Check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean, they do have a Day Pass option where local residents can come to the pool for a day visit and a meal but the pool area was not overcrowded at all on the Fri/Sat we stayed. While the a la carte menu in the dining area is a bit pricey, the food we had was delicious and the breakfast buffet the next day was also really good. The steak dinner I had was about $18 and the buffet about $11-the omelet station at the buffet was great. We did not try the sports bar as they were not open whenever we went to check. The furnishings were a bit older in our room, but it was not a problem-you need to keep in mind this is an older hotel and the furnishings and architecture reflect that. The beds were comfortable and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Would I visit again? Yes, of course the only thing I might want is a room with a better city view as mine was obstructed by large office buildings. (the balconies are narrow, you can stand on them but not really sit on them with a chair and relax outside)

The hotel was in remodelation, so at the lobby allways there was dust, the pool was closed and two nights of My stay, the next room did to much noise at night, beating the wall, and nocking My door. Service was excelent, i don't have any complaint about it.

Unfortunately it was not pleasant. The clerk would not check us in early and made us wait till 3 pm. The room was average. No tissue Box. Bathroom sink back up and water took sliw to go down. I have stayed at this place before and was fine. The sports bar was closed. The attached cafe was closed.

We were put in a room next to a building with strobe lights that never went off. We had a half marathon at 6:00 am so sleep was not good. No one should be in this room unless there is no other room. We would have asked to change however we thought they would go off eventually. The bath sink had mold and glass shelves that looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. The furnishings and the whole hotel is very tired.

El check in fue algo rápido pero nunca mencionaron la clave del wifi, después nos dimos cuenta que es gratis, nos dieron una habitación con cama cómoda pero con olor un poco a humedad y un poco a suciedad, le falta ventilación a la habitación y el baño tiene moho en sus pisos no me dio confianza bañarme sin zapatos, a las 9pm estuvieron reparando la habitación de al lado y el ruido del roto martillo se escuchaba muy fuerte, las cortinas dejan pasar la luz y desde las 5-6am no puedes descansar por que la luz entra bastante en la habitación

They found our Orbitz reservations, but wanted to charge us again for the nights twice when we had already paid in full through the app. After a long time and struggle, they finally let us get into the room until the problem was solved. I stayed there before and did not have that problem, but this time, they did not know how to handle the Orbitz reservation nor the situation.

It was not what I have expected, the building is old and the rooms are not adequated to the current needs, the walls were a little dirty, the ligths were not so clears, one of the sheets within the bead was torned, so it was not the best expirience to came back in the future.

I was given a room facing an office building so close, so there was not a view of the surroundings. I asked to be moved to another room but was told to check tomorrow with whomever working at the front desk. I expected this person to take my information down and follow up with me which she did not, instead passed it back to me. We called 4 times to have someone to check our TV failing with "no signal" unable to watch TV.

El agua de la regadera para bañarse no tiene agua caliente es poquito lo que cae mas agua elada que caliente y el drenaje es pésimo no se va rápido el agua sucia le llega hasta los tobillos cuando uno se está bañando luego se tarda como una hora para irse del drenaje la otra persona que tiene que esperar esa hora aproximadamente malísimo el drenaje espero que ponga atención a este problema porque es higiénico caminando en esa agua sucia tiene que lavarse otra vez los pies gracias por su atención hojala solucionen esos dos problemas

Location was close to great restaurants and nightlife. My first room was from the 1980s dirty stained rug, old decor and beds. On 3rd night relocated to another room which was renovated on 13th floor and was extremely clean. The gym was not open on Sundays. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because the location, close to 4 grados norte, a must to visit spot in the city. Hotel is beautiful and clean, comfortable bed, and the room was so big, bathroom was huge too. Great costumer service. The only thing I didn’t like is that guests can’t receive visitors at all the time, nobody told about it at the check in and there is no advertising online, definitely I’m not coming back to this hotel, besides this issue, I highly recommend this great hotel.

Breakfast is not free, but it is inexpensive and a good buffet with variety. Room was clean and spacious, and beds and sheets were comfortabl, and towels too. Hotel is located in Zone 4, and has a strip bar in front, so it is somewhat noisy. Sraff is very accommodating and friendly. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator for 7 people, so at given times of the day it is difficult to go up or down, although using the stairs is an option. For a short stay with my kid's soccer team, it was a good option.

The traffic sucks to get to this place. 5 trips around the blocks because the GPS would have us make a turn then give us 4 or 5 more turns to make. If we hadn't had reservations we wouldn't have stayed there. Very nice once we got there. Receptionist was fantastic. The only reason I have it 4 starts is because of the difficulty of getting the.

I like the property, people were friendly, BUT, I arrived late and there was NO ROOM SERVICE. I couldn't find anything to eat. Staff mentioned that the restaurant was only opened til 9 pm. This is absolutely not good, if the Hotel wants to attract tourism, at least for me, I will think again in staying with this Hotel.
