The initial assigned room had a very prominent odor that was somehow not picked up on by the staff prior to our stay. Cleaning staff did everything they could to fix it, but after leaving for a few hours and coming back, it was still there. After raising the complaint to the staff, they assigned is a new room right away, which had no issues at all. Overall satisfied, but they should do some deeper room cleanings more often.

Our room was extremely clean! Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better.
