Bad smell, sticky carpets, overall run down appearance. Wouldn’t stay there again or any other Quality Inn . Also no elevator, that should be in the list of amenities especially for elderly.

The Gentleman at Reception was friendly and helpful with his knowledge of ‘eating places’, for us. The heated Pool was a brilliant addition to the Hotel and the cooked breakfast was great to start our day

This hotel was suitable for an overnight stay. It is close to several restaurants and a large mall. The lobby was fine, some snacks are on display for purchase and a large beverage cooler has several drink options for purchase as well. The pool area is located right behind the check in counter. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken while we were there and the water was very cold! The owner did turn on the heaters in the room and my kiddos didn't mind the cold water but we didn't stay in very long. The room was a nice size room with two double beds that seemed small. Nice sheets and blankets, no complaints about the pillows or bedding. The website stated there was an option of a roll away baby crib but the man at the front desk said they did not offer that and seemed confused by the request. There were only two towels available in the bathroom and they were very tiny, one had a hole in it. Our TV did not work. The room was semi-run down but like I said, for overnight it was fine. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options.

The location was great, the staff was friendly & the breakfast was alright. On the downside, the entire hotel smelled SO musty & mildewy! Each door had a no smoking sign on it, but you could smell smoke all down the hallway. The room was downright gross. The A/C didnt work well, the smell was horrendous & the bathroom was iffy at best. The comforter looked like mice had been chewing on it at some point. We arrived late, we were so tired, so staying here was kind of a last resort. We were booked for a 4 night stay, but I immediately ran to the front desk to cancel the rest of our stay.

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I've EVER stayed in. We found a pile of bloody tissues behind a chair and there was stuff all over the carpet along side both beds. The pillows were great.......thats about the only thing that was. STAY AWAY!!!

It served its purpose. We only stayed one night. The room was not clean the carpet had spots where it looked like food had dried up and been there for days. The carpet border was coming off the walls. The paint above the shower head was completely peeling off the wall.

Arriving the front entrance and hallways were dirty. Carpet was black. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. Once arriving to our room there was urine on the toilet seat and mold in the toilet bowl. The fire alarm was hanging out down the wall with electrical tape trying to hold it to the wall. They switched us rooms which was a little better but still dirty and the soaps were used. It’s bad when you have to go buy your own cleaning supplies just to take a shower and use the bathroom.

The room had not been cleaned properly, there were items left in the room and the bathroom floor was disgusting. It was unsafe as my room door would not latch closed and the stopper for the lock was barely holding onto the door. They ran out of breakfast food barely an hour into breakfast swrvice and nobody refilled the hot foods. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay.

Everything in the room was sufficient if you’re looking for a bed and a shower (which I was). But there were a few things I was uncomfortable with. There was visible, months-old dust hanging in the vent in the bathroom. There was crust around the bathroom sink faucet. The shower curtain smelled mildewed. The bedroom wasn’t well dusted around the appliances. There was no outlet cover on the outlet that was behind the bedside table—which is a safety hazard. Also, the room, upon entry, smelled heavily of men’s cologne or, at the very least, heavily scented cleaner. Overall, this was a quiet, uneventful weeknight stay, but the hotel barely had any guests, either.

The hot water faucet leaked at the sink, the refrigerator was broken, it had mold and stunk, the tub had black hairs in it, and the toilet screeched when it was flushed. The walls were in dryer need of paint and the carpet had not been vacuumed. When the front desk was informed of the issues, I never got even a call from management.

Beds were not comfortable at all. The toilet seat was broken and the curtains were also broken to where they would not close all the way. Which allowed any passer-by in the parking lot to be able to look in the room. Not to mention letting light in while trying to sleep.

The bed was comfortable. Access to the bathroom was alittle difficult, could not close the door while sitting on the toilet. The toilet seat was broken, no bolt on one side so the seat sled around. It was reported to the front desk when we left.

Never got to check in staff was extremely rude. I didn’t realize I had lost my wallet at the convention and the person I was with was under 21 so they wouldn’t accept his ID wasn’t willing to work with me at all or let me get my money back so I paid for a room they refused to let me in.

This is a great hotel. However, if u dont book with credit card make sure u bring $250 for a cash deposit refundable at end of stay. My fridge didnt work no freezer n fridge either. Poor communication with staff no English. Emptied own trash and got new towels everyday from housekeeping. I was 23min late checking out due to cleaning room up and having to fill coolers with ice. When i went to checkout and get deposit back.and was charged $35 for late checkout. Smh

Room itself was fine. Noice from others kept me awake. Bed was very hard. No one at front desk when I tried to check out and then when she finally came back to the desk the lady didn’t want to give me a receipt.

This is an older motel in a convenient area of Vienna that needs updating. Our room was very humid and smelled of chlorine. The staff was very helpful and so kind to folks at the morning breakfast.

Great location! Red Lobster on one side with Dunkin Donuts beside it, Outback Steakhouse on the other side of the hotel and behind the steak house is a good sized mall. The room disappointed but it is an older property so the rooms and bathroom is tight. The problem I had with the room I was in was the fixtures were pited and dull, not at huge deal but the sink fixture was loose as well as the bathroom door handle and the toilet seat. Small stuff but it adds up, then there was food left in the freezer compartment of the fridge, still adding that the ice bucket was sticky like it hadn't been washed recently and the art work needed dusted. Oh, i just remembered the shampoo dispenser was empty.

This hotel was suitable for an overnight stay. It is close to several restaurants and a large mall. The lobby was fine, some snacks are on display for purchase and a large beverage cooler has several drink options for purchase as well. The pool area is located right behind the check in counter. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken while we were there and the water was very cold! The owner did turn on the heaters in the room and my kiddos didn't mind the cold water but we didn't stay in very long. The room was a nice size room with two double beds that seemed small. Nice sheets and blankets, no complaints about the pillows or bedding. The website stated there was an option of a roll away baby crib but the man at the front desk said they did not offer that and seemed confused by the request. There were only two towels available in the bathroom and they were very tiny, one had a hole in it. Our TV did not work. The room was semi-run down but like I said, for overnight it was fine. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options.

It is a nice place but needs upgraded. Carpet felt sticky and partly peeled away from wall. The safe in the closet had a door that wouldn’t shut and kept the closet door from closing good. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Very convenient to our plans.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice but no hot tub as in pics online still. Within walking distance of dining and shopping. Cleaning could be better. Found a used cloth hanging in shower. Blood stain on bed sheet. Door to room did not close unless pulled out pushed hard.

Did not replace towels that we took a shower with and was questioned when asked for more towels for the second day. Shower was dirty, mirror and sink were dirty, pool needs redone. Beds are uncomfortable and box springs are stained and nasty. Carpets are sticky. Second morning breakfast was cold. Definitely not up to the standards of any other Quality Inn I've stayed at. Had a bus load of middle school wrestlers that had room booked and the guy who claimed to be the boss didn't even know how to look up their reservation and kicked them out for HIS mistake and his mismanagement.

Room was freshly painted and smelled like paint, the whole 3 days we were there. The staff walked into our room at 8 pm on the second night and said or room was supposed to be vacant, breakfast was passable. Pool closed due to renovations. No elevator had to carry all our stuff up to the second floor. Air unit was good very cold.
