The hot tub and pool area were very poorly maintained. There was no working ventilation in the pool area causing it to feel like a sauna. The water in the hot tub and pool was murky. The chloride in the air irritated your eyes. The light fixture that sits in the wall of the pool was on the pool deck with the electrical cords exposed hanging off of it leading into the pool wall. With the light still on and electrical cords exposed it felt like an unsafe situation. The pool bathroom was full of bugs. The hallways and stairwells was run down with molding missing. Exterior landscaping was not maintained. The hotel in general is minimally maintained. The safe was nice. I would not go here again nor recommend it.

-WIFI never worked -Pool Light came off while people in there and several people complained after they said man would fix. - Breakfast begins at 6am: hot stuff didn't come out until 6:48AM; coffee was still dirty water until past 7am (man kept saying it needed to warm and he kept trying to get the last of the coffee out of box/bag inside; waffle machine didn't work. Also they gave you 1 complimentary water, but nothing else not even anything in room to buy or even drink. I would not recommend- especially for price

The room was okay. Our window was broken, but it was clean. The pool area was gross, black mold on the ceiling, obviously they struggle with moisture control. Hot tub was cloudy and then closed one of the nights we were there. The people who worked there were very nice. Place just needs some updating.

We had to move rooms because the drain in our bathroom was clogged, and the pool was freezing for air temp, the hot tub was shut down, the fittness center had equipment that wasn't working. The A/C unit in our room they moved us to wasn't cauked around the unit so cold air was coming in causing a draft.

It had a lot of potential, but the hotel needs some serious work as far as updating and upkeep with maintenance. There were walls with holes, ceiling pieces falling out, stained carpets, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, non working outlets, lamps without lightbulbs, noisy air conditioner, not all outside entrances card scanners worked, etc. The hotel looks dated when you walk in- it looks like a nursing home and feels like one as it is HOT in the lounge and breakfast area.

While I could tell the room were renovated recently, I noticed that mostly all the air vents in the building were caked with dust. That could use a good dusting since we all are probably breathing that in. The pool area could use some good upkeep. Looked and felt a little slimmy. But everything else was great. Staff very friendly and it was easy to check in and out.

We were excited to have continental breakfast before we got on the road and to not have to take the time or spend the money on breakfast somewhere else. However the breakfast was gross. Waffles were rubbery after you made them. Toasted my bagel well the toaster hardly worked, sat down to eat it and all I could taste was old toaster or something couldn't eat it. Husband tried the sausage and scrambled eggs, he took one bite of sausage and spit it out. Very disappointed. Bathroom was in tough shape. Mold in the shower. And the bath towels and rags were stained. Hard to wash your face with a stained towel in a motel. Won’t be back.

Overall the room was ok. Rug needs some cleaning, pillow needed to be cleaned. They had a sweaty smell to them and the room was way too warm. Had to turn the heat completely off. The heating unit was also loud. Had a fire alarm at 3 in the morning so it wasn’t a restful night. Thank goodness it wasn’t a true fire. We were able to to back to the room after about 1/2 an hour

While I did think the price was high for the hotel, there was a huge concert in town and other places were twice as much. Our room was good, except for the bedframe being larger than the mattress. The bed wasn't super comfortable either. Everything seemed quite clean, and smelled fresh. The decor was nice too.

Was very clean. No carpet in the rooms and hallways provides for a far noisy/er echo through out the building. I was awaken at 3am by people talking across the hallway, because the sound traveled right through the walls and bounces off the hard surface floors, so I didn’t get any sleep after 3am.

Location was nice, peaceful and perfect. Check in was easy-peasy. The lobby and common areas were dated but extremely clean. The hallways were clean. Our room was roomy and spacious, a little bit dated but extremely clean. Hardly any toiletries in the bathroom so make sure you bring your own. It was so peaceful and quiet at night. We got a good nights rest here.

Room was clean. But had to keep the shower door closed with a folded towel.Door handle missing on the closet door. Good breakfast. The room had two nice Big T.V.’s. But turned one on and the second one went on too. Turned one tv off and the 2nd tv turned on. Finally got them both off. Reserved two beds on Hotel but got one King bed. Parking lot has huge holes in the black top.

The rooms were newly remodeled and roomy. The pool is decent sizes and a whirlpool. The location is a bit away from Milwaukee and the breakfast didnt have a lot of options and juice machine not working.

Check in lady was wonderful. Helped me with all my issues the night guy was just a helpful with towels and just whatever I had asked or in general.morning/check out worker don't even know who it was because they weren't at the desk I rang the bell and said hello multiple times even had a woman walk back and forth down the hallway and just kept saying something in Spanish to me but never stopped to see what I was needing or if she could help. I was just looking for the wet clothes bags that hotels have in the closets for guests wet items and to ask about something but never got to even speak to someone before I checked out because nobody came to the desk. Otherwise it was ok hot tub was nice temp. Pool cold for me but kids loved it, just needs to be refilled with towels a little bit more frequently if that's possible. Over all great stay.

The night clerk was kinda rude, when we returned from a night down town we wanted to double check the hours of breakfast and the pool before going back to our room for the night, he acted like it was an inconvenience to answer our questions and like they were unreasonable or dumb questions.

The customer service was terrible. Each day I had to get my key reset bc they only programmed it for that day (I was later told this after several day. When I would get my key programmed the guy at the front desk would literally BANG HIS HEAD ON THE WALL. I SPOKE TO A FIFFERNT GUY AT THE FRONT DESK ABOUT A PARTY AT 10:30 outside my window and asked could he speak with them. He said “yeah yeah yeah” and hung up on me. Note the phone in the room wasn’t wired I used my cell phone. I spoke with someone about the rude service and they informed me “don’t worry we are firing him next week anyway”. Also, they are remodeling so I expect noise but drilling and painting at my window after 9pm is unacceptable.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Check out time is later than normal being 12 noon. For travelers coming in late that is a big bonus. Room extra clean and smelled wonderful. Nice comfortable bed. Best stay I've had anywhere in the country and I travel a lot every week. A day here a couple days there. This was super nice hotel.

Nice area close to dining, entertainment and the highway. Overall it was an okay stay. Some areas still needing remodeled. Breakfast was supposed to include hot breakfast items, but 2 out of 4 days we stayed they did not have hot breakfast items for over 2 hours of the breakfast window. The pool had two bathrooms. One did not have functional lights and the other did not have hand soap. Told the front desk multiple times about the soap and it was never resolved during our stay. There were also never more than 5 towels available at the pool. We had to keep going to the desk to ask for towels.

Clean room at a decent price for the area. Would have goven 5 stars, but went with 4 for one reason. Was staying for work and had to be on site by 6:30 am. I always pick places that have breakfast in time for my start. With a 6am bfast time listed, this should have worked. Bfast was open at 6, but many options were not out before I had to leave.

Shabby condition. the breakfast was very disappointing. food offered was very limited and not appealing. breakfast is supposed to be offered until 10am, however worker started out ting away at 9.30. on a high note, front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
