We chose to stay at this hotel as it was near Wisconsin Rapids, where our children were participating in a baseball tournament. Melissa greeted us and got us promptly checked into our rooms. After settling in, we asked about on-site laundry services so that we could wash the very dirty white baseball pants. Although there were no guest laundry services, Melissa offered to throw our white baseball pants in the industrial washer as she was needing to wash towels and didn't have a full load. We were thrilled and proceeded to the pool, where she brought the VERY clean pants to us a short while later.

Front desk check in was friendly professional and helpful Hotel had beautiful amenities and the breakfast was great. A real breakfast not plastic and styrofoamy tasting food. Wonderful stay.

This property is worn out. The furniture has a lot of wear. Many spots the varnish is no longer on the desk and night stand. The carpet had old gum spots. The corners in the bathroom had dust buildup. There was also a dirty washcloth left in the shower. The pool was not available because it was broken and drained. You could still use the hot tub but watch out you might fall in the open pool. Hardly had room in the pool area. By far the smallest pool area I’ve ever seen at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast area was clean and nicely stocked. The staff in charge of the breakfast area was incredibly kind and kept the area nice. The staff at the front desk were just ok. Some staff looked like they just woke up with sweatpants and sweatshirts other staff had polos and spoke with friendly hellos. I would not stay at this hotel again.

A very nice hoteland clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Awesome pool! A very nice park walking distance behind hotel. We will stay there again.

The rooms were spotless. The staff was very accommodating for our 2 dogs. Our dogs loved all the attention . Breakfast was amazing and a great selection. I wish they would have had some sort of meat instead of potatoes.

Property was fine, but musty air in room was somewhat offensive. No way to remediate the issue since no windows could be opened, and there did not appear to be a constant flow thru the bath vent. Otherwise the facility was fine. Staff were very friendly.

I usually stay at this hotel when coming to the Stevens point area. However, this weekend the hotel was very noisy with kids running around with baseball, bats and balls in the main lobby area. Also running up and down the hallway in the upper floors. I believe there were families from a sports group staying at the hotel this weekend. Unfortunately, the adults weren’t watching the kids too well.

We stay here when ever in the area. Best sleep in a hotel property, quiet and safe. Very clean, great staff, very comfortable. Love the mounted amenities. Only complaint…..toilets are too low. Love, love this place!!

stayed the night with my husband in the king suite with jetted tub. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was good with lots of walkable destinations. Also had dinner at the Sky Club supper club which was a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Delicious

The bars next to the property have off some loud noise and traffic noise but overall all things were good. The problem was that our bathroom door knob was stuck which resulted in elongated waiting in the morning and the on-call maintenance person couldn’t show up nor did he have his boss his notice of not being in town. The manager did her best and provided alleviation. Overall, the facility was nice and clean, good breakfast as well.

Very clean and nice. Convenient for my need. I was allowed to use the Wi fi in the lobby for work a couple of days earlier than my check in date —I had to come to town earlier due to an urgent family issue. I so appreciated this kindness because it helped make a stressful time a lot less stressful.
