The property was under renovation so parking was bad. Contractors were taking up parking that should be used for guest. In my 54 years as a contractor I would not been allowed to park in the way of customers. Everything else was great and enjoyed our stay.

Tired and in need of renovations. The ice machine smelled like mold, vending machines didn't work, no towels in the fitness center (although the gym equipment itself was exceptionally high quality). The shower head was also great, but the rest of the bathroom was tired and worn out

Hotel was under renovation. Pool wasn’t available. No restaurant on site. Had to park far away as no spaces at hotel. No one at desk over night…had to contact sister hotel if need arose. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Had Keurig, microwave, and small fridge in room. Best part of the whole experience was Marty at the front desk everyday from 3-11. We looked forward to seeing him each day and sharing our experiences. He was always smiling, friendlly, and such a fun guy! He really made a not so ideal accommodation experience seem like not a big deal! Thanks Marty!!!

Things in the room were broken and unfinished. The coffee maker in the room was broken- around the property no parking because there was a big crane and building materials so I had to park in the general village parking lot. No restaurant no pool and no amenities that was said on their site. Disappointed to say the least. Won’t ever stay here

Absolutely amazing. Customer service was fantastic, we had a small issue with checking in the wrong room. Marty wanted to make it right and he even upgraded us to a suite. The room was beautiful. They are doing construction in the hotel so we couldn’t use the amenities but we were able to use the amenities at the hotel next door. The noise from the construction never bothered us. Everything in Teton village is very walkable from snake river, all the tours we did offered pick up and drop off so it worked great for us!

Really great winter escape - the hotel has a winter lodge / wood cabin theme that is really cute and cozy. Very short walk to Bridger Center and the rest of the establishments in the village. Lobby and bar area is comfortable, the guest rooms are a pretty good size. The complimentary ski valet is a life saver to keep wet gear out of the room! There is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, the outdoor hot tub is very nice and cozy (in a cave to block it from the rest of Teton Village). The staff are awesome - we actually got locked out of our room at 10pm on New Year’s Eve and they had multiple people helping us and checking in on us to get us back in. It was expensive over New Year’s Eve but it’s one of the best prices in Teton Village and we thought it was well worth it

Property has been remodeled and is getting outdated again… there is a nice outdoor pool spa area that had not been cleaned in months, at least, tubs not operating and trash in pool, spoke to management and they didn’t care, nothing done. David the bellman was the pillar of the property and apologized recognizing the issues.

Housekeeping left our room standing wide open for the entire first day. There are stairs to get to the elevator. And all the sounds echo terribly. Any activity around you, just like it’s in your room. “Balcony” rooms, are just exterior doors connected to a shared hallway really. Not private balconies as the description leads you to believe. The hotel is convenient, and it was clean, but for us that was the extent of the positives.

I loved the stay at the Snake River Lodge. Beds were comfortable, the pool was great and hot tub was clean. Love the shampoos and body lotion products they provided. What I didn't like was we got a window that looked out to a wall. We did try to swap rooms but there were no more rooms available that we could be together as a group. Just didn't expect such a beautiful place to have a room looking at a wall. Other than that, it was a great stay and would recommend it. Also close to the airport.

The hotel is really run down! Pics are misleading! Room was dirty and worn out. More like a $50 motel on a highway! Roms are dark and gloomy. My child suffered from allergies due to dust and mold! Front desk did not show much interest in changing room or find some other accommodation. Early check out was not granted…because contract when booked did not allow it!!! Lounge water/cookies and teas were not replenished. Especially front desk personnel were giving the feeling they did not want to be there and work. Check-in was a disaster! I had to ask all the questions regarding internet, breakfast time , facilities ecc. oohh breakfast….avoid it …expensive and average food at best! We were happy to leave at the end of the vacation! If i can give an advice….do not be fooled by the internet pics …stay away! Shower was not working properly distributing warm and cold water. Bathroom sink was clogged and also was not working properly. Please do not look under the bed….unless you are searching for left overs from previous guests. Shame on the hotel operators! If anyone is allergic to chlorine ….stay away from the main lobby corridor leading to one side of the elevators….smell is potent! Rooms are not well equipped for skiers …not much place to hang jackets especially for a family of 4. Overall very disappointed especially when nothing was even attempted to assist in my son allergies! It seemed they didn’t care.

The property has a 40 mins drive to Grand Teton and we had two encounters with moose along the road, both in the early morning. It's quite amazing. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is really nice. 20 mins drive to Jackson and no lack of dinning and shopping options.

The photos online are incredibly deceiving. The pool was littered with nicotine pouches, tobacco pouches, leaves, debris, trash, etc. The inside pool area looked like a Super 8. Our room had someone else's trash in it too! Receipts, etc that did not belong to us. Not worth the $ at all. The staff was friendly though which was a plus.

Booked a room with a balcony and all you can see is the side of the next building. Complete waste of money. Also for a room with an upgraded price the bed is absolutely terrible. Very disappointed with this stay.

The location is so good it makes up for some of the less impressive aspects of the room I stayed in. Such a short walk to the base area of the resort and a quick drive into the National Park! My room had cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets didn’t close. The grating on the fireplace was falling off, the bathroom sink took about 5 minutes to drain after each use, and one of the windows would jam and not lock. I didn’t spend much time in the room so I didn’t really care it was a little rough around the edges.

Great stay - loved the old elevator. Very convenient and staff and other travelers were very friendly. Only complaint is that the bathroom sink was very slow the drain.

