Tiene un río donde te puedes bañar o andar en kayak, me agrado la tranquilidad, se tiene la oportunidad de estar cerca de la naturaleza y a la vez tener lo que se requiere, lo único que pediría para la otra es que tengan plancha en la habitación, igual y la pedí y me la llevaron rápido, pero todo estuvo muy bien me encantó el lugar

Beautiful and quiet location with delicious included american breakfast (especially the huevos rancheros). Friendly staff, nice pool, nice river, plenty of wild animals. Well worth the price. The only downside is the bar : the staff was not friendly and there was no wifi in this area.

Nice property outside of downtown Palenque. Room was large and very clean. Same for the pool. No hot tub though--the pictures we saw online showed one but it is filled with pool temp water. Breakfast was a buffet and very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Howler Monkeys were very loud at night, but I love that!

The hotel is on a large clear pool of the river that runs through Agua Azul and would be fantastic for bathing during the warm months. It is a very pretty setting. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, and the staff was VERY attentive.

El hotel está muy padre, cuenta con todos los servicios, camas cómodas, el lago es un plus muy muy agradable, una rica alberca, servicio del personal excelente. La comodidad de las camas terribles: duro el colchón.. nos tocó creo yo la zona de habitaciones más vieja de todo el hotel.. unaini TV de la peor marca que ni el volumen le servia.. los baños de la era mezosoica, hasta el lavamanos imposible usarlo.. etc.. lastima de hotel, las instalaciones se ven para más pero, muy descuidado..

El lugar es hermoso, lleno de naturaleza, junto al río y te permite hacer actividades como nadar, si no te gusta o te sientes inseguro en el río el hotel tiene albercas, te sientes en contacto con la naturaleza y puedes ver y escuchar monos, la atención es muy buena, la gente muy servicial, mi unica observación es que el baño que nos toco se inundaba porque la regadera no tiene protección y se riega mucha agua, las camas un poco duras, pero todo bien, en general.

Me encanto donde se encuentra ubicado pues esta entre la selva y vimos algunos animales exóticos, el servicio bien y lo que no me gusto fueeon sus toallas olían muy mal y la ropa de cama estaba muy vieja y tenía mal aspecto

Bonito hotel, los cuartos limpios y al menos nosotros que requeriamos acceso para una persona en silla de ruedas, lo tuvo para su comodidad. Lo bueno check in media hora antes lo malo tuvimos que pedir 3 veces las toallas para una de las habitaciones. Recomendado para la familia.

Nice property outside of downtown Palenque. Room was large and very clean. Same for the pool. No hot tub though--the pictures we saw online showed one but it is filled with pool temp water. Pros: Great location with a river running through the property. Very quiet. Cons: Rooms are dated, specially the bathrooms and restaurants. The water pressure made it really tough for one to shower. The river is nice, but it has public beach which gets crowded.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, el que tenga acceso al río es un plus, disfrutamos mucho estar ahí. Lo único malo fue que reservar en expedia era un precio y ya en el hotel cobran más.

Pésimo servicio, nos corrieron de las hamacas, nos negaron servicio en el bar del hotel, en la alberca no dejaban escuchar música y la música que ellos tenía no se escuchaba, no nos brindaron un servicio de calidad, en la habitación de alado estaban escuchando música y jamás fueron los de recepción a llamarles la atención,

El check in tomó una hora o más porque decían que no les aparecía el pago, la recepcionista decía que no había gerente para que me resolviera, le mostré el email que me llegó después que realice el pago en el Sistema de pago que ellos piden, le mostré la transacción en mi banca móvil , les di número de transacción y autorización y aún así decían que ellos no tenían ningún pago de ese día,quería que volviera pagar y después si les aparecía el pago me lo devolvían, después me sale con que según ella a la contadora no le aparecía ningún pago ese día, le Digo pues no puede ser porque a mí el Banco me hizo el cargo, después de esa hora mágicamente apareció el gerente ( allí se encontraba) a quien le volví a mostrar todo y después de según volver a revisar si le aparecía la transacción pero a nombre de mi esposo,cuando según no tenían ninguna transacción de ese día, después cuando quise pagar el almuerzo pues no era el precio que me habían dicho por teléfono igual lo pagué y resulta que cuando me dan a firmar el baucher en el restaurante era por el precio que me dijeron por teléfono y no lo que yo pagué, en la habitación cuando quise bañarme no salió agua caliente, es decir tuve una muy mala experiencia. Deberían de capacitar a su personal para que no tengan tantas contradicciones y sepan buscar la información.Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

Al principio mal el personal de recepción muy grosera porque no recordábamos a nombre de quien se habían hecho las reservaciones y la verdad no estamos acostumbrados a otro trato ya que la vez pasada que aún había pandemia fuimos muy bien tratados pero en fin de lo demás todo bien.

Beautiful and quiet location with delicious included american breakfast (especially the huevos rancheros). Friendly staff, nice pool, nice river, plenty of wild animals. Well worth the price. The only downside is the bar : the staff was not friendly and there was no wifi in this area.

Nice property outside of downtown Palenque. Room was large and very clean. Same for the pool. No hot tub though--the pictures we saw online showed one but it is filled with pool temp water. Breakfast was a buffet and very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Howler Monkeys were very loud at night, but I love that!

The hotel is on a large clear pool of the river that runs through Agua Azul and would be fantastic for bathing during the warm months. It is a very pretty setting. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, and the staff was VERY attentive.

Pros: Great location with a river running through the property. Very quiet. Cons: Rooms are dated, specially the bathrooms and restaurants. The water pressure made it really tough for one to shower. The river is nice, but it has public beach which gets crowded.
