This is a decent property, but the toilet flooded when we first got to the room and though the rooms were nice, it's location was not as good as other, similarly-priced options in the area. Moreover, the pool was not available and the hotel did not have an agreement with Plunge! (a pool nearby), like other hotels. Overall, it was ok, but it made me wish I stayed elsewhere.

Nice and comfortable room. Beds are a bit too soft but good overall, everything was clean. One of the pools was closed for renovations so we didn't get to enjoy it

Peaceful property with sizeable rooms and lovely amentities. The staff (Lisa) is more than a cut above. I was in town for an event and was welcomed as if I was coming home. The big, beautiful, rustic yet luxurious room, provided the perfect respite less than a five minute drive from the event venue. Many dining options were available across the way in the village (short walk if you are comfortable on an unpaved shoulder). It was a bit chilly for the pool, but I visited the boathouse, utilized the fitness centre, and warmed up in the jacuzzi.

Two pools, one for adults and one for families and two hot tubs. All were very clean. Would have been nice to have a small restaurant on site even if if we’re nothing more than burgers etc. However it was nice having a number of gas barbecues available on the property. Also enjoyed using the gym each morning.

Great location next to Blue Mountain village, just steps away and proximity to Collingwood and Georgian Bay. The pools on the property were great fun for both kids and adults (clean and nice water temperature). The free arcade and small theatre were a great way to spend a couple of hours indoors when it was rainy. We'll look to come back next summer again,

DO NOT waste your time booking this dump. What you see in the pictures is nothing like what you will be offered. This dump looks like a Motel. I paid for one night, and when I arrived, the room was not fresh; it had an old, musky, dirty smell, and the building was poorly maintained. The staff were not friendly; when Expedia requested my refund, they denied it, saying nothing was wrong with the room. Totally denial of the dump they offered for 459$ per night. They refuse to call me back. I checked in, went to the room, and, 5 minutes later, informed the front desk that the room was unacceptable. I’m still waiting for a refund and a call from the Manager, who has avoided the discussion. This is inferior customer service. DO NOT Book this dump. The Hilton must remove its brand from this motel.

Property was amazing but the room was not clean unfortunately and there was left over coffee in the pot. Fridge wasn't cooling.

The 6-night stay was wonderful. Grounds and cleanliness of the resort are top notch. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Only drawback was that the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Luckily, there were two other chairs for evening relaxation.

The room was well equipped and spacious. Our porch walked right out the pool and boathouse which was great. There was a hammock and 2 chairs and a table but they were dirtied with bird soil so we did not use them. We had some dirt on the kitchen floor so I made A call to reception asking for a broom so I could tidy the mess but was assured housekeeping would be coming. We went out for a few hours and housekeeping did come but the kitchen floor was not cleaned. The outside tables/chairs were not cleaned either. We were enjoying the beautiful weather sitting by the pool when the landscaping crew arrived. They cut, whipper snipped and leaf blew for almost 2 hours. It was very hard to relax with all the noise. It was our 20th wedding anniversary which we had noted in our booking and at check in however the hotel did not have any kind of celebratory offerings that would have made us feel valued as guests. We had looked at many resorts with so many inclusions for special experiences, could be why we had hoped for a bit more of a personal touch.

Beautiful suite. 2 showers. 1 stand alone bath. Great pool. No blackout shades and horrible flat pillows. So it's a poor fit if you're sensitive to light or have kids who are. And recommend to bring your own pillow.

Lovely rooms, clean and well set up for coffee tea etc We enjoyed the property, it’s right across the street (5mins) from the base of the ski hill and the little village, making it a much more affordable stay. The only disappointment was the bed needs an update.

King studio was large and well equipped. Only thing missing was a stovetop and/or oven but not really needed. Grounds were well kept and overall quiet during our stay even though we were across from the adult hot top. Easy and safe walk to Blue Mountain Village.

