The front entrance inside was very nice looking. Sadly the plants and flowers were mostly dead in the pots. The back entrances were not well kept, broken glass in parking lot, very full trashcan, trash on ground. Entrance door to get inside hotel had handle coming off, broken tile floor. Compared to front entrance, it looked horrible!

Clean and comfortable stay. Great outdoor and inside spaces to relax. Even grills were stationed outside. No issues with staff or noise. Stayed on 5th floor. Only complaint is that someone left their dog in their room and it was barking at 6:30 in the morning. Hotel policy stated that dogs are allowed on the first floor only. Please stick to your rules.

The location is convenient. The hallway and our room on the 3rd floor smelled like smoke. We did not have a refrigerator in our room. I called the front desk and they said they would send one up. It never came. The next day we asked the front desk directly, but it never came. The front desk workers were totally aloof. The rooms are a good size, but the carpet is stained and the bathroom light switch was covered with brown goo that I am hoping was chocolate.

Then I overheard the staff talkin to each other and they were talking about people saying there room is dirty and how she didn’t care

Beautiful hotel, very very nice just had a couple "issues" one of which no matter what we set the air on, it didn't get below 72 degrees which was way too warm for us. Also, our tv remote wasn't working and no way to turn volume down. From desk said they would sent maintenance up once he got back from shuttle run however we never saw him.

Immediately welcomed and checked in - less than a minute! Went to room which had the temperature set comfortably (snow storm outside, warm inside). Nicely arranged room with all my needs cared for -king bed, comfortable chair with snack try, desk, microwave, coffee machine (with kcups), and fidge inside the 3 drawer dresser ( hidden making the room looking neater. A refreshing designed carpet and a nice sized bathroom with all needs furnished. Comfortable room which included breakfast without extra charge. A nice word of thanks at checkout - very nice stay!

It was a horrible stay. Our rooms A/C wasn’t working, our room was at 85 degrees. The only solution we got was to put a fan in the room, which barely helped. We barely slept due to the heat, and left quickly in the morning to escape it. We honestly should’ve slept in the hallway. We told the front desk our A/C wasn’t working when we first checked in, they said maintenance would check it out, when we returned from dinner it was clear that maintenance never came. After going back down to talk to the front desk, they said only solution was a fan. Nothing to give us for the inconvenience or any mention of what they could do. I will not be staying here again.

Front desk is just rude and more worried about being on their cell phone didnt give me any info on how to get to our room or what floor I was on or where we should park? , Our room only had towels for 1 person, called the front desk to ask if they had extra towels and blankets was told and we have towels don't have extra blankets. We had a bag of garbage in front of our room all night.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I don’t ride elevators so the staff went with me in the elevator so I didn’t have to go by myself. They carried my bags all the way to my room for me. When I left they came to my room to assist me again getting to my car. Great service.

Oh my goodness, I felt so bad for Angela while we were checking-in. While waiting in line, there were 4 parties ahead of me, all trying to check-in. I overheard her say, "The system just went down." Then I heard, "All of Microsoft systems just crashed." She was doing everything she could to work through the problem, but some of the guests were not very patient. She apologized over and over, but it wasn't her fault. (At the time, we didn't know the problem was world-wide.) She kept trying to work through it, and showed such professional composure through the problem. When it was my turn, I said to her, "You're doing great. The situation stinks, but you're doing great."

Very good! Hotel is undergoing reno but we stayed in the new area and though I could see evidence of reno and construction all the public areas were still very clean and nice. The elevators and stairways are probably the least important and aside from a few exterior details were the only truly dated areas. The restaurant was very good, lobby and conference hall was nice (didn’t look at the meeting rooms or ballroom). Staff was very friendly. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it could have been me.

Staff was conceited and rude at all times. Hotek was far overprived for location and amenities. And you have to be a premier member to receive free continental breakfast. Which. From a man who spends his life in hotels every day of the week for work and has seen every kind of establishment. $10 for breakfast and not a piece of meat to be found. Customer is well below subpar. Very Uppity. Cleanliness. Comfort and appearance.........Amazing.

I hate to write this review since this is my go to hotel when in Racine, but here it is. We checked in on friday and left sunday morning. since then my card has been charged over $100 more than what my original price was. I get that there is a hold put on the card for incidentals, however, this doesnt appear to be that. I have called 4 times since checking out to get resolution to only be told that I would get a call back from the manager. That has still yet to be done. When we checked in, there was converstations happening at the front desk about being overcharged, so apparently this isnt a isolated incident. The hotel overall is a great place, but this front desk team aint it.

Deluxe 2Q Suite photos showed beds in separate rooms, but they were in same room with dated furniture in the other. Bar/Restaurant was not open. Breakfast in the morning ended at 9:00am when it was posted that breakfast goes until 10:00am.

In order to get hot water you have to turn on the cold. And then it was scalding (NOT an underestimate) hot. The sink hot water was unusable because also being scalding hot right away. We kept ironing wrinkles into our shorts be size of the condition of the table cover had no padding and a very loose cover. The most disappointing feature were the breakfasts. The first day we had to wait 15 minutes in order to even get eggs, bacon, and potatoes. The two other days the food was cold. But the kicker was that we prepaid for breakfast at $21 per day for two and if we had purchased it at the hotel it costs $20 ($10 each) Also the heater/air conditioner didn’t work. Maintenance was called and came up to find the problem. He went down and checked something out. Went to get new pieces and it still would not work. At this time we were all emptied out of our suitcases and we choose not to move. It was fairly Close proximity to the funeral home though. I would be interested in a refund for the breakfasts or partial refund to reimburse me for pain and discomfort

Run down hotel. Stay away from breakfast in the restaurant. Cold food, stale pastries, watered down juice, old biscuits. There was a dripping noice above us all night. This place should be closed for remodeling. Hire a new company to manage restaurant.
