The front desk came to my rescue when they delivered a charger for my phone.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was not elaborate, there were a number of choices. We found the are to be convenient, safe, and quiet.

We had a mixed experience with our night here. The person who checked us in was very nice, smiling and upbeat, while the person who checked us out never smiled, and was not friendly, nor enthusiastic about helping us. While the room was not filthy, neither was it as clean as we had hoped. There was damage to the wall trim in the bathroom and the apparent use of too much water softener meant that we couldn’t really rinse the soap off in the shower or when we washed our hands. The room was quiet and the air conditioner functioned well. The price was very reasonable.

Staff/manager was nasty and rude. Paide for the king suite with hot tub. Bed sheets comforter was soaked wet. Slept in wet bedding. Just got out of the hospital due to a heart attack. Family and hour away booked me a regular king. Had to climb over 20 stairs no elevator. Horrible on my heart. Again manager female very rude. Due to humidity from hot tub room my phone shut down. It was water damaged and manager refused to let me charge or try to help. My sister and officer had the day off and sent an Uber. Suddenly I see the manager outside vaping and with that she then decides to finally be nice and tell me I'm welcome to wait inside. Sorry. Too late

The front desk staff was amazing. I believe it was Mr Patel and he's quite a character, very funny and friendly. The carpet could use cleaning. The hotel is a bit dated, but the location off 94 between Milwaukee and Chicago is excellent.