Customer service at the front desk was disappointing. Given the price point of almost 400 a night, some accommodation or understanding that a family with young kids needed slightly more time (less than 30mins) before checkout at 10am is reasonable. Given the number of rooms that needed cleaning the resulting extra 15mins definitely would not have impacted their operations. I guess in this instance it would have been easier to ask forgiveness than permission.

The staff was very unfriendly. Not like other Hilton properties, service was poor not very accommodating. Was kicked out of our room abruptly after our check out even tho we requested a late check out. Brenda the manager was very unprofessional was accusatory and acted very disrespectfully. I I would not recommend this hotel after staying here. The staff is old and outdated. No room service rooms are rotated to not let you smoke on balcony get a room at the Westin.

The check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. These hours are shorter and less convenient than other hotels

We cannot say enough about the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist us after the ice storms caused havoc in Orillia and Severn township. Carol, Sue and Caroline were wonderful. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

There was construction going on and we drove over a nail on the path to the room. I understand that construction means noise but I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with a flat tire because of it. We spoke to reception and they were very dismissive. They told us that there are signs stating that there is construction (the signs were only about noise) and they wouldn’t do anything to help or compensate us for the cost. We had a golf booked for that morning that had to be cancelled (more money spent) and CAA had to tow the car 30 minutes away. Terrible customer service.

Check-in wasn’t a great experience. Very unfriendly and wouldn’t let me check in without my husband which delayed check-in with two very tired children after a long day of travel and skiing. The lady at the front desk with beyond cold and rude and made zero exceptions or made alternative exceptions to make us feel welcome.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient and only 5 min walk to the village. Checking in and out was a pleasure with such a friendly front of house staff. They also provide optional text message service which we found very convenient when we had a couple quick questions about our stay. The room was a King Studio and it had a little kitchen (mini fridge, mini freezer, microwave and dishwasher). Our room overlooked the pool and pond and was very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again in future visits.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms look like recently renovated, so everything looks modern and fresh. It’s packed with amenities, making the stay really comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which I appreciated. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay!

Me and my husband where exited to have a stay near the blue mountain village for our anniversary, I booked my stay through hotel.com, before booking my stay I called the the customer service to inform myself of the distance to the village as it says 6 minutes walk online, they told a easy 5 minute walk… well it is not, there is no pathway, no trails to the village you need to walk on a busy street no Lights for night walk, or any sidewalk…. You need to cross busy road and have cars riding by you on the street, I was very deceived as this location has no accommodation, no restaurants no coffee… even hotel.com called to try to cancel multiple of times they disagreed to cancel. On top of all of that, I tried almost 4 hours from 12:30 to 4pm trying to cancel my booking with them, I did not feel comfortable, and they where disrespectful and rude, truly couldn’t care less…this was our anniversary and it was ruined, I rented a hotel in the village… had amazing service, the hotel mosaic offered us a amazing room with a complimentary wine bottle as they understood the situation. I’m a mother of 3 and they kept over 400$, can mean a lot for some… I was told by the general manager next time look in google map before you book. The Hilton is a great choice for your stay in Blue Mountain Village. While not directly in the village, it is a short and safe walk to all the shopping and dining options. The hotel is a beautiful lodge style, which makes it so much cozier. Since there are multiple lodges on the property, we never get like there were too many people. Which made for a relaxing and intimidate time away.

Property was very close (10 min walk) to the village in blue mountain. Kitchen and fridge were perfect for a quick breakfast. Place was clean. We can’t wait to go back

Staff very pleasant. Room was spacious, very nice and large bathroom. Great balcony and view of blue mountains. Used family hot tub as adult one was closed. 3 min walk to the village. Only issue is check out was a bright and early 10 am (we're used to a bit later) but they were able to extend to 10:30. Appreciated offer to access the resort facilities for the full day of check out. Note no restaurant on site but plenty of options in the village or downtown Collingwood. The Tremont Cafe was fantastic. Would stay here again!

The room was very spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel is dated, but very clean. I had hoped for a few snacks for sale, which there weren’t, unfortunately.
