The water park and resort were clean. For the first 24 hrs there were no pool towels. We stayed two nights and the concession stand for the water park never opened to get snacks or drinks. We tried to each lunch on site one of the days and none of three food locations were open.

We have stayed here every Packers family night weekend for the last few years. I think this year was our last. The amenities listed are not always open and the reason given is lack of staff however the rooms are still full price. Having the waterslides down during the middle of the day, the bar isn’t open at night, several arcade games not working it’s just disappointing for the price we are paying. Lastly, the rooms are certainly in need of some updating. Bathroom door has a lot of water damage, the tub was full of stains and drained slow. We had a cabin which included bunk beds, someone thought it was a great idea to place the fire sprinkler right over the top bunk…our daughters hair got tangled up in the sprinkler in the middle of the night when she needed to get up to use the restroom and it took us about 30 min to free her without having to just cut her hair. Overall this place just isn’t worth the price anymore.

The room was very nice. Due to low hotel guests room service was not available. The vending machines would not accept my dollar bills so I was unable to obtain drinks for my kids and I. The bar was closed due low volume of guests also. We enjoyed the water park and the kids had fun at the arcade.

Our room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in time. Garbage cans were overflowing everywhere with trash, my room had brown stuff splattered across the ceiling. Our extra blanket for the pull out couch was covered in stains and the front desk told us they had none to give us.

Here’s the positive… the staff was nice. On to the bad. The beds, the pillows, the blankets.. absolutely horrendous. Hope you don’t like to sleep comfortably. The rooms smell like mildew, so you don’t even really want to spend any time there. If you can get past the mildew smell of the rooms, don’t expect to relax and watch some tv because the WiFi doesn’t work, even if it did… they don’t have remotes for you to use. The only reason this place is still in business is because of the proximity to Lambeau Field and preying on family members desperation for a hotel

My room was not properly cleaned. My daughter found a pair of dirty woman’s underwear under her pillow. She is 13. When I addressed this with the front desk she said “ oh… sorry I will let them (whoever that is) know.” I just feel like that was extremely disgusting considering I paid over $250 for my room I deserved more than that response.

The place needs to be cleaned, it was pretty gross. Ants in the locker room. Our hotel room had dirt in the bathtub, dirt/fluids on the walls, mold by the window. Our fire alarm went off twice from the hot shower, I swear I was going to go deaf, then we got called and accused of smoking in the room, more then welcome to come smell the room and replace your faulty equipment while your there. The waterpark itself wasn’t too bad, there wasn't enough seating and little thing's here and there needed repair. I think if your charging for breakfast your service should be better, the food was okay but definitely left something to be desired. I wont be back.

The outside hot you. Hasn’t been an irking for months. Asked staff in motel for help and was told to wait at. Remote non operable. Bathroom fan very loud. Made complaint and was brushed off as oh well. For the money you pay this place is run poorly and it is not clean.

Waterpark was dirty- mold growing all over the floors and in the restrooms. The entire property was understaffed, room was not supplied for 6 people, hard to get bedding and towels and coffee. Concessions over charged twice and had to wait a very long time for management to come refund which was never even done properly. Arcade closed early. Most of staff reported being new and not knowing what was going on. Entire “resort” has really gone downhill.

The worst smell throughout the hotel and room itself, air conditioning would not keep up, broken drawers in the hotel room, drawers covered in broken up mud, holes in the sheet, doors would not shut to the rooms unless you slammed them shut, key cards stopped working before check out, refrigerator didn’t work well, at the water park only room charge or cash accepted, in the gaming area half the games wouldn’t work properly and didn’t give tickets or ate our children’s money. Overall just a terrible experience we had such high hopes for this place. When requesting a resolution for the troubles I was advised there’s nothing that can be done.

Was not really impressed with Tundra Lodge. Needs some updating in the rooms. Bilnd on window was difficult to use. Remote in bunk bed room didnt work. Loud air conditioner and heater. Most likely would never stay there again

The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. Time to update them. The blanket for the pull-out couch was very thin. Being next to the air conditioner, it was not warm enough. Could not turn it off or others would have been too warm. Very nice hotel, staff was great, great walking distance to Lambeau Field, and we were on a nice quiet floor.

Room was set up weird but was nice, and bathroom was small. Staff was friendly and water park was fun. It was hard finding a spot to put your things. The outside pool area was messy (people were rudely messy), half arcade games didn’t work , took your money or didn’t give tickets. The restaurant is okay, kinda spendy and didn’t have flavor. Overall the kids loved it though.

