Magnifique endroit, le restaurant, bar, espace café-boutique, les articles dans la chambre. Par contre, une vingtaine d’enfants criaient à tue tête à la piscine, courraient, avait des cannettes dans le spa, les lançaient, un père avait sa cannette d’alcool dans le spa, les parents ne disaient rien. Il y avait bien des caméras, mais la limite de 10 personnes dans la piscine étaient clairement dépassée. On y allait pour relaxer, c’est raté. Les enfants sont des enfants, mais quand même les parents ne respectent pas les consignes… Autrement, soirée et nuitée agréables.

Terrible Experience – Not Safe or Supportive I booked this hotel expecting a safe and relaxing weekend for me and my daughter. We drove from New York to Quebec, and from the start, the experience was disappointing. The border patrol was rude and unwelcoming, making sarcastic comments that set a negative tone for the trip. When we checked in on Friday, I parked my SUV in a spot within walking distance of the lobby, near the spa facility. The next morning, I discovered my car had been broken into and someone had attempted to steal it. When I reported this to the hotel staff, the manager told me that although the parking lot was on hotel property, they weren’t responsible for what happened. They also refused to offer a refund for the night I didn’t stay, directing me to call Expedia for that. The lack of assistance from the hotel was frustrating. I called 911 three times to file a report and receive a police report for my insurance claim. I was told someone would call me back, but I didn’t hear from the police until Monday afternoon—two days later! This entire experience was a nightmare, and I will never return to Canada or stay at any Sheraton hotel again. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe or supportive stay.

A little work to do on the sauna, the dry one. It was never hot enough or not at all. Wayy too much chlorine in the pool and jaccuzzi. But overall very nice stay. Staff was nice, and professionnal. Place was clean and tidy. A little bit overprice for the breakfast unfortunatly. We appreciated our time. My husband and I work in the spa and hotel industrie in trois rivières. We love to see how other places do.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was! Amazing amenities like the pool and sauna, and there was also a spa. The dining was fantastic and the atmosphere was great overall lovely time.

Close to everything so that's good but I was expecting a lot more for a 350$ night stay. The room itself is smaller than usual and very noisy. The beds didn't have proper covers and there weren't enough towels for the 4 of us. However, it is located beside a huge shopping mall and has a single exit lane for all hotel, restaurants, and mall customers. Took us 45 minutes just to get out of the parking facing many STOP signs where not many drivers respect basic courtesy. Lots of horns and impatient drivers.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. My fiancé and I paid for breakfast and specifically informed both the waiter and waitress that we do not eat pork due to our religious beliefs. They assured us there would be no pork on our plates, yet we were both served pork in our meals not once, but twice. This was completely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. In addition, the cleanliness of our room was far below standard. Despite bringing this to the attention of the front desk, no effort was made to resolve the issue. The hot tub and pool area were also in very poor condition. On Saturday evening, there were over 13 people crowded in the hot tub, making it impossible for us to use it. When we returned early the next morning around 6:05 a.m., we noticed it had not been cleaned at all it was extremely dirty and unsanitary. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Something needs to be done to improve the cleanliness, staff training, and overall quality of service. I have attached photos for reference and will not be staying here again.

We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was not made properly a single time during our stay. It was not made at all the third day despite us leaving in the morning to come back at 10:30 pm. What does that mean? They would not put new towels after removing the old ones... every day we had to ask for clean towels. They did not remove the trash. So at the end of our stay some of it was there since day 1. They never bothered replacing the coffee supplies so we ran out of coffee pouches the second day since there was two of them. The amenities and hotel itself are great though. Location is convenient but it is located alongside a highway and it is extremely busy / noisy. Lots of noise coming through the windows. We cranked the a/c fan to cover the noise... but again i did not expect such old units in a renovated sheraton. Straight out of the 90s. More midern hotels have central air and are thus quiet. Pool and saunas were great. Because of the room/service problens, I cannot recommend this stay and would go as far as to say that it tarnishes the Sheraton brand.

The Sheraton Laval makes a great first impression from the outside and in the lobby, but the rooms tell a different story. The wallpaper in my room was peeling, the overall humidity made the space uncomfortable, and the in-room fridge was so weak it couldn’t keep bottled water cold. For the price charged, the experience simply does not meet expectations. Unfortunately, it feels closer to a 2-star stay than the quality one would expect from a Sheraton.

A very bad night. The hotel wasn't at full capacity. Our neighbors were extremely noisy. They were arguing and crying. We could hear everything. The hotel should space out the guests; the walls are definitely not soundproofed.

Hotel was clean and wonderful. The gym amd pool were also well maintained. The only downside was the noise. The first jight, we were in a room facing the highway. It was so noisy that we couldnt sleep at all. We asked to be changed for a different room for the second night amd the staff was wonderful and accommodating. We got another room much quieter and had a good night sleep. I would come back again if we can get a quiet room.

Notre chambre était directement à côté de l’autoroute, c’est comme si nous dormions à l’extérieur. Lits double, alors que nous avions demandé des grands lits. (Faux lits queen!!!) Le lobby était super beaux mais les chambres étaient très désuètes.

The entrance and lobby are fantastic A few disappointing parts were: -unfortunately I was woken up at approximately 1130pm to someone vacuuming right out in the hallway After struggling to get to sleep with the noise filtering in from the highway outside - there were several broken things in the room that were either not repaired or poorly fixed Otherwise was clean and comfortable

We were there this weekend with our soccer team. We spent a lot of money. The female manager spent the entire shift on Saturday intimidating the kids, threatening to call the police. I travel a lot for work and I can understand the frustration of other guests, so why rent to teams? This hotel is unfriendly to children. Beautiful hotel, but not family friendly.

Carrefour Laval was next door. Pool, hot tub, and shower hot water/head was great. Lobby was impressive. What i didnt like was the increased price for long weekend, no included breakfast, no free hot chocolate. Overall great stay!

Everything was great - it was clean, room service was done well replenishing anything we used. We loved the little cafe downstairs that was open 24/7. If was so helpful, I'd stay here just for that again. The only issue we had were 2 salads we took to go on our last day. They had been pre-packaged and unfortunately the strawberries were moldy which we only discovered when we were on our road trip home. Other than that, no complaints.

We had access to the club lounge with our room. The variety of cold and hot hors d'oeuvres and beverages served there during dinner hours was really great. The breakfast served in the club lounge has many cold and hot options as well. The fact that it's available 24/hours for soft drinks, coffees, teas and snacks is also perfect. Even though the room is outdated, the bed was exactly what we needed for a good night of sleep. There's a tv with access to Netflix/Amazon. Room service menu was great and is cooked by the hotel restaurant. They were fast and the food was warm and delicious. The amenities (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and pool) were fantastic. Theres's also a gym. Overall, we'd recommend the club lounge room for all the extra options included. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to come back!