Excellent location with easy access to Teton NP and Jackson. Unfortunately our 3 night stay was in a basement level room that was dark, had short windows and was right next to the resort drop off location for large trucks supplying items. All night I heard the safety back up alarms as the trucks pulled in to the building. I regret that I didn’t insist on a new room!

Far out of town, very average food options, noisy rooms, high prices, and the most aggravating elevators I have ever used. All balconies are shared and public… weird. We would probably stay in Jackson next time.

We enjoyed the decor but the space is on the older side, our doorknob didnt work and there was a old panel with unfinished paint. Coffee got taken away early in the lobby. Overall the access to teton village is unbeatable.

We liked the proximity to Teton Village, Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. We also liked the room's amenities: king bed that was very comfortable, gas fireplace, large sofa, dining set on outside patio area, microwave and refrigerator. The staff were especially friendly and gave very good advice about the area when asked.

This crowd is about as lowdown as they get. American Airlines canceled our flights, and these clowns wouldn’t even discuss letting us rebook our rooms. They took all our money for all 4 nights for all 4 rooms.

While the hotel looks lovely and our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable the service in this hotel is horrible. We had to get our own cart to get our luggage and my daughter had to push it into the hotel, until the bell guy showed. He refused to help us take it to our room which was the last suite on the 3rd floor , at the very end of the hotel. My husband wasn’t around to help us because he was told we couldn’t valet park or park in the empty spaces out front but had to park far away in a lot down the block. What a joke. We came back after dinner and that lot out front still had spots. But us in a 2 bedroom suite get the worst parking. The front desk woman was slow to check people in, didn’t explain anything properly. We didn’t learn about the internet. Didn’t learn about the pool or hot tub- until our daughter saw it from her window. We saw one worker later in the evening and asked him in the parking lot about the parking again and he said we had to park far away too. This hotel is lovely inside, the rooms very comfortable, but they are being stingy on the staff and service. So I wouldn’t stay here again . It made our whole stay upsetting due to the service. They actually do not care about the guests.
While the hotel looks lovely and our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable the service in this hotel is horrible. We had to get our own cart to get our luggage and my daughter had to push it into the hotel, until the bell guy showed. He refused to help us take it to our room which was the last suite on the 3rd floor , at the very end of the hotel. My husband wasn’t around to help us because he was told we couldn’t valet park or park in the empty spaces out front but had to park far away in a lot down the block. What a joke. We came back after dinner and that lot out front still had spots. But us in a 2 bedroom suite get the worst parking. The front desk woman was slow to check people in, didn’t explain anything properly. We didn’t learn about the internet. Didn’t learn about the pool or hot tub- until our daughter saw it from her window. We saw one worker later in the evening and asked him in the parking lot about the parking again and he said we had to park far away too. This hotel is lovely inside, the rooms very comfortable, but they are being stingy on the staff and service. So I wouldn’t stay here again . It made our whole stay upsetting due to the service. They actually do not care about the guests.

I felt so comfortable, especially with traveling alone. The front desk was absolutely amazing. I would have loved to see the whole resort finished, but it did not ruin my trip in any way. The cleaning staff was also amazing, and the best part is that everything is within walking distance in the village

Absolutely amazing. Customer service was fantastic, we had a small issue with checking in the wrong room. Marty wanted to make it right and he even upgraded us to a suite. The room was beautiful. They are doing construction in the hotel so we couldn’t use the amenities but we were able to use the amenities at the hotel next door. The noise from the construction never bothered us. Everything in Teton village is very walkable from snake river, all the tours we did offered pick up and drop off so it worked great for us!

Our check in process was simple and easy. Dez was manning the front desk…he was an absolute pleasure. We had stopped for drinks at the Four Seasons prior to checking in…service there was less than stellar. Dez’ gregarious personality and desire to be hospitable (in the hospitality industry!) stood head and shoulders above the service received at the more prestigious Four Seasons. Kudos to Dez for making a simple process like checking in a joy.

We liked the proximity to Teton Village, Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. We also liked the room's amenities: king bed that was very comfortable, gas fireplace, large sofa, dining set on outside patio area, microwave and refrigerator. The staff were especially friendly and gave very good advice about the area when asked.

Maid service was excellent. Restaurant and restaurant room service were VERY poor. On day 1 of our stay, around 5:00 PM, I ordered a half rack of ribs for dinner. They were delicious. Later in the week my husband and I had dinner at a table near the bar. It was around 8:00 PM. This time the half rack of ribs that we each ordered was very dry and difficult to cut. We could hardly eat the ribs. How can the same dinner be prepared so differently? There’s no continuity to your service. On Sept 29. My husband and I each ordered a sirloin hamburger. I asked for catsup for my burger, however, the burgers arrived soaked in mayonnaise. They were terrible! I couldn’t even scrape the mayonnaise off the buns to add catsup. I should have sent our dinners back to the kitchen. For $21 each there were also no onions or tomatoes on the burgers, which accompanies any burger I’ve ordered costing more than $15. The hamburger was split into 2 extremely thin patties which were very crudely prepared and overdone, and certainly not juicy. Your kitchen staff needs a lot of improvement. The two dinner plates that we ordered were no longer available, after they went back in the kitchen, they ran out of white wine and gave my wife a quarter. No ice cream for the hot fudge Sunday. They charged us the whole amount and a 20% service fee. I did have a word with the manager.

The lodge is undergoing construction on much of the property, which we knew beforehand, but this did make it more difficult to drop off luggage. We found out that, even without construction, parking for this lodge and most of the accommodations in the village is in a large parking lot separate from the lodge. The room itself was very nice and clean. We could walk to get breakfast and ride the gondola.
