All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful! The property was clean but could use some updates. The fitness room had nice free weights and bench, but there wasn’t much room to use them and the cardio equipment needs maintenance. The area was uncomfortably visible to anyone who entered the lobby. Our room was okay; the shower not so much — no hot water in the morning. My teens enjoyed a good continental breakfast, and again, the staff was nice!

There were dozens of roofing nails at the bottom of the downspouts, even on the sidewalks by the downspouts. My wife stepped on one and it went through her shoe between her toes. We alerted the front desk. They said they would take care of it immediately. I stood around to see if they would. Minutes went by and the person at the desk did not contact anyone. I took photos as I went to my truck. We were hauling a trailer and were on the way to pick up 4 very valuable cows. Later that evening, we checked into a different hotel and noticed a flat tire on our trailer. We got it fixed at Discount Tire. It had a roofing nail it. We called the manager. She said that she is very aware of the condition of her building and parking lot and said she knew what we were trying to do. Seriously, all we were trying to do is let her know that they have a significant hazard there. She told us that the roof had been done months ago, so it was impossible for these nails to be there. And she said she walked the parking lot daily, so there was no way we got a roofing nail in our tire from their hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff lady to check me in. Very clean rooms. Bed looks comfortable. I loved the whirlpool since I am recovering from back surgery and got permission to do it. The only issue was it really smelled strongly of bleach. However, that definitely means it is clean. The pool is nice size and very clean as well. I feel comfortable here which is extremely important. Thanks!

The pool was extremely cold but the hot tub was nice. The beds were on the hard side but the pillows were super fluffy . The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Because there were no elevators, well ok I had to drag my suitcase up a flight of stairs & im old, my toilet would not go down, and I went to front desk and I was told when the cleaning crew comes @ 8:30 you can ask for a plunge, I was told to use the toilet in the lobby area by the pool, of course it was occupied when I needed it, I had to be somewhere and when I got back to my room , same toilet issues, although I felt the facilities were nice & clean, just a little disappointing I could not use my toliet

Property was convenient for our trip. Parking lot and side walks were slippery and snow covered, never shoveled when we were there. Room was pretty clean, but multiple light bulbs were out and the bathroom door would not latch. Staff was friendly and nice.

Decent place for the price but we had blood or poop stains on the duvet. Pulled them off and had them ready for the cleaning crew to come get them and left a note with tip to be nice. Came back that night and they did not come into the room at all this is also after our room key was deactivated. We had to go to the front desk and get our room keys activated and then find this out and when we came back to tell the front end they said they replaced the towels which they did not clearly. The front end is really nice but they have a terrible cleaning crew. I would recommend another place.

The shower had mold on the top left corner and the wall was falling apart by the toilet/shower - maybe the shower leaks? There was also hair in the shower and the bathroom seemed to not of been cleaned well. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. No cots available though. The pool area was nice and was tidy. The morning breakfast had a good selection one more but then didn’t have any hot goods the 2nd time.

A little dated. Has been fine in past stays but is slowly going down hill. The big problem was the mattress; it was terrible. The center fell to the box spring below and the edges were a little more firm. Terribly difficult to get a reasonable nights sleep.

Upon checking in, the staff was nice and friendly. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing and they sent someone to fix it right away. The room was clean but outdated. The towels were bad quality, the carpet seemed old. It may be in the process of renovation but our room was kind of musty and very outdated.

It was not quiet. A group came in late and made a bunch of noise on the hallway. In the morning, like 4 am, a family left and the kids were making lots of noise then too. The doors are not solid so it was really hard on the rooms.

The single king suite we got was so humid and muggy when we first entered the room. It's probably because there was a jacuzzi tub (outside of the bathroom) and about four feet from the bed itself. There was hardly a barrier between the tub and the carpet. Staph infection and mold, anyone? Needless to say, we didn't use it. The sink water tasted gross, too. Worth the price, I guess, but only if you aren't planning for a long stay.

People in the room next door were talking til 4 am and kept me up. It was a room with an adjoining door which does not filter noise. Room was comfortable but I got no sleep at all. Do NOT get a room with an adjoining room!!!

Clean room and friendly staff, one also notified me that i left my credit card at the front counter. Also, in all our family travels, this was the only hotel that offered sugar free syrup for their waffles. My wife being diabetic, was very appreciative of this small detail.

Check-in was ok. In one room the stopper in the sink was broke and when brought to the attention of the reception, they seemed confused and didn’t know what to do with the information. Prior to our stay I was trying to get ahold of the hotel to request some specifics, but every phone number I called I could not talk to anyone. Very, Very annoying!!

The staff were all very friendly. I requested a first floor room due to health issues when booking our stay, they were so accommodating and we were given the closest room to the front lobby. The pool/hot tub were very nice and everything was very clean. Our only negative was that the breakfast area was all cleaned up and put away before 10am so there was only cereal for an option and they needed to bring the milk back out. Otherwise, we highly recommend booking your stay here!

The evening check in staff was okay pretty friendly but the morning person; I had to pace back and forth 5 feet in front of him 3 time- before he looked up from his mobile phone. And when he looked up, it was as if he saw a neighbor he did not like. Even, after I smiled and cheerily said "good morning" he may have grunted something to the effect "okay". Certainly, did not feel welcome. The dining area was small and crowded, and so we ate at the coffee table (which is basically the height of a chair" I only made two trips, but it seemed like they were always running out of sausage. Very unbecoming a state which is like 3rd in Pork meat production in the US. Also, there was no cheese at all; scary, for the #1 producer of cheese in the country!!! We had a boat with us, and there was a well lit area at the rear- which we completely felt safe with. The pool atrea was really nice, but we did not have time to swim.

We stayed here both ways on a cross country trip. We had a decent breakfast on the first morning. The second morning (6 weeks later) the had no eggs or meat. The front desk guys was working in there, so I asked him why there were no eggs. His response was, "I don't know.". Very disappointing.

Nice desk staff. Comfortable. But maintenance is a little lax. Be aware No hot breakfast during the week. Staff scrambled at 8:30 to put out bagels and yogurts. I think during the week less customers so less rush to get set up. Bart room door does not fully shut. Hinge needs repair. Had to go to get toilet paper small stuff. Very comfortable room and beds. Nicely located to avoid road noise. I would definitely come back
