Parking is very limited. I had to park in the parking garage but no where near the hotel. When checking in they were over booked for my room type. I needed two beds and instead gave me a king room since they were overbooked.

Nice hotel right in the middle of large homeless population. It’s on Yakima Avenue which is very busy/noisy. $10/night parking which isn’t expensive compared to large cities like Las Vegas, Seattle, etc. Paying for parking at a hotel in Yakima, not a very common practice in this area and just feels like it’s an extra unnecessary expense. Staff helpful, buisness center was t working and breakfast $13 for continental.

Our room was clean and very spacious, as well as the staff was friendly and helpful! The pool and spa were clean and well maintained, however the pool room was quite hot. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

The top floor suite was beautiful clean and accommodating. The nicest room in Yakima for sure. Indoor pool was warm and out 5yr old granddaughter had a blast swimming. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Excellent staff as we’ll.

There were plenty of things wrong first being, we were charged a 30 dollar parking fee for an area we were told we had to park in after 9:00. The amount of homeless people around the hotel made it feel very unsafe. The rooms were not near as nice as advertised. The floor was not clean, my kids had black marks all over their feet so walking around we had to wear socks or shoes in the room. The downstairs, lobby and bar were all very nice but very high priced. With all of these little things it does not match up with what we paid. For that is why we are very frustrated.

We had a wonderful stay. The King Suite room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the jetted tub was an extra bonus. The staff is friendly, Grey at the front desk was extremely helpful when we decided to stay a couple extra nights. The pool was a perfect temperature to swim with our granddaughter and our older kids really enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or family. The Cooks 😃

The ac was on when I arrived with my two teenagers, one on crutches. I had to be at an event so once I got my kids settled, I walked over to my event. Once I got back, it was time for bed and when I tried to turn down the ac, it would not respond. There was no way I was going to try to get a new room that late. I was absolutely freezing and had to put extra clothes on and blankets to get some sleep. Very discouraging for the money I spent.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It’s in a great location and very comfortable. I will stay here again. Free WiFi was spotty and other guests were noisy (2:30 am noises in room above us)!

Looed old and dated, especially the bathroom. I was very spooked by both the bathroom tiled floor and the batch itself being VERY slippery when wet. Very noisy W traffic - ? need triple pane windows, In room coffee AWFUL and miserly provision of sugar/creamer and no tea. Garage large, spooky and dimly lit, w terrible signage. Signage thru the hotel unclear and confusing. Altogether noit good value for $200+

I stayed on the Yakima side of the building on the fifth floor I found the room to be noisy do the street traffic and a couple vehicles that came by every night revving their engines are with loud radios that would shake the room I also found that you have to pay for parking at this hotel which I did not catch in my reservation it was $10 a night the entrance to the hotel is fairly nondescript when you are first pulling up and there’s no clear direction to where it is out overall I did find a couple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel the hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean but you had to request due to Covid if you wanted maid service or not in your room which I opted not to which was not a real problem but due to the noise which I know is beyond their control and having to pay for parking which is within their control I would more than likely not stay at this hotel again

The staff who checked us in was not welcoming. She did not smile or say hello or thank you. We had to initiate check in. The homeless was loitering in the parking area and front entrance. With no to tell them to go away. The one at the front entrance had feces all over his backside while his pants were down.

I called right after making the reservation when I realized Mr reservation was for the incorrect night. I was first told that I couldn’t make the change without paying the full price. I was the told that the reservation could be changed for $1.00. When I got to the hotel that day they told that Expdia had not confirmed the change even though I had a confirmation E-mail that said they had. We had to wait for several minutes until the hotel got ahold of Expedia and confirmed the change. I also thought I had paid for breakfast but the next morning was told I hadn’t. We were also not told we were being charged $15 for parking. Very sloppy.

We had problems with finding where to park to check in. There was someone running up and down the hallway at 10 at night. In the morning someone tried to get into our room. Thank God we had the safety latch on so they couldn't get in. Didn't announce themselves. Wasn't house keeping. Called the front desk and got a very blasé answer of "we will let housekeeping know." Checked out immediately because I didn't feel safe. The front desk was very bank faced and said they let house keeping know. No apology. No empathy. No politeness. I would love to be contacted by management to discuss this further. We will not be staying there again.

Fantastic place! The front desk staff was amazingly helpful with local recommendations. Centrally located and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Everything was clean and ammenities were updated. My only conern was the AC didnt provide that super crisp cool feel and the bedding was a bit too soft. Aside from that, I would stay here again. Yakima lacks good hotels and this is one of the few and affordable!

I had two boxes shipped here. I checked in my artists that were playing a festival in Naches. I had my band return to the hotel to check in at 5. They were not allowed because they had my AMEX. I informed the manager I would be back to the hotel in one hour to sign... He flat out refused... I was an hour away, I had merch shipped to the hotel, all rooms were reserved under another card, so it was secure. I was just using my AMEX to pay. The Manager flat out refused... ruined my entire timeline of the show having to drive a half an hour back to sign a receipt of a card they ALREADY HAD! There was ZERO reason for this to happen given the facts at hand... I will never use this hotel again, which is a shame because we liked it. I can not deal with "procedure" over common sense and courtesy. Unacceptable on all fronts.

Front desk was not helpful when trying to access my digital key card. I have not had the same issue at other Hilton properties, the front desk has always helped me upon check in. Breakfast was cold and I didn’t know I could order something hot.