I was actually a little shocked with this property. I was comparing it to Great Wolf Lodge and it was not near that in size or room accommodations. The room was small. The bathroom was so small you can barely enter it and close the door. The bathroom door lock was broken. The bedding was ripped on one of the beds. The microwave did not have a plate in it. The carpet was old and stained and felt dirty. The window was fogged where the seals were broken. The water park was small. It was ok for our 4 year old but would be boring to a child over 10. At least it wasn’t busy. Arcade was ok. My son liked it better than the water park. The hotel staff was limited. It advertised that it had room service but no room service or dining option available at lunch time except for the pool area concessions. I was highly disappointed for the amount that the room cost me for the weekend. I realize it was a Packers home game weekend but the hotel fell short of what I was expecting.

Overall a good property close to the football stadium which was why we stayed there. My main complaint would be the pillows were terrible, felt like bricks! Towels and washcloths should be replaced as well.

We visited Green Bay with our six grandchildren and booked the Tundra Lodge because of the Waterpark which the kids totally enjoyed. We did have an issue with our room and after visiting with the front desk clerk, Lelee, our problem was resolved. Lelee was very professional, understanding, and made sure we were comfortable the rest of our stay. We will definitely book again!!

Although check-in was guaranteed by 4pm, we weren't able to check in until almost 6pm. When we came to check in at 4:45 the front desk told us it would be about 5 minutes. It was clearly much longer. Instead of the front desk staff keeping us updated on the check in process, we had to keep revisiting the front desk to check on the status of our room. We were offered free breakfast when I asked about how we would be compensated for having to wait so long but this was not noted on our account and we had to revisit the issue while checking out.

No pool table in bar area even though pictured as an amenity. Stated online and in room that room service is available. Specifically ask for a room service menu from front desk on a Friday night. 10 minutes later, try to order and the exact person who just handed me the menu tells me room service isn’t available. Why wouldn’t she say anything when I asked for the menu? Housekeeping on request but same front desk person didn’t actually put my request in. Tried to order room service again Sunday after the game to be told again that it’s not available. Had to stand at the bar and wait for food to take up to our room. The restaurant staff was working hard but hotel is clearly understaffed. Not worth the high price tag for a game weekend.

We were coming for a funeral and originally asked for an early check-in, 3 instead or 4. Was told it was not possible which we were fine with. When we arrived at 4, we were told that neither of our rooms were ready, we should check back in 30 minutes. At 4:30, our rooms were still not ready, asked if there was a room we could use temporarily, cousins wanted to have a little pool time. Answer was no, sorry. We had to wait in the lobby until 6:30, no one explained the delay, said there were no managers around and house keeping didn’t speak English. No one ever came to speak to our group, we had to go to the desk and they had no answers. Unfortunate way to start our trip.

No carts available at check in or check out to bring your stuff to room/vehicle. When checking in staff didn’t welcome us, ask if they could help us or say anything to us till we waved for their attention to check in. The second day housekeeping never stopped in to see if we needed garbage’s emptied, fresh towels or anything else stocked. We called down to get new towels brought to our room so we could shower and another blanket because there wasn’t any for the pull out bed in the room, and they asked for us to come grab them instead. When we told them we were in the middle of getting kids taken care of for supper and getting ready for bed they huffed and said it would be a while before they could bring them up. We told them that was fine and we can wait for a while for them to bring them up, that was at about 5pm. At 6:30pm they still had not been up so I called the front desk again and the lady said they couldn’t leave the desk unattended so couldn’t bring them up until 9:00pm. When my sister and I went down to grab the there was one guest walking away and there was 2 people standing at the front desk. When we asked for the towels one of the girls (a shorter black women) attempted to tell us we had to go back to get all the dirty towels before we could get fresh ones. I explained that I had all the dirty towels by the door and I was not running back up to get the dirty towels to get fresh ones. The second girl gave us towels but said they were out of blankets.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived around 1:30 to use the waterpark before check-in at 4. At 4:30 we went to check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. When we asked for an estimate, the front desk clerk coldly said she didn’t know and would call us—no apology, no eye contact, no empathy. When we asked what we should do, she replied, “I don’t know.” At 5:40, still no call, same response. By 6:15, still no room, so we went to dinner smelling like chlorine. They finally called at 6:45. Again, no apology. When we got to the room, it was unbearably hot and the AC was broken. The window only opened 2 inches. Calls to the desk went unanswered, so we went down. The clerk said they were fully booked but would send maintenance. After 30 minutes, no one came. She then called and admitted they couldn’t move us, offered a “future stay” instead, and suggested fans. Fans would’ve done nothing in that heat unless we left the door open, which wasn’t an option. We ended up leaving. Returning the keys, the front desk clerk was still cold and uncaring, making no effort to salvage the situation. Between poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and a broken room, this was a truly awful stay.

