I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I wasn't sure when I didn't go with my typical chain hotels, but this was nice. Smelled clean, nicely taken care of, large and spread out, and nice pool. Our only negative was a small hot tub for a busy place!

Check in was great, the guy at the front desk was friendly and efficient! Hot tub is small and there were a bunch of older teenagers in thongs, blasting cardi B, swearing, screaming, and dancing in provocative ways, not conducive to an 8pm Monday night with a 10 year old present. I mentioned it to the guy at the desk when we left and he went to handle it! Other than that the hotel is quiet, breakfast is good, and it has a McDonald’s in the parking lot for kids! Shopping is also close.

Awesome staff. Friendly upon checkin, asked if we needed any help finding anything in the city. Quick checking, nice comfy room and free airport parking if you stay at hotel before and after your trip which is exactly what we are doing. That was a pleasant surprise.

My basic requirement for an overnight stay are a clean bed and functioning bathroom. Sink did not drain. Called the front desk at 3:45 pm on a friday and were told maintenance was gone for the day. Used the ice bucket to bail out the sink. Noticing slow flow of the tub, elected to forgo a shower. The bed was clean.

Themed hotel, no theme. Floors were disguisting and didn’t look like they were vacuumed in weeks. Duct tape covering carpet tears. Cold water wasn’t working in the sink. Never stay there again.

When first checking in no one explained breakfast or where anything for that matter was. I had no clue there even was a breakfast. After 10pm the hallways were very loud up until about 1-2am didn't get any sleep. Found hair in bed that was not mine. Pool had a bunch of peoples hair in it when my son went in the next day. Not very clean at all.

Pros: -great service, -comfy beds, -hotel in good condition, -decent breakfast, -hotel was clean -cute coffee shop across the street! Cons: -A couple missed spots in the room (e.g. piece of banana stuck to the wall)but otherwise really clean, -loud beds (the base is metal and if you hop onto the bed or accidentally bump it with your foot it bangs loudly), -thin walls: we could hear our neighbors yelling, crying, even just talking.

So, let's start off by letting you know that this hotel is right next to the airport's runway. Like "reach out and touch a plane" close. The Hilton at Boston's Logan Airport isn't nearly as close as this place is. So between 6 and 8 am, you will experience what it means to live at the end of a runway. Fortunately, it's Green Bay, not Minneapolis or Boston, so 4-5 flights is all you have to hear on a typical weekday morning before breakfast. Unless you're catching one of those flights, a wake-up alarm is totally unnecessary. Breakfast was satisfactory, I did not have time to visit the pool, and check-out was easy. My mini-fridge was overly noisy at 4am, so I didn't get the best sleep of my life, but the hotel is super close to both the airport and a KwikTrip, and easily accessed from the highway and the Oneida casino, I would actually stay here again. If they let you hop the fence, and use the runway, you could get to that KwikTrip in 5 minutes. I only wish, they could add another 12 inches of sound deadening insulation to help with both sound proofing, and the ice cold wind that seemed to permeate into the room. (Thanks to the open runway.) That would help them save on heat, and keep the airport noise down considerably.

I liked facing the airport property but couldn’t really see much except far in the distance, so it’d be good to let people know to avoid bigger expectations. I’d have given 5 stars except there isn’t enough sound-proofing.

As it turns out this hotel is close to Packer Stadium. We came in on a Sunday night after a game. I was worried that it could get pretty rowdy, so I asked at the front desk if there was going to be a problem with noise. They assured me that quiet hours started at 9:00PM and if there was a problem, I should call the front desk and they would take care of it. There was no problem on Sunday night, but Monday night was another matter. On Monday they rented the room right next to ours. The people were there to party. They had very loud music playing with loud base—-boom, boom, boom. I called the front desk the first time at 11:30. The night clerk said he would take care of it. Nothing happened. I called again at 1:30. The night clerk knocked on their door. They turned it down, but the boom, boom, boom continued, just at a lower volume. Then about 3:00 my husband walked down to talk to the night clerk, with the paper in hand we received at the front desk when we checked in, stating that quiet time started at 9:00PM!! I think the night clerk was inexperienced and really had no idea what to do to to solve the situation. Finally around 4:00PM, with the boom, boom, boom still resonating through the walls, we fell asleep for a couple of hours. The next morning my husband went to talk to the manger about comping our room. She was not cooperative at all. Beware of this hotel!!!!

Upon arrival they could not find my reservation and blamed it on Hotels.com, finally I rebooked the room directly through them it was getting late. Interesting after all the aggravation and finger pointing it was the desk clerk logged in to the wrong system and he was the problem. An hour of my life I will never get back

The shuttle service was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! The driver was extremely rude. Also allowed a personal phone call on speaker. I asked if she would mute the call. It was offensive plus the caller made threats to us the passengers.

If you are attending a Packer game this is a great location. The shuttle picks up right across the street. The property is clean, but dated. The breakfast was good. The vending machines were very expensive, and I saw guests having problems attempting to purchase items. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed for one night and everything was excellent. Check-in was a breeze and the guy checking us in was very nice. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. If we are ever in the Green Bay area again, we will definitely be staying here again.

Overall it was a good stay. I was very disappointed in the fact that on a Sat the breakfast ended at 9:30 and I didn't know that. All other hotels I've stayed at on the weekends the breakfast isn't over until 10-11. I was on the first floor, had I been on the 2nd floor, I would have been mad that there isn't an elevator.
