I mainly booked here for least access to an appointment and because they had a pool and Hot tub. Once I arrived there was a note saying the pool and hot tub was not available. When I told the staff that the reason I booked was for the pool, she just shrugged. Really disappointed as the would have booked else where if I had know there wasn’t a pool.

Indoor pool was rundown. No chlorine also slimy at the bottom in the deep end. Internet was broken staff then tried to say it was my phone that was broken. Had to fix the router myself. Beds were from IKEA. Very cheap hurt back. Beds were from IKEA very cheap and killed the back. TV was a smart TV no remote in the room. When I asked, they replied, we do not give out the TV remote to our customers. So only basic cable.

Yelling fight in the parking lot and cars coming and going outside room. Hot tub and pool haven't been working for years. When I asked for a discount due to these facotrs, the owner shouted from the back room 'no discounts'. Rude! And the the only 2 pillows sucked.

Great pool, had it to ourselves/ hot tub was broken and the pool was a little cold but it was nice. Clean room, kinda weird but decent for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were very nice. Reported ice maker was not working. It appeared the owners were not interested in fixing it! Very disappointed as it was the first real hot day of the summer. Sheets were new and clean as well as the towels. Pool does not work and will not be repaired as it is old. Really was only there to sleep and it was good for that purpose

It is in close proximity to shopping, dining etc ! What I didn’t like was the beds , they were very hard . I stayed 3 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night so I had to let them know at the front desk and the second night they only replaced the towels, no soap no coffee, no sugar no clean bed sheets ! Not sure if I will stay there again !

The room was very clean with a fridge and microwave. The staff was excellent. When we had trouble with the TV, someone came immediately and was able to fix the small problem. She was also able to find a plug for the bath. There is a fantastic breakfast and brunch cafe right on the property. I will return.

We did not stay due to these reasons. The door has a large gap between the transition and the door- if we had stayed it would have been cold and we would not have felt safe. The floors were uneven, sheets were stained. The lady at the front was very kind and issued a refund minus a cleaning fee.

It is a clean and quiet place to stay in you need a quick overnight stay. Bathrooms and rooms are clean with the basics. Air conditioning was a nice option on the hottest days of the year

She was also able to find a plug for the bath. There is a fantastic breakfast and brunch cafe right on the property. I will return.

Manager at the desk was very friendly and accomodating to my wife and me. Checked us in with no problems. We wer unable to stay another night, as previously thought. He was very helpful in refunding the second night payment.

We stayed in one of the bigger rooms (#251) with our dogs. The room was clean and simple, but had everything we needed like a mini fridge, microwave and tv. It wasn’t high end finishes, but we were grateful that we could have our dogs with us. The staff were all friendly and they gave us a discount on the rate per night for our dogs. The one thing to be aware of is that there are frequent homeless people walking about the area, but not so many that we felt unsafe. We heard that the restaurant attached to the place is very good, but we never made it there. We would stay there again if we had our dogs. It’s simple and clean and we thought it was a fair price.

This property was tidy and walkable to downtown Courtney. We just stayed one night with a family as we had an early morning flight and wanted to avoid driving to Comox in the morning. Our room was small but had a wall the allowed for our kids to have their own room. Even better it had twin beds so they didn't have to share. For a quick one night in Courtney this place works great. It isn't fancy but it is clean and comfortable with a smart layout that works great for a family of four.

Room was spotless. reception was gracious. The hen and hog cafe on site served great breakfasts. There was no complimentary breakfast. Two nights we experience loud parties, banging on the doors and the last night car alarms being set off. Sleep was minimal. Bedding needs to be upgraded to warmer duvet's and better pillows.

The room has been renovated and was clean and comfortable. The street is quiet and the staff were very attentive to my complaint about a noisy neighbour. There is a great breakfast/brunch place on the property with excellent food and good coffee. As well, there is a sushi place at the other end. Better than expected!