We have stayed multiple times. The initial front desk staff that I dealt with while checking when we arrived was not a friendly face rather seemed annoyed by me asking her to do her job. This is the 3rd time we have interacted with her and each time she has been less than helpful and just downright rude. This time our rooms we're ready an hour and a half after the posted check in time. She couldn't tell me when it would be ready and slapped some wrist bands for the water park down on the counter and said we could go there to wait if we wished. It appeared her superior that was working with her stopped her had me come down to her where she was able to refresh the available rooms and not only a room for me was ready but also a few other guests. Upon entering our room, everything was damp and the air was humid. AC was on, window was open and the carpeting was still saturated from a recent cleaning. We shut the window, and turned the heat and fan on at a low temperature and after a couple of hours at the water park it was a bit better in the room and at least tolerable to sleep in.

This was our second stay for a Packer game with the family. You have to realize you’re paying for location. The hotel itself is fairly run down. Most furniture in rooms are mismatched and have chipped or peeling finishes. The water park option is nice to let the kids burn off energy. The outdoor hot tub was open this time which was a fantastic way to warm up after 6 hours outside in sub freezing temps. We booked through Hotels.com and selected the same family suite we had last year. However, our room ended up being a standard suite with two queen beds in one room. After asking the front desk why we didn’t have the same room as before, Theresa explained that there are two styles of family suites. A king, and a queen. The king has its own bedroom. Unfortunately, they were completely booked, so she said nothing could be done. She also asked why we booked through Hotels.com instead of through their site. When I told her the price was significantly different, she made it seem like it was our fault for not getting the room we thought we booked. Overall, if your looking for a family friendly spot that is walking distance from Lambeau, it’s not horrible. If you’re not staying with kids, or interested in the Waterpark, I would stay elsewhere.

We came for a family trip to Green Bay. The room was fine except we had some plumbing issues with our toilet and bathroom sink. They gave us a plunger to address the toilet ourselves and we fixed it. The sink we told them at checkout that it had a clog, because it drained slow. A big issue was not having much access to food. We tried to get concessions in the water park and it was not open. Then tried to get dinner at the bar and grill and could only eat at the bar and it was so uncomfortable to sit we left. We did not try for breakfast or lunch at that restaurant. The water park is small and not what we expected. The Arcade was good though. The front desk staff were ok, they were nice but could have explained things more at check in. We would not return. There are nicer hotels in GB as we visit there often.

I'm going to assume they are very understaffed. As someone who works in customer service I get it. The front desk staff was so nice, as the people in the game room. The man at the bar and grill area needs a day off or something. He seemed very over it. All in all I would return. The staff is very overwhelmed in my opinion. I hope they got more than a pizza buffet for Christmas.

I had reserved rooms for our children and their families - it was a mini vacation - the rooms were ok - the only mis step was the rooms i booked with an extra bunk bed room. I assumed the bunks were twin size - they were not! My grandchildren were 9 and 11 - the beds were for more like 5 and 3 year olds! The Waterpark and arcade were very nice - the only really bad experience was the breakfast buffet. On their web site they said we could order off a menu - but all they had was the buffet - we should have walked out when we saw the foid - but we already had our coffee - the eggs were inedible, there were two slices of bacon, they did come with ham - we had to ask for fruit, the pancakes were rock hard - we had to make our own, my son-in-law had to ask for a bagel - all this for only $14.95 a person! It was absolutely terrible!

Our room was not ready at 4pm and had to wait 45 minutes before it was ready. The light in our bathroom did not work. The phone did not work. It took them a day for maintenence to come and fix it so my kids had to take a bath in the dark. The restaurant was not open both nights we stayed there. The water park was ok for the kids but everything in this hotel is very outdated.

Hotel is our go to for Green Bay events! The only down fall is the breakfast buffet quality and food options is going down hill. About 3-4 years ago we had a full buffet with multiple fruit options and bacon! Now it’s down to two options and no bacon. Good runs out and wait times have gone up. Sad to see but many good restaurants around hotel!
