I hoped even though it was cheaper, having a rating of around 8, this hotel would be decent. There was a funky smell right when we entered the lobby. I still had some hope. Then we took the elevator and noticed how dirty it was, there was a lot of debris, including a used bandaid on the floor and in the corners. Got to our room and it just smelled unclean. All 3 pillows on one of the beds appeared dirty, 2 of which definitely weren’t stains. The lamp shade looked like it had food, blood or other substance splattered all over it. I found a few pubic hairs between the sheets of the same bed with the dirty pillows. The front desk did provide a new sheet when asked. The smoke detector in the room had been removed, there were just wires where it should have been. The toilet seat had feces on the side. Overall the hotel smelled unclean, appeared unclean, and was not kept in order. The staff was nice enough. Had it not been so late when we arrived I probably would have requested a refund and found another hotel. I rarely leave bad reviews but could not leave this hotel fast enough. We did not stay to try the breakfast. Being that we would never stay here again, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the price was good and the location easy to find. The continental breakfast was awful...no juices, hard breads, cold coffee. Very very thin walls...we listened to the person next door dry heave from 4 to 5AM and doors open and close all night and morning. The pool area was, of course, under construction with zero mention on the website with no eta of a reopen date! Soooo...you get what ya pay for with this one 😏

Lost money in vending machine and desk clerk refused to acknowledge me, the beds were so old and lumpy we both ended up with back aches and there was dirty crusty toilet paper stuck to the wall by the garbage can- gross!

Parking was very convenient. Check-in was easy and straightforward, Property and building although aged was clean and in good condition, room was clean as well and ready for me - it maybe could have used some minor cosmetic repair. NOTE: the non-slip surface in the shower tub was the best I’ve ever experienced at any motel or hotel. I WIlL STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles. Stale bagels. No stopper in the bathroom sink, say goodbye to anything dropped there. Bed sheets with holes. No maid service for 3 days. Room so small we could barely get the suitcase cart into the room. Very little seems to have been reinvested into property upkeep.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff seemed to be attentive and friendly. Ice machine worked well and there were plenty options to eat in the area. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels I was looking at. I'll be back definitely!

The room was fine. Disappointed that pool and Hot tub were out of service. I have encountered this many times since the pandemic. I think most places like saving the expense of a pool or hot tub. That is their choice, but they should quit advertising that they have tis amenity.

The only lights in the room that worked were the bathroom lights and an overhead light by the door. None of the outlets worked, none of the lamps/light fixtures. Hotel smelled like marijuana and garbage.

Room was dirty, sheets had stains, floor was sticky. Talked to front desk clerk and just gave me a dumb look. No apology or discount. Won't be going back.

Clean room and staff was awesome

This was overpriced for the room I got. It was very small and run down, smelled like dirty feet, bathroom floor was rotted out under, could feel yourself sink down. Not worth over-$100 price I paid.

The staff was great, the room not so much. It had a let out bed that was broken. The cleanliness was not that much…. it could use a carpet cleaning or something like that and some me updating

Rooms are dirty they just sprayed the bed with some type of bleach or something, crack heads all around

The shower had hair on the walls. The towels had stains. There were people running and yelling down the hallways all night and into the early morning.

The room was filthy. Only one towel in the bathroom TV when it change channels. We ended up leaving early because we didn’t even wanna stay there. It was a waste of money and I probably won’t use a Expedia again and definitely never go to that hotel chain

The hotel smells like mildew, cigarettes and marijuana. The pictures do not match the actual rooms.

My family stayed here for two nights, in a 2-bedroom. The room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.The breakfast, which had a good variety of choices. No complaints at all, I would highly recommend.

Hotel is clean and reasonably priced. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and filled with chopped up foam so they were lumpy. And as my husband put it the toilet is unreasonably short. Most likely would not stay here again.

The room was older but was a good room. It had a kitchenette and a couch. The only disappointing factor was the bed wasn’t very comfortable but the sheets were soft and clean I’d stay there again

First room smelt like cigarette smoke in it moved to 2nd room and a/c didn’t work and fridge was leaking water all over carpet and was soaked with water. Horrible experience. Stay one night in non air conditioned room they had no other room to put us in. We had to stay had a funeral the next day. We didn’t stay the second night. Now we just found out that we’re not getting a refund. Unacceptable. Kind of Leary booking room through this site again after that experience. Plenty of other site that would help us better in this situation

Ok place to stay for short overnight stay. Bed was very hard! The room was clean and in good condition. Continental breakfast was nice.

When i booked the room the pictures showed a nice room when we arrived the room that was given to us was no bigger than a closet photos very deceiving i don't think the ned was even a queen i think it was a full size and as a couple i think we should have gotten a bigger room but i also didn't know people were living there so they got the bigger room

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness just didn't seem where it should be I felt like my feet were always dirty walking around the room staff was a nice check in was great locations great That's about it though

Decent hotel for what we needed. Walls are thin and not a lot of options for breakfast. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

room was dirty, carpet, walls, etc. and there were not towels and when asked the worker she just stated the staff sometimes forget to put them in the rooms.

Horrible Management called to cancel two hours prior to arrival stating they had plumbing problems and that there was water running down the walls. When I arrived I asked if they had any rooms available and they said yes they just had five cancellations. I then informed that it was my rooms that were canceled and I would like to have them. They then proceeded to tell me that they were available but at a higher price than originally quoted. They canceled our rooms so they could charge triple the original price. The original cost of reserved rooms was 220. They wanted over $600 for the same rooms for the same amount of time. They did offer to give us rooms at their Sister hotel, which was a night in completely disgusting and in a bad part of town. We ended up paying the extra money because we had no other options and the next day when I was heading towards the lobby, the room that was originally reserved in my name was being cleaned by the housekeeping staff so I peaked in and took a video there was no water damage like y originally claimed. They canceled my rooms solely to charge higher prices.

We had a great stay at this location.berta was the best front desk person we have ever had. Very personable and helpful. We showed up late morning prior to check-in time and she worked very hard to get us a room set up to our satisfaction. Breakfast was good. We enjoy when we can have a full breakfast.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from including waffles. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I would not recommend. Front desk check in staff seemed irritated to be at work and rude. There was dirty towels in the room and it was rather run down and unkept. There was partying all through the night and staff did not intervene.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly. Continental breakfast Is exactly what it should be. Area is really with a lot of development happening. New grocery store and target across the stress was a big plus for us. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was very safe with staff being around 24/7. Came here alone so that was important to me. Target was right across the street with multiple restaurants and the mall. I would say this is the best location in town. I'll be back in the near future!

Loved that the mall and target were right across the street along with many places to eat at. Everything was in walking distance.

The hotel is good and conveniently located near all the stores.

Great service..! amazing breakfast.

Nice, clean and comfortable. We came in late after a Brewers game. It was disappointing that the continental breakfast ended at 9 a.m.

The room was comfortable. The hotel is understaffed, the desk person took time off of mopping the entrance to check me in. The breakfast needed attention. The only coffee available was in a decaf carafe (orange top) that was on a plate with the heat off, so it was cold. The other carafes were empty.

It was a perfect hotel experience. The rooms, linens, cleanliness, parking and very healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food choices (free!) made our stay happy and easy. Everyone working there served our every need with enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency. And there was a fridge and a microwave oven in our rooms.
