The unit was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quiet place to stay yet a very short walk to the restaurants and shops. Communication from the property managers was excellent! Very nice outdoor hot tub too. Would definitely recommend.

Sparkling clean, 9 mins walk to village, lots of free parking and even hot tub in winter. Good communication by sms but best to not reply as is coming from 646 long distance number. Overall very satisfy! Also dogs friendly :)

We chose this location with the plan of enjoying the hot tub in the evening but the key fob did not work. We messaged them as soon as we checked in at 4 and they said they would send someone to give us a new one. We waited until the hot tub closed at 10pm but the management did not respond. We were very disappointed. We even asked to be moved and no response.

Everything about this property was fantastic! I received a text from the property management team two days before my arrival date to ensure that I had the information for check-in. The room was available 30 minutes before the original check-in time and the communication with the management team was super easy via text. The property was lovely and well equipped for a thanksgiving weekend. I found the floors were gritty with dirt and there was a layer of dust on surfaces. On the last day I felt pushed out as I received multiple messages about my 11 am check out and found the cleaning crew had left their supplies outside the townhouse around 10am.

Peeling paint on railings. Crooked outdoor light. Pillows were yellow and wrinkled. Not a single Kleenex box. Scrapes on paint. Advertised as golf view...could not see the golf course from the rear deck or any windows. Low end toilet paper. 1980's hairdryer. Even the toilet was old...smallest and lowest BOTTOM LINE. Great location...clean unit...but tired. No sense for the details that make for a pleasant stay and a great rating.

It did what it needed to do for us. A few minor things, I had to wash the extra linens for the pull out as the comforter was on the floor in the closet and had visible food on it. The pillow cases smelled used as well. We just washed all the linens that evening just in case. Had there not been a washer and dryer, I probably would have said something. We did have a bit of an ant issue but being it was so rainy and being cottage country, it was not a huge deal. We messaged the property staff and they sent someone very quickly. There were a few other small things, nothing that couldn’t be remedied easily. All in all, it was fine. It worked for our family of 6 and a dog.

Good location. Location should be updated. Power wash the deck balcony and front door access points. Deep clean the carpet, sofas and decorative pillows. They smell. Get a new bbq cover and update your bathroom toilet seats.

I first stayed at Rivergrass condos the better part of ten years ago and little has changed…and THAT’S the problem. Furniture, appliances, carpet, etc have all become a little tired and worn over the years. A coffee maker , which I’m sure was all the. rage in its day, is a bit of a barely functioning relic now. The modem didn’t work, the cable box and its remote were missing, the. dishwasher had issues….On the positive side, the management team was extremely prompt and responsive in resolving problems. And the view and the proximity to Blue Mountain Village cannot be beat.

This was a great place to stay with family and friends! It seems a little outdated. Most of the media you could connect via wifi or Bluetooth but they still have a CD player on premises. Shower on the main room is a bit smaller. Fantastic view of the gold courses.

It was good. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but could have been better equipped with dishes/bowls/serving and cooking things. Fridge was super small… something perhaps to give a heads up on. Everything was nicely cleaned but the quality of the sheets were terrible. No corner grips and really flimsy. This was the same on every bed. Condo was nice looking and great location. Overall a good experience.

Our condo was clean, fully equipped for 8 adults, a baby and dogs! The Keurig wasn’t working but quick service replaced it before morning coffee time with friendly door to door service! Excellent stay for our family vacay with lots of games, entertainment both on and off property.

Would have been better to dish out the extra $50 for the weekend and stay in a 2 bedroom suite within the village. Rivergrass isn’t far, but a car is pretty much a must and there’s a disconnect. Unit was in average shape, not maintained extremely wee. Kept feeling like I’m going to fall through the carpeted floors, the base wasn’t even and felt like pieces were missing and the owner forgot to tell us a critical part about checking in and we felt lost at 10pm at night in the dark begging neighbours for help. Finally owner responded with the accurate instructions and rather than apologizing, they kept saying none of our previous guests had this problem! Yeah right…we must be so special!

nice stay and complex. very convenient to go to the village. Initially the address was confusing as two addresses were provided when the reservation was made. I made two separate reservations and had an issue with making two separate deposits. my son who is techy even had difficulties navigating the system.
