1. Front desk girl very rude, arrogant and uninviting. 2. No elevator so had to carry luggage up stairs 3. Bathtub floor extremely slippery with no rubber mat. Almost wiped out when getting into shower. 4. Morning breakfast was stale, cold and tasteless. 5. Entrance to hotel in a very dangerous place with no visible markings. Truck almost slammed into back of my vehicle. 6. Asked if I could get a bottle of water from front desk and she blurted out “ we don’t carry bottled water here but we have some water in the vestibule” and she wasn’t at all pleasant. 7. Room air conditioner was very noisy and vibrated all night. Should we go on or do you get the picture. Would never ever return to this location. Ramada should be embarrassed to even offer a hotel like this to paying customers.

Poor communication about their pool and esterslide being shutdown for cleaning. They should have semt a message to reservations letting them know. They also said normally its closed on the qeeknds dor clewning. Which makes no sense to book cleaning the pol on a weekend...when its the only one with a waterslide in town and boomjngs with children

Older hotel needing updating. A few things have been updated but not enough to feel like it was worth the cost. Dark rooms. The hot tub water was yellow. Gross. Water slide was fun. Breakfast was untidy. The waffle batter was separated and gunky. Not appetizing. Front staff were great. It was clean ish. But could use touch up paint and easy updates like lighting and new switches. Rooms were v small with stained carpets and dingy old table/chairs. Would have looked better omitting the chair and scratched table. Unfortunate because staff were great.

The staff were doing their jobs as best they can. Was given a room on the 2nd floor. No elevator!! If you need extra towels you have to get it yourself from the reception desk. There was a broken pavement at the entrance to the hotel.

There was stains on the towels, shower curtain and bedding. Found hair in the bed. The bathroom floor wasnt even moped, could clearly see spot marks from who knows what and tiny hair ties on floor. Only used the pool to do the waterslide one night as it was freezing cold water. Brought it up to managament and he stuck his finger in and said it 85°which theres no way it was that temperature my kids didnt even want to be in the water. So we sat in the hot tub most the time we were in the pool area but could see and feel dirt on the bottom of it so was not very nice. Breakfast atleast had waffle and pancake makers so that was nice. Just wish it went until 10 am like most places ove stayed, instead of 9am. Over all I will not stay there again, very dissapointed.

The hotel room was clean enough but the bed smelled of urine and bleach. I’m thinking the mattress was likely stained with urine but the sheets were bleached. It was disgusting and I should have changed rooms but I was late getting to bed. The next morning after very little sleep I was woken to a strong smell of curry. I got up and went to breakfast and the eggs tasted rancid. Threw them out. Went back to room to shower and the shower tub is bowed on the floor. Very dangerous for people with mobility or stability issues. The shower head sucked also. When I checked out I told them about my issues and they apologized but that’s it. When I got my receipt I saw that this used to be another low budget hotel. Won’t ever go back.

Easy to find, simple adequate breakfast, nice pool option but the room we were given was well worn, right next to the ice machine and laundry room (noisy)and not cleaned well. Bedsheet was stained, pillows were limp, something was splattered on bathroom door and had molded and we appreciated having a fridge and microwave but they were quite noisy when in use .

The staff were very nice ! Beds comfortable however no housekeeping came in to clean. The front desk said we had to ask for housekeeping service !?!? The hot tub was not working and pool on colder side for kids. Only 2 pillows per bed , requested more and was given 1 also requested extra duvet on each bed non were provided. Towels very small in pool area definitely need updating. Waterslide was SO fun and fast kids loved it. NO elevator for 2nd floor guests very inconvenient.. will not stay again at this location.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Had an issue with the a/c system that was quickly sorted by the lovely woman at the front desk. Breakfast was the standard fare, adequate but nothing to write home about. The location was easy to find. There are lots of fast food places within a kilometer or so, but the walking is not great--no sidewalks for most of the way. You can hear some noise from the highway but I admit it did not keep us from a good night's sleep.

I unwittingly arrived a day early, and after a long day of driving, the front desk clerk was so understanding, kind, and friendly. She got us in to one of three remaining rooms and made sure we would not be charged for the next night, the night I’d actually booked. With genuine smiles. The room was clean, and simple updates, like colored paint panels (red, blue) on some walls, were a good update. We liked how the Dove cleansing pump products were attached to the walls in the tub and near the sink - so clever. One of the better Super 8’s we’ve stayed at.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing - we arrived at 8:10 with breakfast being served until 9:00. There was barely any food items left and all coffee cannisters were empty. Orange juice was also severely watered down. Very limited seating with a lot of wasted space where bigger and extra tables could have gone. Overall a good stay.

Pool heater wasn’t working so the pool was really really COLD. The “hot” tub wasn’t hot it was the temperature the pool should have been. Nothing seemed to be working. Room was hot so we had to turn on the air conditioner and it was loud. The breakfast that was included was your typical continental breakfast… toast and cereal and a pancake machine. The only good thing about this place was the room was clean and the room smelled nice and clean too.

The property was clean, friendly and at a great price-point. However, all cups, cutlery and dishes were plastic - a health and planetary hazard and now illegal according to new federal regulations. Reusable dishware would have been MUCH preferred. I will bring my own if this situation isn't changed next time. I will call in advance.

Overall a basic but nice facility. Breakfast hours are a bit short though and most foods ran out more than 30 min before the scheduled end time.

Just one note about the breakfast. It was well supplied but the food warmers were not keeping the food hot. Assuming this would be a food safety issue. The eggs, sausages-and potatoes were cold.
