My son became ill after eating the salmon at the Mediterranean dinner at the restaurant, and we believe it resulted in food poisoning. Unfortunately, he was so sick that we missed our flight and had to end our vacation a day early. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. When we informed the front desk about what had happened, the only response we received was that they would process our early checkout. A simple apology or some expression of concern would have meant a great deal during such a stressful experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing end to what should have been a wonderful trip, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to help prevent similar situations for future guests.

The room, grounds and amenities were all clean and well maintained. The service and staff outside of the front desk were all amazing. We found the people working the front desk to be a little rude and unhelpful. Maybe this was because I do not speak fluent spanish.

Stayed 3 nights

The hotel overall was okay. The food and drinks were okay as well nothing special. We arrived around 5pm and could not find food because the restaurants were closed and wouldn’t be open till dinner so the only thing that was left was the lunch buffet by the pool. Stale fries and only 3 hamburgers left. We were a group of 12 and the employees seemed annoyed that we were such a big group. It’s also a very small seating area so we had to stand while we ate because we were not allowed to take our food to the lounge chairs next to the pool. This was the first hotel that I’ve stayed at where you can’t order food while hanging out at the lounge chairs.
