El agua de la regadera escurre por el piso y se forman charcos en la habitacion, la TV pierde la señal continuamente, la puerta de entrada a la habitacion arrastra en el piso, el wi-fi se pierde cada que sales de la propiedad y tienes que abrir la secion y dar las contraseñas cada que regresas al hotel, la alberca y el gimnasio no funcionan por remodelacion, pero esto no lo mensionan cuando haces tu reserva.

Habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas, a pocos minutos a pie del malecón y de la plaza de Armas, la alberca es pequeña pero suficiente para darse un chapuzón, el baño me parece pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación pero es funcional.

The Holiday Inn was so clean!! Our room was perfect for 2, we had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit worked great, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff were so friendly!

Hotel is lovely and very clean. We had the king room and had a lot of space. Breakfast is included and is very delicious. The waiters are so nice and all speak English. Getting a ride was easy. The front desk will all one for you. Highly recommend staying here. We visited June 2023

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y algo incomodas, la que me dieron estaba frente a la Piscina por lo tanto siempre había ruido, el desayuno buffete bastante malo, escaso de platillos y sin sazón, es buen hotel en promedio pero no regresaría al menos al de Veracruz.

Todo bien, únicamente tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en la regadera, tarda demasiado en salir y sale fresca/tibia. Un poco de mantenimiento al hotel no le caería nada mal. Pero fue un buen lugar para quedarse.

Llegue a las 11 AM avisé mi llegada a recepción … esperé a las 3 para el check In, y por temas de transporte regresé a las 5 pm y me entregaron mi habitación hasta las 6 de la tarde … alegando q era temporada alta … habitación con detalles . Aire acondicionado con goteras … en fin mal servicio

En lo personal la habitación que nos tocó llegando el clima empezó a gotear, y como a las 23:00 hrs en de plano se descompuso esa hora tuvimos q marcar para que lo revisaran, en fin el uento fue que nos cambiaron de habitación a esa hora En cuanto al Internet, jamás logramos tener buena señal, solo unos dos minutos y se notaba.

Old hotel, poor water pressure and barely warm water. Big spacious rooms but coffee maker and cheap coffee but no cream or sugar. Some staff more pleasant than others. Breakfast is decent but small. Missed the mark on towels. 1 bottle of water in room for 2 people...weird not typical HI stuff like that. Very central. Free parking.

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente si quieres estar en el centro, todo muy limpio, la atención del personal fue excelente. Hay opción de desayuno buffet el cual está bueno, le falta un poquito de más variedad.

Very mediocre place that is obviously trying to renovate but the moldy smell meets salty hot ocean is not pleasant at all! The history of the hotel is beautiful with the original tile work and arched doors in the courtyards. Could rate the restaurant a 3 at best. Wilted lettuce and tomatoes on salad and presentation of food was non existent unless you are into brown guacamole. Impossible to sleep with smell in my room.I could taste the disinfectant they sprayed before we checked in. This will be my last choice in a hotel if I return to Veracruz especially at almost $200 USD a night.

The Holiday Inn was so clean!! Our room was perfect for 2, we had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit worked great, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff were so friendly!

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente si quieres estar en el centro, todo muy limpio, la atención del personal fue excelente. Hay opción de desayuno buffet el cual está bueno, le falta un poquito de más variedad.

Las instalaciones en general muy agradables, solo que la última noche cayó un aguacero y hay una gotera tremenda en el baño de la habitación 222, se reporto para que la repararán, así como el lunes no había variedad en el buffet ofrecido como en otros días, también se reportó eso.

Hotel is lovely and very clean. We had the king room and had a lot of space. Breakfast is included and is very delicious. The waiters are so nice and all speak English. Getting a ride was easy. The front desk will all one for you. Highly recommend staying here. We visited June 2023
