Entrance was dirty needs a lot of tlc and windex. Pure rundown. Care about the money not the appearance. Pool and hot tub was dirty. Our stay wasn't worth the money. We are sorry that we stayed there, we should stay somewhere else. Andy and his wife were very nice. Even the outside is rundown. Vents in the hallway are dirty. Including pictures of hot tub.

Wisconsin Dells is the water park capital of the world. Booked this couple getaway to do some swimming and relax and paid extra for those anementies. When I got there pool and hot tub were not working. Even next day still not working. Room was not clean and clock not plugged in. I canceled my remaining stay. Manager refused to refund rest of stay and Hotels had to step in and help with refund. This hotel is in a very competitive market and cant afford this level of basic issues.

Older property with a few nice upgrades, but definitely needs more work. Beds were comfortable and room was a really nice size for our group. Hot tub was out of service when we arrived but we were able to use it later that evening. However, it was in need of cleaning. The property could definitely use some upgrades and repairs.

Room was clean and had been updated since the last time we stayed but the air conditioner was not working so the room was very hot. But the pool area was an issue. The hot tub had a lot of broken tiles, and the sauna was not working. The staff was good. One of the front desk’s attendants were a bit over friendly and kept getting to close for my comfort to my kids. And wouldn’t leave us alone while we were trying to get and eat our breakfast.

Price was cheaper then others in area but you pay for what you get. Hot tub was way over chlorinated. Walls and doors are paper thin. You could hear everything your neighbors were doing.

The pool and hot tub needed work. No real massage type of feeling in the hot tub. Missing or broken tiles. Not aure how long the owners had been in our hotel but the room itself was nice and much better thqn other hotels in the are we had stayed in before. The owner or manager I talked to seemed to be hurting for workers.

The hotel was very well managed. Great water pressure. Although I didn't use all the facility had to offer the pool looked very nice. A small gym, sauna, hot tub, and even an outdoor patio with an area with a grill available for use. The King suite was great. I would highly recommend. A huge jetted tub, a large TV, and a high rise bed. The only complaint would be the shower was a little small.

The overall stay was Ok. The staff treated us like we didnt just pay 100$ a night. The beds weren't really queen size they were full size so that was a little disappointing. But they keep the pool cleaned as well as the hot tub was nice enjoying that.

The bed skirt was nasty all the way around the bed! Like some got sick all over it. Really run down and not clean at all. Couldn’t wait to get out! Felt dirty and didn’t even want to stay!

This property was filthy the toilets were filthy the floor in the corners you can see where it hadn't been mopped very well or anything dust was everywhere my wife refused to stay there and I don't blame her. mold around the windows the manager tried to tell us it was caulking, we know the difference between caulking and mold this was mole around the window. We moved down the road to La Quinta where is this nice and clean we have had some real good luck working with Expedia to get a refund here between our story and the manager story Expedia wound up giving us two out of three nights refund as the manager kept telling her expedient lady that it was caulking around the windows instead and not mold I don't know how he explained the rest of the filth in there.

Our room smell real bad. The bathroom was dirty the floor was not clean. There was crumbs and empty alcohol bottle under the bed. There was a tool left under the bed. That just tell you they did not clean the room.

Room smelled damp, there was mold on the AC, dust everywhere. Pool floor was unbelievably slippery for small kids, I watched kids fall 5 times in under an hour. Breakfast was mediocre.

Place was dirty, very out dated, and smelled. Under our bed we found smashed chips and other food as if it wasn’t clean. The fitness center lights went off every 5 mins. Though I will say the people at front desk were very nice, polite and helpful.

Poll was nice and front desk staff was mostly pleaseant, but there were flies everywhere! It was so bad that the front desk is handing out fly swatters. The rooms, halls, and pool area all had flies which severely detracted from our stay.

Staff is very welcoming. The hotel has a pool, a hot tub and a sauna. They gave us wristbands for Noah's Ark for 4 days for free(too bad we didn't know about it before we came). Breakfast is good, too. The room was not so convenient; The door to the bathroom didn't close easily, it was always very humid in the room and the air conditioner wasn't silent. The sink is in the main room area and not in the bathroom, the shower stream is not good and the bathroom looks old. But if we compare the prices, I would definitely say that for those who are not looking for fancy rooms, this hotel is a good one.

Great option for a reasonable rate in the Dells. The room was updated and fairly large… however, we were out of shower gel in the shower pump upon arrival and the pullout sofa mattress was sagging quite a bit but luckily my daughter was still able to use it. (Should be probably replaced). The regular beds were very comfortable. Overall our stay was very nice because the place was clean and the owners were very friendly. We enjoyed the little pool and hot tub, and breakfast area was kept well stocked. I would stay here again.

