Very clean rooms. Space is ‘new’ and staff is kind. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful in November. The continental breakfast is a joke: they only had yogurt, stale muffins and croissants. Staff mentioned they stopped ‘hot breakfast’ a few months back. Super disappointing breakfast, but otherwise a great experience.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Wyndham Garden Redwood Valley! Our room was exceptionally clean & modern. The continental breakfast every morning had a well rounded selection of fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon and potatoes with complimentary coffee & juice. The family especially enjoyed relaxing by the heated pool and soaking in the hot tub surrounded by beautiful forest. The fitness center was outfitted with a treadmill, a couple of stationary bikes and an elliiptical, as well as free weights and space to stretch. Towels and wipes were provided as well. Lastly, can't say enough about the wonderful staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Elizabeth. If you get the chance, reserve a stay at the Wyndham - you'll have a great time! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Pool area was clean with a good sized pool and Jacuzzi. I preferred eating at the cafe in the casino mainly due to the soda machine was free but overall both cafes were pretty good. We used it as home base for visits to Glass Beach and Avenue of the Giants. If your driving a Tesla take your charger adapter with you, nearest Supercharger is in Ukiah.

Found hair strewn along the bathroom floor upon walking into the room. Clearly hadn't had basic sweeping or vacuuming done. Front desk lady came to look and said she'd file a "report" and we'd get a call from manager, nobody ever called. Said she'll try to get housekeeping to come visit but seemed noncommittal about it - so we didn't want to bother with the hassle of coordinating and cleaned it ourselves with pool towels. Whatever. But then an annoyance beyond all that was the WiFi didn't even work in the bed room area, only by the front door. So had to download stuff to watch while standing by the door and take devices back to beds. Lol. Other than that it's a great new building and very modern feeling for a basic hotel.

Everything about the hotel and our stay was wonderful with just one exception, we were put in room 222 right next to the elevators. From this room you can hear the elevator opening and closing and going up and down all day and night and sometimes noisy people walk by as well. Thankfully we had ear plugs to minimize the noise. The staff was kind and helpful! The breakfast was outstanding! The beds were super comfortable and the room was pristine clean. So just avoid room 222 and any other room on one of the four floors that is close to the elevator and you’ll love this place.

Place was overall nice. No wifi so kids couldn’t watch their shows. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool area was well maintained. Elevator felt weird when trying to get to the 4th floor one time. Casino was walkable distance. Staff were super friendly. Overall had a great time with my family.

Paid once through hotels.com then my card was charged again by the hotel directly. I contacted the hotel to look into it and the customer service was zero. They didn’t want to help so I contacted my credit card company. Mistakes happen and if I was met with a helpful attitude it would have been no big deal. Now I would never stay here again or recommend that anyone else does.

The hotel itself is very nice but I was treated like I didnt matter, they could've cared less about me, my comfort, or my safety. I requested a handicapped bathroom because I'm a fall risk and have to have bars in the shower and toilet. As it was I had to risk pulling the toilet paper holder off the wall to to get up. And No shower.

The stay was great. However there was confusion at checking in. I reserved two rooms for four adults using Hotels.com. The reservation was recorded at Wynam Hotel as one room and four adults. Fortunately they had another room available. The new room was $20 cheaper than the online booking from hotels.com. Just fyi check with hotel desk ahead of the trip.

Space room everything was clean. There was a problem with one of the amenities, but the front desk person was great in handling things, and the property manager called and offered a very amicable resolution the next day, which I appreciate it very much.

When to check in the girl didn’t know what she was doing and the room that was prepaid for was not available, she offered a two bed room either on fourth floor with no tv service or a room with wheel chair accessible shower, when she said that she stated that most people don’t want that room which wheel chair shower. When we got to our room there was no tv remote, when called front desk she said sorry will bring one up , 30 minutes later still no remote went to front desk it was different lady she said sorry she got one, went to the girl who answered the phone who was doing dishes forgot about the remote. This is the very first time staying in the hotel and it is the last time
When to check in the girl didn’t know what she was doing and the room that was prepaid for was not available, she offered a two bed room either on fourth floor with no tv service or a room with wheel chair accessible shower, when she said that she stated that most people don’t want that room which wheel chair shower. When we got to our room there was no tv remote, when called front desk she said sorry will bring one up , 30 minutes later still no remote went to front desk it was different lady she said sorry she got one, went to the girl who answered the phone who was doing dishes forgot about the remote. This is the very first time staying in the hotel and it is the last time

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Wyndham Garden Redwood Valley! Our room was exceptionally clean & modern. The continental breakfast every morning had a well rounded selection of fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon and potatoes with complimentary coffee & juice. The family especially enjoyed relaxing by the heated pool and soaking in the hot tub surrounded by beautiful forest. The fitness center was outfitted with a treadmill, a couple of stationary bikes and an elliiptical, as well as free weights and space to stretch. Towels and wipes were provided as well. Lastly, can't say enough about the wonderful staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Elizabeth. If you get the chance, reserve a stay at the Wyndham - you'll have a great time! Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

Stayed here for a wedding we attended in nearby Potter Valley. Rooms were clean and parking is plentiful. There was a smoke smell in the lobby when you first check in but our room was fine with no smoke smell. This was our first time visiting the casino as well which was very clean and right next door to the property. There is also complimentary breakfast at the hotel which was pretty limited but appreciated. My only compliant would be that they would not do an early check in without charging $35 which was disappointing.

A nice clean rooms - plenty of parking - quiet —- comfortable bedding -nice bathrooms. It’s really in the middle of nowhere. There’s nothing you can walk to. It’s a good overnight stay if you’re on a road trip.

I had never stayed in Ukiah (or even heard of it) before, and just randomly chose a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was attached to a casino. The hotel and casino were very clean and very modern.

Great property. Staff was very nice and facilities were clean. The breakfast setup was a little confusing and even though there is a casino onsite there was a serious lack of dining options. I would stay again but eat elsewhere before checking in.

Overall, hotel is superb. Staff at check-in very helpful. All staff very polite and helpful. Quick meals in Casino were very good. Only slight negative was breakfast buffet was limited compared to most other hotel chains we’ve stayed at recently.

Property looked nice upon arrival. Front desk was super helpful with check in. Teenagers running through and yelling in the hallways at 2am. I step out and yelled at them. Early morning breakfast is garbage, powdered eggs that were burned brown spots. Bacon was so thin it curled into a ball. Sausage is just Sysco. Best part was the yogurt, but you pay for food if you wanted an upgrade. Why not just offer that “quality” food to guests rather than the stuff that is thrown away. Upon check out I was asked how my stay was and I stated the 2am situation and she said have a nice day thank you for staying with us. Why ask how the stay was if you weren’t going to listen or care. I will not be coming back to this property.

Very clean rooms. Space is ‘new’ and staff is kind. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful in November. The continental breakfast is a joke: they only had yogurt, stale muffins and croissants. Staff mentioned they stopped ‘hot breakfast’ a few months back. Super disappointing breakfast, but otherwise a great experience.

Breakfast on weekends is not adequately staffed to keep tables clean and food adequate. If you in line as everything is brought in it’s great but after 7;30 it’s catch ascatch can on if there will be eggs or coffee or pastries or fruit and then if their is a clean dining seat. One more person for 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Go for it.
