El hotel está bastante tranquilo y las instalaciones se encuentran limpias, el hotel es algo viejo pero en general mantienen bien las instalaciones. A pesar de que cuentan con estacionamiento, el espacio es muy reducido y tienen pocos cajones para la cantidad de habitaciones, ese punto definitivamente le resta puntos.

El internet terrible, nunca pude usarlo bien, hubieron dos fiestas, una en viernes otra en sábado donde los invitados podían usar la alberca, con tanta gente la alberca estaba muy sucia. Nos habíamos hospedado varias veces antes, pero ahora si fue molesto, no tanto la cantidad tan grande de gente en la alberca, sino el que estaba sucia el agua de la alberca.

A la llegada en recepción muy amables y cordiales, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas y limpias, el problema la alfombra muy sucia desgastada con olor a humedad desgastada la orilla que deja al descubierto la base con clavos de forma peligrosa si andas descalza. Los muebles con suciedad ya acumulada que no inspira poner las cosas sobre estos. En el baño la tina muy resbalosa, no es muy segura al bañarse. Deberían quitarla y dejar el espacio de la regadera así. No todos los días dejan jabón shampoo pues solo si ven que se van acabando. Dejan 2 botellitas de agua pero después ya no dejan nada.

El internet pésimo en las habitaciones, para escribir está reseña tuve que utilizar mis propios datos , no tienen un router cerca para subir contenido, tuve la mala experiencia que mi habitación presentó una fuga de agua 💧 aunque cabe recalcar que me trasladaron a una nueva habitación con la solución del problema a la brevedad .personal amable y resolutivo.

Hice una reservacion por la aplicación, a costo de 1600, al llegar segun ya no habia la que reserve, me dieron una doble y en la aplicacion costaba menos, y me la dejaron al mismo precio, no respetaron ni me dieron solucion, la aplicacion muestra habitaciones que ha no estan disponibles y todavia cuando pague las empleadas no tenian cambio y me tuvieron esperando mucho.

Esta bien ! Solo que se ve descuidado, como antiguo, el servicio fue amable, por alguna razon escuchas las conversaciones de los demás huéspedes y eso no deja descansar, y bueno ojalá y los horarios en la alberca y la salida fueran un poquito más largos 🙏🙏🙏 a veces solo vamos por trabajo y prácticamente llegamos solo a dormir no disfrutamos del hotel . Y bueno la zona alrededor no es tan bonita pero es céntrico ! Si lo recomiendo!

It's also only about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which is very convenient. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Also, the Angelina's Mixology Bar located downstairs is open until 1 a.m. and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there.

No me gusta que el hotel sea alfombrado, eso me parece antihigiénico. El internet es pésimo, la conectividad es lenta y no lo recomiendo para gente que utilice video conferencias. El restaurante que tiene es bonito pero no abre los días lunes ni el martes, eso obliga a salir a la calle y por la noche hay que caminar mucho para llegar a un buen restaurante.
