The room was clean. The pool needs a paint job and the hot tub is missing lots of tiles. They have a sauna that was a exciting bonus. The breakfast was average. I cound hear the neighbors next door through the connecting door. I alo heard the people in the hall way. Parking was great.

Pretty average stay. The big drawback was the sauna not really working. And the pool room was quite cold until I went around turning the heat up. All in all not a bad stay especially for the price

People loitering outside in the parking lot and in their cars made us feel uneasy — so much so that we moved our car to outside our room window. The surroundings were a bit rough and uninviting. Lighting in the parking lot was excellent. Breakfast area was great. Didn’t use the pool area. Some entry and utility door were scraped up. Limited seating in breakfast area and discouraged taking food items to your room. One lamp in room didn’t work and one outlet didn’t work.

The pool had slime growing in it on to of water filter wasn’t on the lights were broken and half hanging out of ceiling. Room smelt like a porter potty and the blankets and sheets were dirty. I left immediately after checking in

The staff upon arrival was friendly and easy to work with. Once I was in my room, I noticed a weird white slime on the side of the bed, booger slime on the walls, and an actual booger stuck to the wall (not exaggerating, it was pretty gross). The shower curtain looked like it has been ripped from the wall at some point and not put back on, and the shower head and faucet were covered in a dark grime. While the staff was very quick to clean the things off the bed and walls after I notified them, I wish it hadn’t been there in the first place.

When we checked in the first room we went to smelled very musty so we asked for another room. We went back to the desk and he did give us another room with an upgrade but that also smelled musty. At this point we were tired and assumed all rooms would be this way so we did not ask for another room. The rest of our stay we noted that everything just felt damp; the floor, the sheets. I think the AC units need to be serviced.

For the rate we had to pay, I was very disappointed. There was a lot of hair and dirt under the mattresses, stains on bedding, and a few stray hairs in the shower. Furniture was old and/or broken. Not sure if they shuttle all of those items to the "pet friendly" rooms? The pool looks like it was very nice at one time, but is now dated and maybe needs a deep cleaning. The most exciting thing were the strawberry waffles my kids had for breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room we were in did not have much sound insulation. Children running through halls in the morning, could nearly hear the conversation word for word in the connected room. Good enough for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

It was ok. Check-in was quick and friendly. It looks as if they've recently changed all the room door locks to an RFID card, but the doors now all have huge cracks you can see in the rooms. Plus, with the door gap, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms in yours. The water from the tap is ok as long as you let it sit and let the chlorine off-gas itself. There's a water machine in the lobby, but it's always in disrepair. The pillows are an assortment of tiny marshmallow-shaped things. They do provide enough that you can eventually get comfortable. The breakfast was good. Waffles. Lots of sausage patties and little cheese omelets. A decent assortment of pastries and fruit. The coffee was ok.

I think the room was okay. The shower had a rusty light in it. The entry door handle bumper on the wall was laying on the floor with a large hole in the Sheetrock where it once was. The place is old, small room, small tv. Easy chair was well used. Staff was friendly. It just needs to be updated.

At check in was told 11am check out but the check out time online says noon. The rooms were very small and out dated. The hot tub barely had any water in it. Staff was not very friendly. The day of check out my key cards for both rooms were deactivated by 1030 am. Had to go to the desk so I could get our stuff out. The hotel does not look like the pictures on Expedia. We will not return to this one or recommend it to anyone.

Service was great! Went for birthday weekend with friends! They worked with us to accommodate us and having adjoining rooms. The POOL was really nice! So would atay here again!!! I had a stay at the Quality Inn Room 204 last night with my significant other which ended up being a nightmare due to poor housekeeping and administration. We were awakened BEFORE CHECKOUT by loud pounding on the door from housekeeping after an approved LATE CHECKOUT. UNACCEPTABLE treatment of guests. A reputable or even a cheap hotel should know that they are losing customers with those unprofessional business practices. Not to mention an unusable heater due to the horribly strong mold smell it emitted. I have stayed here many times before but I would NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service, worse housekeeping, a RUINED STAY. UNACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SOON, folks!!!

Asked Expedia to cancel reservation at Wisconsin hotel but hotel refused to do so. I requested a hotel search in Kimberly.ID and Expedia brought up Kimberly, Wisconsin. Which I did not realize until I booked it and went to put address in my GPS. Expedia says they tried to cancel but hotel refused even though the attempt was made minutes after the booking. Maybe Expedia should be one to refund my money.

The manager here is the best I have met! I am homeless right now and he always had advice and showed he cares. I wish I could stay there longer. I feel so safe and happy. It is nice to feel so happy safe and calm with my health issues. They are the kindest people I have ever met! I hope one day I can stay again! It is an amazing place full of caring and happiness! I will definitely miss them!

The front desk didn't ask about my dog. Then calls the room to tell me that they will need to charge my credit card another $20 for the pet. The hotels.com website says that they charge $15. When brought up to the clerk, she begins to argue that they normally charge $30!!!!!

Multiple things were not great about this hotel. Our refrigerator cycled through a REALLY loud time over and over and would wake me at night. Our first night of stay there was a man pounding on another hotel door and shouting about getting in - very scary! and management never responded. Our toilet clogged. And breakfast was poorly supplied - the oatmeal would be gone, the apples soft and bruised - just not quite the breakfast selection and quality I've come to expect from comparable hotels.

Couldnt reach anyone by phone when I called to tell them we would be late. Not well marked outside . Nice check in-saw we had a baby and gave us first floor. Comfortable beds. Light in entryway didn’t work.kind of noisy. Excellent breakfast.

Over all our stay was pleasant. Though there was no working exhaust in the bathroom. And maybe update continental breakfast offerings. All of the staff were very nice!
