We love the rooms and the service. The area around the hotel is easy to access anything you need and is close to all kinds of restaurants. It’s easily accessible to the highways.

They really make you feel at home. The service is excellent, and the location is sooo convenient, with quick access to both Montreal and the North Shore. CentrOpolis is right nearby, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and activitie, The Grand Times Hotel Laval has become my go-to hotel several times a year, whether I’m travelling for business or for a personal stay. Always a great experience!

The hotel was clean and pleasant, with a very beautiful exterior and entrance. The staff were helpful. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom door was not very practical. The bathroom amenities were also limited, as only shampoo and shower gel were provided, with no hair conditioner. The breakfast was disappointing and consisted mostly of cold food. We asked if fried eggs or omelettes were available, but unfortunately, they were not. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel, and it was definitely worth it. The parking fee was reasonable. The elevator requires a room key card to access the guest floors, which can be slightly inconvenient, but it is a good security feature. Overall, the hotel was clean and attractive, but improving the breakfast, pillows, and room amenities would make the experience much better.

The room that we had was very beautiful. I really liked the decorations. I do say the breakfast needed to be a tad bit better. There should be more options. We did have a problem with the AC leak leaking. When we told the staff downstairs we were accommodated with a new room so that was helpful very polite staff For parking. It is a little bit of a shame that is not free parking to the hotel.
