One of the friendliest places, immaculate grounds and property and we’ve traveled a lot! The accommodations were exactly as described and views of the Sea of Cortez were phenomenal. We enjoyed the Sear restaurant several times and the waiter offered to show us the kitchen after our meal. That was a sweet surprise, but at every turn there were surprises and sweet gifts given to us. Oh, the spa is amazing! We enjoyed the walkable beach and whale watching from our veranda plus at breakfast each morning. We will definitely go back! In fact, it may become an annual destination for us based on the experience this week. Love this place!!!

It was a great four days here. The staff, the service, the property and amenities were top notch and left nothing to be desired. We were pleasantly surprised by all the activities they had for the kids - including a smores session and a movie night among the palm trees. Wonderful memories. We are definitely planning on returning here someday!

Beautiful location and some exceptional staff members. Room was fine (dark, leak from shower, older bathroom) but not great compared to Montage or Las Ventanas. Food was generally very good but pricey even based on other similar resorts. Overall, older property with an incredible location, very good service but feeling its age. Also lots of kids (it was spring break), this is a great property for families especially with breakfast included.

There is not a single negative thing I can think of during our stay for our honeymoon. Best service resort we have ever been to. Our hosts were very attentive and went above and beyond to meet any request. The grounds were stunning and meticulously maintained. Very clean rooms. Very impressed.

This property is unbelievably unique in that it is surrounded in meticulously lush landscaping in such an otherwise arid environment. It is so beautifully maintained that you feel transported to paradise each time you step out of your room... which is also beautifully appointed. Difficult to say what I don't like about the property but it is likely going to need some cosmetic updates in the coming years.

We had a wonderful trip to the One and Only Palmilla. This was our fourth time there, and it is our favorite place in Cabo. It is the staff that make this place so special. Everyone says hello and look genuinely happy to be there! They make you feel so welcome. Ramiro, Fabiola, and Solomon in the Aqua restaurant took great care of us, and Cesar and Guillermo were great hosts! We loved the fabulous breakfasts, Aqua, the fitness center, juice bar, and spa. We will for sure be back to visit!

Superb is an understatement. Perfect service. Stunning grounds. Gifts every night in the room. Our butler Enrique met our every need and was at our service 24/7. I have traveled the world for 40 years. I have never encountered more perfect service and facilities. The paths are scented with incense. Free foot massage at your chair at the pool. Michelin star chef. perfect location and views. Nothing better anywhere in the world.

I would highly recommend this property if it falls within your desired price point.

Very beautiful grounds - much more lush than other similarly priced hotels near by which are more desert like. The staff is amazing, the amenities are amazing. But if you think the cost of the room is expensive, wait till you order a beverage by the pool ... each Margarita is around $50. And meals are also crazy expensive, which is kind of annoying since you aren't that close to other dining options. Supposedly the sushi at the near by Palmilla mall is good/better priced, but we didn't go.

The property is beautiful, quiet, classy, and very private. It’s felt a bit isolated for me personally but if you are looking for pure relaxation and no excitement or entertainment it’s the perfect place to vacation. I will definitely be back, however it will be based on my mood and what I’m looking for in a vacation.

The One and Only really is epitome of outstanding service and well appointed accommodation and the best way to relax on a holiday. The food and beverage offering is exceptional. Service is next level and the team are so welcoming and you can tell they love where they work. We will definitely come back again to visit this beautiful resort again.

The One&Only Palmilla is on our shortlist of favorite & best resorts anywhere in the world. I must commend and thank our amazing hosts Diana and Yune. They were so delightful and helpful! They exemplified the ideals of O&O as did all other members of the staff we met while there. Service is not the problem... The service is impeccable and the property is immaculate so it pangs me to give a 4 star review. It should be a 5. I want to give a 5. But in good consciousness, I can't. The food did not live up to the expectation set for every other aspect for the brand. Our dinners were underwhelming yet F&B is so much a part of the overall experience when selecting an ultra-luxury property. Something has slipped and I can only hope it will get addressed before our next visit. When we first visited the hotel in 2017, we were blown away with Suviche. Not anymore. We get far better Sushi at a couple of our hometown Sushi restaurants north of Atlanta, GA. Agua was underwhelming, even a let-down. Our family of 4 adults ordered a variety of dishes - all okay, none were great. Okay is not good enough for O&O. So, after a couple of meals at O&O, we started exploring local options to have dinner off-resort. Maybe that's a good thing, but it shouldn't feel necessary. Worth noting - we had stayed at Viceroy with our adult daughters before moving to O&O. The food was better there. We still love it & we'll be back. Please, just fix the dining. Blow us away next time.

Beautiful property , excellent room, great food, and friendly staff. My only complaint was restaurant, spa, and shop prices were excessively high. Even without a cocktail , lunch was $75 for 2 chicken tacos and tea…90 min massage $569…, prices greater than any other high end resort I’ve visited.