The place is old and dirty. Carpets ripped, hallways filthy. Beware, there are no plugs on the headboard side of the room. The only outlet is in sink area. I had to run a 16’ extension cord so I could use my CPAP.

Room was nice size. Bathroom was extremely small. Toilet paper needs to be upgraded. Tissue cover was way to small for the box of tissues, looked tacky. Desk personnel were extremely nice, both at check in and at check out.

Overall, it was clean and the staff friendly. My room was next to a side door and noisy when guests were leaving in the early hours. The coffee in the breakfast area and in the rooms is not very good. The beds are comfortable and I love the quality and number of pillows provided.

The front desk staff isn’t friendly at all, I had called a few days prior to verify checkin time was told I was able to go in early to get our wristband but our room wasn’t gonna be ready and I was ok with that, when I got there there was a guy at the front desk who didn’t even greet us I told him I wanted to check in and his response was check in is at 4 in a very rude manner, that’s not even the worse part someone tried to brake into our room at 2am I went to notify the front desk early next day and his response was did they steel anything I told him they didn’t brake in but they did tried it twice and he was like this place is safe there is nothing no worry about. I was traveling alone with my 2 kids that was the scariest thing. The place has an awful smell. Will never be staying there again HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Front desk agent was pretty rude. Ended up charging me per person even though I booked a suite that fits 6. Maybe it’s something I overlooked but have never had a hotel up charge me like that. Also responded to the welcome text that Ramada By Wyndham sent me after check-in because our toilet was clogged when we arrived at our room. The text had stated “let us know if you need anything during your stay.” Figured it was appropriate to respond, since I needed my toilet unclogged. Front desk agent told my wife it was impossible that I was texting anyone as no texts get sent and there is no way to communicate with them via text. My assumption is that they just are a little behind on the technology side.

Staff at check in was snappy/rude, argumentative and not helpful at all. We ended up booking through Expedia while in the lobby because she was so unhelpful. Same staff was dismissive when she was told the sauna was not working. We also found the ice machine on our floor out of order, cleaning supplies left in the hallway, bathroom near lobby unkempt, and a lack of towels in the pool area. Rest of the stay was ok. Beds comfy, breakfast was decent. Staff in the morning seemed to care more than the one who checked us in. They refilled breakfast for us promptly when notified it was getting low.

The lady that took care of us was still training so she had to get her notes, but she was so nice and she helped us out so much. I previously booked with another hotel that I would never stay in , I got caught in the rain and construction was bad so I was really exhausted. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she was a sweet pea. I also saw the Manager ( or the owners) assisting with the rooms and that was impressive! I will be back in June! Thank you so much! Mrz. They have a $100 “incidentals” charge. I asked several times what it included for incidentals, I never received an answer. The charge is suppose to be credited back to my card. I will let post if it is not returned.

The room was clean enough, though the bathroom door has no clearance from the shower curtain rod. In general, the room seemed much smaller than it should have been. And, I don't know if it was the manager at the counter, or what. But he was rather rude. It served its purpose, but I dont think I'll return.

Nice hotel - fast check in and close to so many dining options . It is a great location out of the way of traffic and yet right next to everything you want. The hotel was clean and included a free continental breakfast . If you have children this hotel offers passes to Noah’s Ark water park . Overall a good place in the Dells .

Check-in process is unnecessarily long. The breakfast was horrible, the juices were watered down and the baked goods, such as muffins and bagels, were hard and stale. The eggs were so runny, they didn't even seem cooked. The door to the room did not automatically close. The hotel did not have a reasonable late check-out policy. Most hotels will give you an extra courtesy hour, this property was charging $15/hr extra. A senior staff member during our check out process was being be rude in front of us to a new staff member who appeared to be a trainee. I do not recommend this property!

Room actually was for 5ppl since it has a pull out couch. Room Hadnt been vaccummed for a few stayes Id guess. Breakfast had a nice variety of coices tho the scrambled eggs and sausages where cold. Good customer service.

Couldn’t get new towels unless we brought down the old towels to the front desk. They may 4 Noah’s ark included in stay per room for two nights in a 6 person room. Breakfast was overly crowded. Not enough tables and chairs to accommodate the guest. Next year I’ll be staying else where

We had a nice experience. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, as well as the housekeeping staff. We appreciate the efforts made to update the facility. Breakfast was great, and very well managed with the number of guests present. Loved the free Noah's Ark tickets! We'd go back again in the future.
