The hotel is okay, though you'd expect to get more for $500+/ night on a summer weekend. Not really amenities. The room we stayed in was "club" and above a couple restaurants. A bit noisy to sleep, no elevator, some weird hallway smells and not really high end. It does the job, staff nice and bed was comfy, and it's on the main street.

Shaw Club has become my favourite hotel in NOTL. It's a close walk to the downtown core, and really easy to get to from out of town with lots of parking. I have an EV, so the presence of multiple EV chargers is also very helpful. Rooms are nice, especially the club rooms in the adjacent building (though there's a set of stairs that's the only way to get to those rooms that might be tricky for some with limited mobility). Compared to other hotels in NOTL, Shaw Club is a good value, and very conveniently located. I'll happily stay again.
