Convenient and fun kid pool/slide and hot tub for the parents. Breakfast hours were a little early but decent meal for the road. Helpful and friendly staff. Great to have some EV chargers. Not a great gym but good to get some basic exercises in while on holidays.

The hotel was lovely, and featured lots of local art. Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, with the two story indoor waterslide a terrific feature. There were laundry machines on each floor is needed. The included breakfast was great as well.

It is a nice-looking hotel and the room was large and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, waterslide, and hot tub area. We also found the trail at the back of the hotel very pleasant. Lots of options for breakfast. We loved our stay at the Bayview.

Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff provided great suggestions for places to eat. Proximity to a walking path was a big plus. View of water was not nearly as good as expected based on hotel description, as it is not close and an airstrip is between the hotel and water. Average breakfast. Expensive for what you get. The hotel is very nice. The room and bed were comfortable. Only problem was having drapes that don't go all the way across the window which didn't give full privacy and let in light at night. My room faced the back parking lot and there was a street light that shone through the window right in my eyes when in bed.

Front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating when i needed to make a last minute change. Also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. One downside was a 4:00am fire alarm that saw us all outside, a little underdressed for a cool morning. There was never any communication, explanation, or apology from management once we were readmitted about 35 minutes later

We stayed for 2 nights and were blown away by how friendly the front desk staff were. Every time we walked by, they greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. It made us feel so welcome and truly added a personal touch to our stay. Great service all around!

The staff were friendly and very helpful - Sidney , Alyssa, Robert and Owen. The hotel has lots of parking and on the main street. Very quiet. Very clean. All the amenities in the room you could want. Our King bed room had a sofa, and side chair , 2 TVs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There is a walking path behind the hotel although I didn't have time to walk it. Lots of places to eat close by and within walking distance. The morning breakfast was included - Wow - the selection was incredible. There is also EV charging in the Parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and have made another reservation.

Asked for a wake up call and no call came. thanks god we didn’t miss our ferry! also the beds were not as good as the ones we had before and also it was very very noisy in hallway with kids running up and down and loud voices 11 p.m affected my sleep

This was the second time I had stayed in their jacuzzi suite. Suite was great, walking path right by hotel was lovely and continental breakfast was good. My only issue is that the hotel called the night prior to my reservation and tried to tell me I couldn’t stay in the jacuzzi suite because I had a service dog, which is legally not allowed and wasn’t even a concern last time I stayed there. I ended up dealing with two different front end staff before it was resolved. One of them saying they were directed to tell me this by management. The next day I then received a message from management saying their staff was unaware of the laws allowing service dogs in rooms and that my reservation wouldn’t change. It created a lot of stress, with phone calls back and forth, that was unnecessary prior to my stay and I didn’t like how they threw each other under the bus when they realized their mistake; and the fact that they didn’t apologize for the confusion and stress they created for me. Otherwise the hotel itself was a good experience and worth the price.

First time staying at the Bayview and we were taken by surprise whether the location, the walking trail, proximity to eat or shop. Appreciated the responsiveness during breakfast at replenishing items as they got low or ran out. And, this is a biggie for us, 5 stars for having great face cloths in the bathroom. Don't find these very often anymore.

We came in when it was dark so I would not park in the back parking lot, it felt isolated. The front parking lot was well lit and very safe feeling. The room itself was fabulous! Luxurious beds, clean bathroom …. don’t change a thing!

We liked the nature walk by the hotel. The room was overall quiet but AC was quite loud and next to the bed. AC unit was close to bed impeding walking at night which you need to be conscious about. Not really built for tall people with mirrors being too short and lamps in breakfast area being too low We could not screencast from iPad to tv (could get audio but no video) so called front desk who said they would have “tech” call in 5 minutes but nobody ever called :( Breakfast was fine and had good variety, although the sausages and eggs were not very warm. Price was reasonable for the night with breakfast.

We enjoyed the pool in the evening; had a terrific sleep, and breakfast was lovely. Options for two different dietary needs. I ate early around 7:30am, and my husband went an hour later. Food had been replenished. Lots for everyone!

It was a nice clean property. Room service staff was excellent as was the front desk. Lost some points as the breakfast wasn't stocked and waited 20 min for eggs. Lost a personal star as the bed is way too firm for me. I didn't sleep well.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but only served between 6:30 to 9:30 during the week so not much left for those who get up a bit later. we stuck to the muffins, fruit and cereals and there is coffee all day which was great for us. the staff is absolutely brilliant and the hotel, in general, clean and comfortable and very pet friendly. we really enjoyed our stay. would definitely return but bring pillows.
