It was hectic checking in. Staff was rude and kept telling us different things. Then staff wanted $227 extra on top of what we paid for.

Had to make bed after we arrived because fitted sheet was on wrong and was pulling off. Had to remove and replace. Some noise at night in hallways. Elevators need deep clean.
