Entering the hotel lobby was very chaotic and cars are everywhere, the person at check in didn’t explain very well that there are different sections at the underground parking so we end up in the different building.. I found it very confusing for a first timer..room was clean but smelly..bed was ok but pillows are not comfortable..location is great and close to everything

At lot of little issues: No front desk staff at Wieder Lodge. Hot tub and pool were closed. One of the two elevators was out of service. There was no housekeeping unless you ask for it. Plus the Spartan run was ongoing, limiting access to the plaza.

Great location, nice room with kitchen, fireplace and 2 bedrooms & bathrooms. Not spotless. Other than the front desk in adjacent building, did not see any staff. Hotel could use a ski storage room in this building. Assistance when checking in - e.g. providing baggage trolleys, a place to stow ski equipment would add a lot to the experience.

the room was perfect, nice kitchen with everything, if you are skiing just a 3 minute walk to the lifts, in the middle of that beautiful town, the hot tubs were amazing after a full day of skiing, ski valet and parking. If you are looking for a ski stay, look no more, this hotel has everything to make your stay unforgettable. People in reception are nice and friendly.

The property was very nice, including our room, the village and available activities. The only thing that wasn't to our liking was that both hot tubs were unavailable... one for maintenence and the other for a chemical imbalance. With cool weather it would have been very nice to use them.

The central location to the village was fantastic. Pool and hot was a great way to end the day of activities. Only negative is the parking. Underground was very limited and difficult to find a spot.

The amount of cars parked in front of the hotel meant that there was no way of pulling into the temporary parking to check in, and it forced us to pay for parking a 20 minute walk away (after circling lots for an hour) just so we could check in to get a card for the free underground parking. The hallway on our floor was disgusting. The carpet was so dirty with stains. There was so many hotel carts that you had to squeeze to get by then at times. This was at all hours. Our room was not very clean. Blood stains on the linens, dirty sink in the kitchenette, stains on the outside of the box spring. The TV was so ill-placed in the room you could not comfortably watch from the bed. And they only offered a handful of basic cable channels. Even though it was a newer TV access to screen cast from our phones was restricted. The only good thing about the hotel was the location in the Village and hot tub. It was fantastic.

I stayed 2 nights at this property. I love this property location and the suite itself was excellent. However two major issues: 1. Dishwasher did not work 2. You have to request room service at check-in or your room does not get cleaned. I was not informed about this at check-in.

I was in room 591 and I was unfortunately was on top of the poutine place. I didn’t get any sleep till 3am because everyone downstairs grabbing poutine was drunk and yelling and screaming. I didn’t wake up till 11:30 because I was dead tired from the lack of sleep, and I ended up missing my ski lesson and had to pay for another lesson. I missed out on half my day and I had extended my check out till 5pm because I wanted to come back and shower after my later lesson.

Stay was great. I gave service a 2 star review as they wouldn’t honor the free parking despite being in an email I received stating it was free. I booked though a 3rd party and they charged me 20 dollars each night for 4 nights despite it being included in my reservation email.

Check-in for all Village Suites was consolidated to Grand Central leading to a long wait. Check in staff Mari, did not greet us, did not say hi, did not confirm my name except to say “ID” and “write your email”. The interaction was BIZARRE and we were provided incorrect info on where to park. Service standards at Blue Mountain resort has dropped DRAMATICALLY in recent years.

checked in and could not get into the room, key card kept flashing red. Went to front desk 2 times, very busy, they did something to card tried again, same thing happened. But this time we tried knocking on door and we heard someone on the other side of the door. So the room was already had someone else in it. Its a good thing we didn't get in. At this point we are very frustrated, 1 hour later went back down to lobby and cancelled. They ruin our stay. This Hotel is supposed to be a 1st class hotel advertised all over the world and they are far from 1st class. Very disappointing.

I had a lovely stay at the Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites. I was at the Seasons building and I loved how close you are to everything. It wasn't noisy, we could hear the people in the room beside us but it wasn't bad. I really appreciated the staff putting a little treat in the room and a card for my husband's birthday - that made it very special! We stayed there for 2 nights and had the benefits of enjoying the activities that were included in the stay. Whenever I needed anything in the room I would text the number they provided and the person communicating was always professional and helpful. The room was clean, the outdoor hot tub was great. The only thing I didn't like about the stay was the housekeeping. You have to request house keeping a day earlier, but they were able to accomodate me the same day - but when I came back to my room, nothing was done, other than the bins getting cleared out and my toothbrush being straightened out on the counter. I reached out to them about it and they said they don't touch personal items and if thats on the bed, they won't make the bed. I just had 1 piece of pajama at the end of the bed and figured just move that aside and get the bed ready. Regardless of that rule, the towels didn't get replaced, or the toilet paper or the kitchen sink getting cleared up. For almost $250 a night you would think housekeeping would be better.

Hotel- Great service all around, clean outdoor pool, very family friendly, great quality for the price. Area- play park options were good for our 3 and 6 year old, we liked the gondola, ( nice restaurant at the top) and the canopy climb. The plunge pool was also a fun option but we had a pool in the hotel that was warm and shallow enough for my daughter to stand.

Everything was good and well maintained. Front desk was friendly and helpful but did fail to mention the f&b credit. But it’s also my fault for not checking my email with all the details. I like that it was located infront of the gondola and within the village. I was surprised to learn that some activities were included in the resort fee which was great

Had Heaton at check in who was really great. Super friendly. Night one we ate at Firehall Pizza, the pizza is fantastic, highly recommend going there. Second night we went to Magioni's Italian restaurant. The children Parm wes really good. The pasta was a bit to al dente, but still very good. Lots of hiking. Had a great time.

The property and the views were beautiful. The restaurants were expensive for what you got and there is a village tax and a credit card tax on all purchases to be aware of. It wasn’t very clear when we booked about parking or if we would have to pay any extra resort fees. We weren’t really sure what was included and what wasn’t. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
