We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. This property offered everything we could've wanted even a sauna in the fitness area. A lot of option for breakfast. Unfortunately the jets were down in the hot tub. Overall very nice facility and will stay again!!!

I booked the hotel specifically because of the hot tub. When we went to use it it was out of order. And I had called the nigh before and nothing was mentioned. Not happy at all. Was looking forward to relaxing because I had a horrible week. Other than that, it was a nice stay

Had a great three day stay at this hotel with my son. Pool and hot tub were large and the right temperature. Breakfast atea and patio were also usually large and nice as well. Also enjoyed the smart TV with streaming capabilities.

We found lots of hair that did not belong to us in the bathroom and in the bed. There was a giant urine stain in one bed. We notified the hotel and were never contacted by management

The property looked very new. There was a lot of parking available. The room was very very spacious i didnt expect that much space for a 1 queen bed room with sofa bed! Not complaining just stunned!!! Did i also mention it had 2 TVs! Cleanliness - we found some fruit loops on the floor near the fridge and i assume that may have been from the previous guests in that room so had to dig some points off. Otherwise the rest of the room was clean. The only semi big complaint is when i arrived onsite the front desk lady told me it was a good thing i arrived when i did because they only had 2 rooms available. I was stunned because i had thought when i reserved a room that one would be available to me within the check in period. That bad practice should be changed or looked into. Whats the point of reserving if you wont even guarantee a room? Overrall rating, it was a good stay. Nice quiet, loads of parking, big room. I would definitely stay again if i was in the area.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping. I also enjoyed getting fresh coffee (to go) every morning before school. Breakfast was decent, but I do wish there were a few more options. Potatoes would have been nice. One other thing I appreciate was being able to go to the front desk and buy a 7-Up when my stomach was upset. Staff were personable. Overall, this is a nice property. I would consider staying here on my next trip.

Really well designed hotel, one of the nicer hotel's I've stayed in. Our family loved everything. Nice room layout. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good bathrooms. We stayed here while visiting my son. I had 2 rooms booked. One of the rooms had some issues. I talked to Heidi at the front desk. When we checked out (I didn't notice) the Rewards number was my other son's number. We had issues signing into streaming on the TV's. I think some how it got changed from my number, which I booked them under. I still haven't got a response, if it was changed back to my account.

We were very impressed with the customer service as we had special room requests and Kim was amazing at helping us. All the staff was so friendly. Our only issue was that the television service was not functioning properly and there was no resolution provided. Even after a call to the company that provides the service there was no fix accomplished and there is no one on the staff qualified to address the issue. But we did not let that minor issue ruin an otherwise fantastic stay.

I’ve had the privilege of traveling more than most, and have stayed in 5 star luxury resorts as well as rodent infested dives around the globe so I think my review will be well-rounded. This property is in a very convenient location with a breakfast cafe, donut shop, gas station, convenience store, Walmart, supermarket, liquor store, and a couple of fast food places all within a mile or so. The hotel was clean, inviting, and my room had a small living room with pull out couch, a desk work area, small kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, & coffee maker, two TVs, and an extremely comfortable bed. Hot water and water pressure were both excellent, and you have the ability to manage the temperature in your room. Free wifi and breakfast were included. The gym is modest but well equipped to get the job done and there’s even a sauna. The real standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Friendly, fast, and willing to make your stay an excellent experience. I had an odd request for glassware and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I will be staying here again in the future and look forward to the visit.

We have stayed at this St Croix Falls hotel a couple of times and we will definitely stay again. The customer service is excellent (thank you for the early check-in). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast selections are very good. Our grandchildren loved the large pool. The hotel is close to fabulous state parks, the beautiful sculptures at Franconia, and skiing at Trollhaugen in the winter. One nitpick: I would recommend asking for top floor as footsteps can be heard from the floors above.

Jackie checked us in and she was very kind and welcoming. Our room was very clean and plenty of options for shows on the TV. The pool was clean and warm which was a huge plus for the kids. Very nice work out room with all the equipment you can think of. Oh and the full included breakfast was delicious! We made pancakes and had sausages and eggs and cinnamon rolls. A !

Fantastic stay. Very quiet and clean hotel. We checked in late and still were helped with a smile. There was a full breakfast. The only thing I would say is that they had little cheese omelets instead of plain eggs. There was no dairy free option. We would definitely stay again.
