Overall it was a great stay. Room was fine and at a high standard. There were a few thingsc with the facility, exterior key card access on door closest to elevators didnt work,elevators needed carpets cleaned, ice machine on our floor was broken.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love it. The staff are so welcoming, the hotel is very cleanly. It’s such a nice place to relax and enjoy a little getaway with the family. Our only complaint is that both times we’ve gone, the pool has been too cold for the kids to enjoy. Which, is very minuscule, although disappointing. We will continue to visit this hotel on our weekend getaways though because everything else is top notch!

Great property near my family so that made it more desirable. Enjoyed the continental breakfast both mornings which was great. Could’ve used a few more fruit options but good overall. The only area that I felt really needed attention was the cleanliness of the elevators. Perhaps carpet isn’t the best choice in this high traffic area. All in all, a great visit and will definitely be back.

Super clean , water pressure was a little low in the shower but I’ve had much worse . Breakfast was fantastic. Key card had to be reprogrammed in morning as I was automatically checked out at 7 for some reason . Overall excellent experience and will be returning.

Nice room. But the bed is very high - at least 27 inches. I fell once trying to climb in and finally used the sturdy waste basket - lying it on its side - as a step-stool. Otherwise it was a very nice room, the TV worked well with a lot of choices. Bathroom was clean and well appointed.

Our stay was excellent, from ease of check-in to the excellent condition of the room and comfort of the bed. The only criticism I have is the guests right above our room were jumping around in their room and there air conditioner had a squeak. We solved the issue by bringing our fan in from the car that we happened to bring along. From now on we'll always bring a fan with us. Our night from then on was perfect!

Pros: Room was very clean and dark with black out shades. Breakfast was better than most continental options at other hotels. Staff is friendly. Nice pool and hot tub. Cons: The air conditioner had two different controllers, one on the wall and one on the unit itself which made control confusing. Bathroom fan runs constantly with no way to turn off. Using Chromecast on TV wasn't easy to set up with Wi-Fi. Overall a decent basic hotel.

I stayed in Rm 215 highway outside my window . The floor tile in entry is coming loose. Shower safety bar is loose so is tub spout. I stayed because I didn’t feel like moving my stuff. They do have a good breakfast. Close to family I was visiting.

Only complaint for the trip was after checking in front desk called and said we weren’t showing checked in because of glitch in system between them and hotel.com. Had to run cc twice for incidentals husband ended up giving them cc number because of system not working ( written down).

We had a terrible experience from 9:30 pm until after midnight of our stay. Apparently a group of men on a bowling outing came into the lobby to party and drink until after midnight. We called the front desk to please ask them to be quiet. After another hour of cussing, laughter and scorch. We called again about the noise. The lady told us they didn’t have a policy against cursing and loud noise. Crazy. The next morning at checkout the manager basically told us the same. We asked for compensation and basically got the brush off. No more visits from us. Slept about 3 hours at most.

I’ve stayed here before and the hotel and amenities were great. This time it was good as well however, the staff at check in weren’t very helpful with how I booked a certain room and when I got there one of those weren’t available. Nothing was done about it to help me and Expedia gave me one key cash to help but it didn’t help with anything at check in.

Our entire experience with this hotel was excellent. Our bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the hot breakfast with brewed coffee made with freshly ground beans was wonderful. We had a great time too! Good memories!

Our bathroom sink was clogged and very slow to drain. The issue was never resolved and we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast eggs were cold and not eatable. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It just seemed like they needed more help

I like how clean and quiet the property was. One of the reasons I like this chain, is because usually the breakfast is a great experience. This time however the person who was running the station was just slothful. I came down earlier during the dining time and the hot food station, was not kept up with. And eventually ran out of eggs. And the breakfast was still open an hour and a half after that, and many people came to get eggs and left disappointed. Although the worker working there had no issue, coming out and grabbing himself cinnamon rolls, but never once added more eggs. The rest of the staff and experience was great.

Average stay, breakfast,room etc..hot tub and pool were taken by small children right up until closing time. No time for adults. That's really the only selling point of that stay. All the competitors are about the same in my opinion. Night staff ( 1 person) was severely overwhelmed/understaffed.
