Very nice property, but we were not informed prior to arrival about ongoing construction . Early morning noise and breakfast area effected leading to pre made breakfast sandwiches of very poor quality and limited options. We should have been told ahead of time

Hotel is getting run down & dirty Worst bathroom ever in a hotel stay Shower is trash & absolutely no water pressure & smells so strong of chlorine and made skin itch & burn On top of zero water pressure & shower head kept falling out of holder Have family near by & will never stay at this hotel again after years of staying there on family vacations—it’s sad

Nothing wrong with the motel or staff, the breakfast was very nice as well. If I were to nitpick, the furniture in my room had some scratches (416) that could be easily addressed on the writing desk area. The tub needed a touch up too. These 2 are minor and would improve the already good experience.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our issue was that the thermostat in our room did not work, so we had no way to use the heat or a/c. The maintenance worker was not there over the weekend. I did end up being pretty stuffy in our room. Other than that, everything was fine.

I paid for this hotel online, and when i came to check in they said they don't rent to locals because i lived in Martinsburg. They said I'll have to contact Expedia for a refund. Then i tried to cancel/ refund hours before check-in (on a weekend) with a chat that was disabled. So, i pays for the room and was not able to stay in it $117 a night.

One thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay and do whatever they can to correct any issues you bring to their attention. Thank you Sierra for taking care of the crazyWWE match above our heads.

Our car broke down heading back to NY with my family of 4 by this hotel and although the hotel is under major renovation, the staff were so accommodating and kind. The included breakfast was a hit considering we didn’t have transportation. This hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and chains as well as a small waterpark 1 mile away. Thankyou for making our experience enjoyable considering the terrible circumstances we had to deal with .
