Waterpark was super convenient to our room, room was clean, food at the restaurant was good. Staff was kind.

I had hoped the hotel would provide discount day passes to the waterpark. It would have been full price to use the waterpark even after hotel stay.

Water Park is extremely expensive

Easy to get to. Large well lit parking lot. Locked entry doors all arpund so you can park close to your room. Clean, comfy beds, large bathroom, nice shower. Pretty courtyard area. View was of pool so no natural light coming in. Friendly staff . Restaurant on site with very good food.

The hotel service it self was okay. Our room was clean and the front desk staff were kind. We were disappointed to see that the pool area did not have a hot tub as we were expecting. The breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel was not edible and overpriced. The service at the restaurant was incredibly slow (2.5 hours for breakfast).

They have a great water park. Friendly and helpful staff. Didi's supper club inside hotel had amazing staff

Great one night stay. My wife and I stayed here as we went to a brewers game & the following morning we had a race at Miller Park. The hotel was super clean and nice. The staff were friendly as well. They have a nice courtyard with lawn games as well. That’s a benefit & potential drawback depending on who you are. The courtyard is open until 10pm so it’ll be noisy until that time. I don’t think that’s a big deal, but if you’re looking to go to bed b4 10 it likely won’t happen. The hotel had free coffee in the main lobby as well. We didn’t use the h2o park as we were just there for an overnight but it looked nice as well. In the end, yes, I’d stay here again.

I really like staying here. The front desk staff were very helpful and the pool is great- love how the staff are diligent and trained, and the cleanliness practices. The hotel is well kept and clean also. My only complaint is how particular they are about outsiders. We came to visit our one son who lives in the area. It’s easier for him to come to our hotel room for dinner- and we were made to feel like we were bad because of that. I understand needing to separate the waterpark from the resort, but there has to be a more gracious way. Also, we brought in business as three other people came one day and bought day passes for the waterpark to swim with us since we were staying there. ($120) They were not even allowed to walk back to our room with us to change. They have a 2 year old so it was easier than the pool restroom. I understand there is miss use but good people shouldn’t have to feel like the misuse is our fault too.

Parking and access to certain rooms could be better.

Overall, the property was good, but the waterpark tickets are really expensive. There’s no hot tub that’s accessible unless you pay for the waterpark tickets. The hotel pool is inside and closes at 10 and if you’re in there past 10 you’ll be kicked out by security. There is a courtyard that’s a pretty decent set up with fire pits but once again, Security will come over and put your fire out with water at nine or 10 o’clock. I do believe which is stupid so we could even sit down there and relax after 12 hours of traveling on the motorcycles that day they also charge you $100 as a hold on your credit card per a day that you stay there , which is super inconvenient because if you’re on a budget, nobody wants an extra hundred dollars per day charged on their credit card even if you are getting it back and you don’t get it back right away So it hinders you up if you’re on budget while you’re on vacation Overall, the state was OK but most likely will probably find someplace else next time I’m up that way

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in!

Beds are uncomfortable and make a lot of noise when you move - they're on sheet metal bases. Room was ok sized, but the cleaning staff did a poor job inside the room. Common areas were fairly clean. Biggest issue is the noise in the halls, we could hear every word of every conversation in the hallway near our room, and prents allowed their kids to run up and down the halls in the evenings and mornings. Very frustrating and hard to get a good nights sleep at this place.

The room itself was not very clean, (dusty, trash on the floor, stains on the sides of the bed). The beds were also incredibly squeaky, and the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything that was happening outside of our room. Staff was accommodating though, we asked to switch rooms and we were able to do so and receive a discount. It was also nice that hotel was dog friendly.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past 10 years. Upon check in,guest services took a phone call from a concerned customer about something that was misssing from the room. He was not professional even after he hung up the phone. The hotel has a water park for an additional fee. We did not use it for this trip. The room was clean, beds comfortable. My only issue was the bathroom. The curtain was moldy, something that was very obviously visible. There was also an access panel above the shower that was open.

The stairwell to the rooms could use a good carpet cleaning but the room itself was mostly clean. The shower was impeccable. The undermount sink could use attention under the rim, though. That being said, the beds were comfortable (even the sofabed), the floors were clean, and we had a great night's rest along our journey!

Our room had stained bedding that had to be replaced. Beds were ok. Property is tired and needs updating. Staff very helpful.

It was fine except for the bathroom. We had to have them work on a slow drain in the tub. Also, there were two obviously used face towels hanging on the shower curtain. It had to have been left there from the previous"cleaning.". So at that point, you start to wonder what else didn't actually get cleaned.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Maureen, the bartender , was friendly and very helpful!

There were Sprintails in several of the units and Bed Bugs in one of the others!

Stayed for 9 days and rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Air conditioning was noisy…couldn’t stop noice

The bathroom door allowed others to see in and directly to the shower via the large mirror. The beds were smaller than queen sized and were creaky, yet when we checked in it was said we had the governor's suite with queen beds. The patio door was stopped by a piece of wood that we had to figure out how to remove in order to open it. The air conditioners were constantly cycling on and off and the bedroom had few outlets and no alarm clock. It was easy to hear what was going on in the neighboring rooms. There was a sticky substance in the coat closet. The bathroom had no active ventilation. The only good thing was the size, but it felt unnecessary and wasn't used especially because of the bathroom door issue.

