Our room was clean and the staff were friendly however I don’t think I will be returning. The walls are very thin and you can hear all hallway traffic which woke us up several time throughout the night, I’ve never experienced that at other hotels. I agree with the other reviews about the lack of pool chairs. We wanted to relax by the pool however there are very limited chairs and people reserve them and leave for hours and nothing is enforced to stop this from happening If you are looking for a quiet hotel and a place to relax by the pool I recommend looking elsewhere.

The property was terrific. Parking was an issue but Blue Mountain village has a high density so we managed. And we received complimentary parking for one night as we could not find a spot in parking lots.Loved the pool and hot tub.

Property is dated however we knew because we've been many times. So.dispapointed with pool and hot tub cleanliness. Lots of fly like bugs floating in both. Brought it to attention of staff and still there 2nd day. Awful for price we pay

The front desk staff from the mosaic property went out of their way to secure us a third night and give us an even better experience than the one we had the previous two nights. Rooms were clean. The view was spectacular and it was nice to have a heated pool open until 11 PM.

The village was great! The room was filthy unfortunately and just not worth the cost for the few days. Difficult to navigate trying to dine anywhere if you have a little one with special needs as well; I tried DoorDash to avoid any chaos and ended up with no food and losing money. Over all the village is a great little vacation spot, but the room was truly disappointing for the cost, wish it was a bit more spacious and clean.

We had an extremely disturbing experience during our stay. At around 1 AM, we found a mouse in our room, which was both shocking and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the front desk, and they told us they would bring a mouse trap to the room. No one ever showed up. We waited, followed up, and still received no assistance. Worse, they didn’t offer to move us to another room, provide a refund, or make any real effort to resolve the issue. The lack of urgency, accountability, or basic hospitality was incredibly disappointing. We ended up spending a sleepless night in a room we didn’t feel comfortable in, and the staff clearly didn’t care.

Person that checked us in was great. There was garbage left in the room from previous guests. No shampoo. The tv would lose sound and pixelated lines would go across it from time to time. Furniture looked old and dirty. Robes were shrunk or just not adult sizes. Very dated.

Great location and amazing price. Room wasn’t the cleanest, the drawers and cupboards were full of crumbs. Stains on the couch, and odd stains on the bedding as well. Besides that, staff was amazing and very helpful, love the on site parking as well!

While the rooms are clean and the Mosaic suites are right in the center of the village, it is missing a few amenities that I would just expect of hotels in 2025. The television did not have the ability to cast to it, nor did it have any streaming services available to log into. The reception of the wifi was shoddy and actually just dropped along with TV service during our stay. The bathrooms look dated and the grout in the shower was showing stains. For the price that they are charging per night, I would expect a bit more upkeep within the rooms themselves.

Great stay my only concern was how noisy the air conditioner was and the fact it blows over your head at night. My daughter and I ended up going home sick after our two night stay. And for those wondering we called the front desk and they told us there is no way of turning it off.

Very family friendly hotel. Overall we had a great stay. We did have an issue with the AC not working, however Ezra at the front desk immediately sprang into action to ensure the issue was resolved immediately. He went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The resort fee including some of the popular activities was a great cost saving for our travelling family. While I do think the pullout couches could be updated to offer more comfort. We had a great stay overall. The room was clean. We had ample space. The staff was friendly and helpful. And being a few minutes walk away from everything on the village was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Love staying in the village. This hotel is close to all the dining and shopping but slightly off the main drag so it was pretty chill and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was very handy. Loved the outdoor spa area in the evening. Had a fun and enjoyable stay.

We love going to Blue Mountain for a mini getaway. It’s always beautiful, no matter what season. Mosaic has a great location in the village. We had a nice chat with the lovely young woman who checked us in who is here on a work visa from Ireland. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, though could us an update in the bathroom and lighting in the entire unit. Parking was convenient. We tried out the axe throwing place that’s new since our last visit. Lots of fun! We had a delicious meal at Oliver and Bonicini and of course, breakfast at Sunset Grill.
