Very happy with this weekend away, had a show at Place Bell, so great location! We walked to the venue and the mall across the street! Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and even though it's not a must have, we were very please with the charging station for electric cars. We'll be back!

Very disappointed that upon arrival we were told the pool and restaurants were closed due to Reno’s, we booked this specific hotel for those amenities, they were shown on this site, there was no warning that they would not be available and all we were offered was 15% off a restaurant offsite.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was generally clean and safe. The location was amazing. However during the bookings it said that it had a restaurant and a pool, but in reality the hotel was on renovation and we couldn't use any of them. The management was super greedy, the advertisement was showing that the breakfast was included, but on the first morning we learnt that it was not included. To make it even worse, they asked $3.75 for a cup of coffee saying that you do not have breakfast option with your reservation. It is not a good approach if someone is paying almost $1,000 to your hotel and you refuse to serve them a cup of coffee.

The elevator was extremely slow, and there are no stairs from the lobby. So the only option to get to your floor is to use the elevator. You can use the stairs to exit the building, but it spits you out in the back of the hotel, which is nowhere close to the parking lot.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t clean. The towels had brown mess on them (at least three) and the toilet and tub had the same brown mess as well, I could be wrong but it looked like vomit. We didn’t realize this until we returned from a late dinner after our already late check in. I called down when I noticed (grabbed the towel to wipe my mouth after brushing! Ugh ew!) and they did right the wrong, I will say that! They didn’t have any other rooms available but they did immediately send someone up to clean the bathroom and replace the towels. The staff was courteous and understanding about the mess. The main sleeping area while not noticeably messy like the bathroom felt gross. It was terribly humid and the only way to get any relief was to make the room freezing cold. I had a smell that I can’t put my finger on but it wasn’t pleasant. We opened the windows (I think that helped?) The lamp in between the beds was broken and wobbly and the light fixture on the wall had a flickering bulb and buzzing sound. You couldn’t sit at the desk in the chair (no room) … was i penning letters? No.. but the room was so cramped and it made it difficult to have four of us in there… I would have liked no desk. What I am most upset about was the rate. We were there for a wedding which happened to be during Grand Prix weekend in Montreal. They took an event happening near by and exploited it by charging a RIDICULOUS amount for those disgusting rooms. Won’t be back.

Le personnel très amical et les chambres propres. Près d'une autoroute, donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Bouchons nécessaire si votre chambre fait face à l'autoroute et que vous avez le sommeil léger. Les chambres sont adéquates, quoi qu'ils ont probablement besoin d'un rafraichissement. Par exemple, la pomme de douche lousse et impossible à ajuster. Il y a beaucoup de compétiteurs aux alentours et je les ai tous visités lors de différents séjours. Pour Laval, je place cet hôtel au milieu, pas extra, mais loin d'être terrible.

We were not tell on the moment of the reservation that there was renovations on going and that the restaurant and gym were closed. The fridge in the room was making so much noise that we had to unplugged it. Bathroom was not as clean has espected, soap was missing No usb plug available in the room. AC makes an awfull sound when starts. For the price we paid the room, really disappointed

The AC wasn't working, the room was extremely hot. It smelled of stale cigarettes and was in bad shape. We checked out a night early, one of the worst sleeps.

Was here for a business stay, room was cleaned everyday, beds were comfortable. I was impressed by the breakfast options at the downstairs restaurant and dinner at Chez Lionel, both were significantly better than any hotel restaurant of this star level. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had to wait over an hour before we were checked in, which was very unpleasant, especially after a long trip. The front desk staff told us bluntly our room wasn't ready, so we should go and come back, took our number to call us back and never did. We came back after almost 2 hours and another staff checked us in (she was nicer). The hotel was generally clean but the pool was not!

AC was fine, breakfast was 21,98 $ for a stale buffet horrible, the hotel is under renovation I wish you told Me that so I could've chose a different hotel, the front desk at checking was very shady, she gives us just one room until I asked what about the second room and she told Me that it's only four of us and there are two Queen bed's in the room , I had to remind her that I pay for two rooms after that she asked for My card for deposit even though I already paid and I was supposed to be reimbursed when I was checking out but the lady that was there told Me that it will take a few days to get the money back in the account, I am not happy .

Room clean but the Hotel was under major contruction which was loud during day. Pool closed. Staff unhelpful and pretty and much said if you didnt book through Expedia you would have known about the contruction. There was also a loud team of female athletes staying that kept my partner up being loud.

The hotel is fine, no issues. The breakfast, for which I was charged $25 was appalling - there were no eggs, potatoes and the few sausages were old. I would appreciate being refund for me and my son, who barely ate anything.

It was not my first option but I mostly enjoyed my stay, and It was close to where I needed to be. Food was good at the breakfast nook, but was not impressed by the menu choices at the restaurant attached so did not eat there. I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was only open Thurs-Sun. One of the reasons I picked this hotel as my alternate was because it had a pool. Finding out it was closed on the days I was there was very disappointing. Pool days/hours should have been noted somewhere on their website so I could have looked further for a hotel that had a pool that would be open. Overall the hotel was clean, staff were helpful & pleasant, room was nice and adequate for my two-day stay. The pool situation was the only disappointment.
