Me atrajo mucho esta propiedad porque tenia muy buenas reseñas en la página de Hoteles.com y la página de Internet del hotel prometia mucho. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y es quizá su mejor carta, pero el hotel tiene problemas de diseño y operación graves, por ejemplo, yo nunca pude regular la temperatura del agua en la regadera ya que cuando crees que lo has logrado, al siguiente segundo el agua sale helada o hirviendo y tienes que salirte sel chorrl de inmediato, esto resalta la mala idea de no tener piso antiderrapante en la regadera, tiene cintas antideslizantes, pero claro, hay zonas del piso muy resbalosas. Los canales de TV, pese a tener televisión por cable, pones un canal y pueden pasar hasta 30 segundos con la pantalla en negro antes de que la imagen aparezca. Su estacionamiento es muy reducido y cuesta trabajo maniobrar al interior, el techo es demasiado bajo, asi que al abrir tu cajuela, debes detenerla para que no golpee las tuberias que pasan por el techo. La verdad es que esperaba mucho más y me voy decepcionado del hotel.

Rooms have no closet! No removable hangers in a cabinet, difficult to hang cloth and not high enough to keep the cloth hanging correctly. Hotel is a mix of new and very old, they still have entry door locks with keys, very inconvenient; They have “push here” stickers in the draw cabinets and a glass water bottle with peel off sticker of the hotel’s name where you can buy it :( They have a great restaurant attached to the lobby with great food, had breakfast twice and it was good, other than that, hotel, price and are is very good

Overall the hotel was ok. You could hear talking in the rooms above and next door. Came home one night and the key to turn on the light was not working so had to pack up and change rooms in the dark. Ran out of water on the last day. It was a great location to shopping and restaurants.

Estacionamiento reducido, desayuno incluido en el hospedaje suficiente al efectuar el check out " suplique " que me efectuaran mi factura por tema de viáticos y no la enviaban por mail , fue necesario regresar al hotel por mi factura impresa antes de regresar a Querétaro y solo así efectuaron la facturación me entregaron impresa y enviaron por mail

Rooms have no closet! No removable hangers in a cabinet, difficult to hang cloth and not high enough to keep the cloth hanging correctly. Hotel is a mix of new and very old, they still have entry door locks with keys, very inconvenient; They have “push here” stickers in the draw cabinets and a glass water bottle with peel off sticker of the hotel’s name where you can buy it :( They have a great restaurant attached to the lobby with great food, had breakfast twice and it was good, other than that, hotel, price and are is very good

El inmueble esta estuoendo, el servicio a la habitacion es incompleto ya que no recogen los platos sucios, no comoletan el servicio, no manejan terminal por lo que se debe estar pasando a pagar directamente. Es un lugar donde hay mucho ruido en fin de semana, los bares y sañones de fiestas hacen que se hospeden oersonas que van de fiesta pornlo que no se respeta el horario de cero ruido despues de las 10 pm. Es limpio, recepcion amable, comida rica y de calidad. Ruidoso en fin de semana, no se descansa bien.

Hicimos reservación y pagamos un extra para tener desayuno incluído. Realmente no vale para nada la pena, nos dieron 1 café y un par de huevos nadamás, además de que se tardaron en atendernos más de 15 min y el servicio fue pésimo.

Overall the hotel was ok. You could hear talking in the rooms above and next door. Came home one night and the key to turn on the light was not working so had to pack up and change rooms in the dark. Ran out of water on the last day. It was a great location to shopping and restaurants.
