Hotel was clean, beds comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous. Hot tub and pool were very clean. Lobby was decorated for Halloween, made it a fun atmosphere. Kids want to go here for all our sleepovers.Thank you to all the staff who made our stay fun.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The issue I had with the property was not having an elevator. I have a disabilty which made it difficult to get up and down the stairs. A room wasn't available on the first floor.

We stayed here for three nights and had a very quiet, relaxing stay. Loved that the pol was open until 10 pm for families and then open until midnight for adults! The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was so clean, beautiful lobby area! Room was spotless with an updated furniture. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Staff was so accommodating with extra towel. Added on little bar area that made it nice to have a quick beer at the end of a long fishing day!

Did not find the room to be clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. We changed rooms. The next one was better. The bed was also very hard. Breakfast was ok. Saw someone touching all the muffins. That should be monitored a little more closely.

The beds were very nice and it was convenient off the highway. However, the entire facility, especially the rooms, smelled horribly musty. You definitely need to update the carpets in those bedrooms as it made times of staying there kind of unbearable. It felt a little gross.

Check in took about 30 minutes with no reasoning or explanation from the front desk person. Never greeted upon arrival. Two different customers came in behind us were never greeted and walked out after waiting several minutes without acknowledgment. We thought we booked a whirlpool room, as that was what was pictured and we were told when we called hotel. Upon arrival we were told there were none available.

The clerk was new and slow to check in the guests in front of us. It took them 29 minutes before getter to us. The trainer should have stepped in and took over the process to speed thinks up, vs standing there letting us wait so long. Also, the kitchen aide had a couch and was wearing a loose mask, not covering her mouth as she walked by. In this time of escalating COVID, she should have wore the mask properly, and couched into her elbow as a food worker.

right next to the highway which is wasn't overly busy, reasonable commute to Rd America, about 30 min one way. Hotel is clean, quiet, safe and has an excellent staff. Room was good, mattress was decent but toilet is very low. Overall the hotel is slightly dated but otherwise more than okay.

Bed very comfortable, just recently added a bar. Unfortunately for me only they only had beer and cpl wine coolers (I'm a hard liquor guy). Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast also. Hot tub was nice and hot very relaxing, great way to end a very long work day.

Friendly staff. Front desk moved us from 2nd floor to 1st. No elevator we really appreciated that. Room is well furnished and clean. Only issue is the toilet has to be one of the smallest I have ever used....or attempted to.
