 am, the management team gave us ‘we’re sorry’ and charged us accordingly. Did not offer discount, breakfast, coffee or anything other than ‘we’re sorry’. Oh, yes, and…let us know if it happens again tonight. Poor management!

The staff was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. When we asked questions regarding the credit use at the market and the parking process the clerk was so rude and dismissive. When we started to speak up regarding our dissatisfaction the co clerk called the maintenance worker to tell us we “need to call it a day” and basically leave. That’s the fifth time I’m staying there and I’ve never experienced anything like that.

The hotel is clean and modern; the pool was wonderful. The location is great - close to airport and shopping and on the waterfront. One comment on the hotel itself - the shower water pressure was sub-par and hard to determine where hot and cold mixed; and when you change the temperature, it takes up to 2 minutes for the temperature of the water to change after you move the handle. From a service perspective, two issues: 1. Valet parking, which is outsourced to Ace Parking was not ideal. We pulled up behind two other cars which were also waiting in front of the hotel main doors; we waited and waited. Another car came up behind us, then passed us and went past Valet, and Valet came running out to service that car. My wife got out and asked Valet why they didn't take the cars in order - they had no answer. They also did not pro-actively engage customers as they drove up - and we realized that the car in front of us was simply "waiting" for a friend pickup and not in Valet. They need to do a better job of identifying a line for Valet, and a line for dropoff/pick up like all the good hotels in Las Vegas do. This way, Valet should be approaching any car that approaches the hotel, so that they are not waiting. 2. I got a call at 9:40pm at night (we were sound asleep as we had a 4am Uber to the airport). The hotel reception called me at 9:40pm just to ask if I wanted to put my points on my account. Really? That couldn't wait until a reasonable time. Awful! Thanks.

After being served at the hotel bar, we paid our bill, and the same at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Both bills were paid, but when I checked out, they charged me again on my room bill. The property checks off all the boxes of a high-end property. However, there were a few points of concern. We upgraded our room to find that the carpet had a huge red stain. The hotel staff was very apologetic and offered to comp one night of the upgrade charge. Although I appreciated the gesture, it was very minimal and at the very least, they should have given a full night refund seeing that we had to look at the stain for the full five days of our stay. The second point was the use of the credits. Our room came with a nightly credit. However, we were not aware that the credit had to be used each day. ‘We ended up losing the credits because the terms of use were not clearly explained. This is a small thing and in no way detracts from the service. However, had we known the terms of use in advance we would have purchased coffee or something rather than thinking the balance of the credit would be deducted from the final bill. Take away lesson, if the terms are not adequately explained, ask about how credits will be applied and whether they expire.

Second time staying here and will be back again. Great spot for meeting friends and family. Incredible views. Loved having the cafe and market in the lobby. Drink and food are good too! Very clean and vallet is excellent too!

We planed are stay at Hyatt as my husband was receiving an award at a special event being held at the hotel. We arrived at 2 and were advised our room wasn’t available yet but would be by 4:00, their check in guaranteed time. We had planned to change and prepare in the room but 4:00 would be fine. Unfortunately, 4:00 came and went and our room still wasn’t ready. The staff was apologetic but honestly it was obviously only words to him. We were late to our event. The room was lovely but they need to be more customers service friendly.

Parking for $45 per day is unacceptable. It should be free because this hotel is located in a remote suburban residential area away from downtown Renton. One of the two restaurants in the hotel was closed, and the one that was open was very expensive ($17 for a glass of wine). There was only one restaurant in the area. Others were more than 15 minutes away, and the streets were not pedestrian-friendly at all. The room was clean, but too close to the midrise apartments across the street, which completely blocked the "mountain view." I had to keep the blackout curtains closed all day because people across the street could see everything in my room. Because the door of the shower stall opened on the wrong side, I had to step out and close the door first before grabbing the bath towel. They probably installed the door that way to do it on the cheap.

This is a quality hotel in a surprising tranquil spot at the South end of Lake WA. Even though we are residents of this local area, and this was a bit of a splurge, it made for a wonderful BDay overnight after a party at TopGolf just a short distance away. Between our view room, great service, being able to sit out back on the lakeside patio with friends after, take a walk through Coulon Park and just take in one of the last beautiful weekends of summer on our picturesque lake watching eagles fly over head - all in the middle of our bustling city, it was a treat. And if your traveling to Seattle, it’s a great place to stay. Very near the airport, and easy access fo freeways to connect you downtown or to Bellevue or to drives up to the cascades and Snoqualmie Falls. It’s pricier than some South end hotels, but it is also another whole experience in and of itself. Also very close to Renton Landing for more restaurants, movies, some shopping and even a wine bar. And of course, the fun TopGolf. It was wonderful. And top notch restaurant onsite and great service.

Had an amazing view of Lake Washington and you could See Seattle in the distance. Right next door was the Boeing Factory with 737's lined up next to the water. There was a dock and a restaurant with an impeccable view of the lake. The park next door is famous for the fire maples in the fall. Pretty amazing stay except for the terrible parking situation. If they just go back to credit card parking I couldn't recommend it more.

Beautiful views of Lake Washington and several amenties in the hotel. We loved the Water's Table Restaurant and the bar outside the hotel overlooking the lake. Parking was convenient and the drive to downtown Seattle is about 20 minutes. Prefer the suberbs rather than downtown and this is a great choice.

We had a wonderful time for my Wife’s Birthday! The Bartender Benson was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us wonderful information about the sights and the menu at Water’s table restaurant! We highly recommend the Burger and wings. Pay the extra for a corner room you will not regret it! We will be back! Icing on the cake we came home with that Niners win!

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Water Table, service was a bit slow but it was just my husband and I so we weren’t in a big hurry, we missed our chance to use the hot tub because of it however. The views are spectacular and our room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed was so comfortable! We typically stay here for a dance competition and don’t get to enjoy all of what is offered. Next time we will do the smores by the lake!

Great property and restaurant staff is fantastic. Rooms were big and comfortable. The dock is out front and was able to watch wonderful sunsets. There is lively bar with entertainment, and a truck you can order burgers etc.