We were there on an unusual basis and we book a double queen room for us and our two toddlers because we were unable to book a suite for the amount of time we needed such short notice unfortunately, the room was not big enough and there is no microwave in the room now there was a microwave literally right down the hallway and we were the closest room to the microwave with two toddlers it just wasn’t gonna be feasible for the next five days, but they were very very accommodating trying to help us get a suite for a couple days and then ultimately refunded the rest of our state even though their policy stated 24 hour notice❤️ staff was amazing very compassionate and sympathetic towards our situation and explained in detail what to do to make sure that I got my refund.Would definitely stay there again!

The room was very spacious! We got the Governor's Suite which is 1 bedroom with two queen beds and a separate space for living room area. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I do have a couple of complaints though. We were there for a week visiting family and were planning on getting some things at the grocery store and eating in the room for some meals. However, the refrigerator is tiny as well as the microwave and coffee maker. I went to the front desk and asked for a room with a bigger fridge, but they said all of the rooms have the same size. I then requested borrowing another and they did bring one down the next morning. When we first got there it seemed we had the place to ourselves which was nice! But the weekend came and so did the kids and the dogs. The walls are paper thin. Our neighbors sounded like they were in our room. Luckily I brought a small fan that helped eliminate some of that. But overall we had a nice stay.

This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.

Very nice stay, check-in was smooth and easy and check out a breeze. Nice big shower and comfortable room.

Everything was great for my 12 hour stay but the room looked out onto the the gravel roof and otger side of building. Not a big deal but would have stunk if I was staying longer.

Staff was excellent. Bed was too soft and pillows were too lumpy.

This was the racist place I have ever stayed at or experienced. They constantly stayed at my room door when we were there for a wedding party. They over booked the hall for my sister wedding and didn't allow her to set up. They laughed in our faces, the were accusing the wedding party of things that wasn't happening. They destroyed my sister wedding day. When asked to resolve the issue they continued to laugh and get rude and sarcastic with the family and friends who stayed. I was accused of bringing acholic beverages into the building when I had none. We were suppose to have a block for rooms so we were all on the same floor that also wasn't accommodated. This was a beautiful place to stay but the services really messed me up. Most of my family and friends that stayed didn't stay the night due to the uncomfortable they provided to us. No one was given there money back. People drove hours, people flew in. This was unacceptable.

You hear EVERYTHING! We were in a room around the corner from the party room and we heard every single guest (running, yelling, having loud full on conversations) in hallways as they left the party. We called front desk twice, they said they sent security twice but nothing changed). Awful night! Loud 11-1 pm plus!

Friendly staff, upscale lobby and bar. Rooms were up to date with usb charging outlets. Clean. Friendly staff.

Hotel itself is clean. Super rude staff! STAFF: you really are an inconvenience to them. Unless you do things exactly the way they feel it should be done then you are a nuisance. The gentleman checking us in, was not friendly or helpful, just irritated that I had a baby in my hands and didn’t have my ID read or put my own credit card in the machine for incidentals. RESTAURANT: Just go off hotel grounds. There are lots of places to eat a short drive away. The food here was absolutely terrible and the bartender who came and waited on us at our terrible was so rude. Asked if I could substitute my salad with another salad and his response was a curt no with complete irritation that I would even ask. Then we we got our food was either not hot, had no flavor at all and my salmon tasted so fishy I could not eat it. Bottom line go into Waukesha or Delafield just down the road. POOL: The pool area was beautiful, BUT the pool itself needs some serious upgrading. Cracked tile, scum on edges and tile, pool floor uneven and over the inside of the pool just needs to be address. Someone did test the water why we were in it so that did make me feel better. ROOM: Small, but aside from that very nice. Clean and modern. The air conditioner is right next to the bed so it’s pretty chilly for the person closest to it, but it’s better than not having one. Beds are a bit soft for me, but that is personal preference. So overall rooms are nice. *TV: Live Tv only free all other items $$.

What a wild weekend. Stayed here during a power outage and the staff absolutely went above and beyond to make this a smooth and hospitable weekend despite the circumstances. It's made me a lifelong fan!

The rooms were very clean, well appointed and good beds and wifi, the hotel restaurant had good food also. But location is right off a highway so that’s not so great. But for the price convenient location, nice meeting rooms.

Welcoming staff. Clean room. Friendly restaurant staff, new gal at the bar did a great job! Couldn’t have picked a better location for a Brewers weekend, short drive to the field.

Very satisfied with service, cleanness and price. Comfortable and convenient location to airport. Recommended for family stay.

Clean, safe, and quiet in the area I stayed in. If you like average-size soft towels, bring your own. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Conveniently located, close to shopping and eateries.

The room was fantastic! Spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The hotel restaurant left a little to be desired though. I ate breakfast there and although there was plenty of open tables, they staff was completely overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the few diners they did have. I thought that I'd try again for dinner later in my stay. I got there around 6:00 and the dining room wasn't even open. They did serve dinner at the bar, so I ordered the ribs. I would say they were mediocre at best.

Nice clean and quiet. The on-site restaurant had a great steak dinner. Highly Recommended

Front desk was great, room was nice, bed really comfy, bathroom nice and DiDi restaurant was good with well made drinks.

All staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night but had a great sleep. The breakfast buffet was not worth the $15, most hotels offer that kind of breakfast included with their stay.

Husband, myself, inlaws and daughter stayed for 5 days on a recent visit. Clean facility and except for the women who checked us in, all the staff were fantadtic, helpful and went above and beyond. The resturant on sight is FANTASTIC! Everything we tried was done well and flavourful from desserts, tenderloin, pizza, sandwiches and the breakfast burrito/wrap. The beds were comfortable, showers were large. Pool and water park on sight, although we didnt go it looked fun. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We loved the waterpark and restaurant. The room service was great too
