This property is an absolute disgrace. No maintenance, entrance road with huge potholes, luggage trolleys that are rickety and unsafe, elevator is extremely unsafe. The owners have made no investment in the upkeep of this property.

The elevator was scary and noisy, the carpet in my room is fraying at the door and the computer chair in the foom was pealing on the seat. Used to much

I liked that the water pressure was really good for the shower. It was nice and quiet, with good air conditioning. I loved there was cable that you did not need a device to use. I did not like having to walk past multiple smokers in the parking lot to get to my car. The entry to the parking lot from the main road is in bad condition and needs to be repaved not sure if the city or the hotel is responsible for that. Overall good stay.

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. However, when we got to our room the door was propped open, so I had to check the room before letting my daughters in the room. Wardrobe was hanging off the hinges. Laundry room featured in the photos is none existing and breakfast was sub-pare. Road into the hotel has deep pot holes and no lights, so beware if you arrive in the dark.

The hotel needs to do some maintenance and the driveway coming in almost took off my muffler with potholes be careful

The road on the property is full of holes and difficult to avoid driving in.

The hotel itself was wonderful, staff were pleasant. But the roadway leading up to the hotel (not your responsibility directly I am sure) almost forced me to turn around & book somewhere else. The parking lot itself was also not great, some slopes & sink holes that an elderly person would have had problems traversing. The location is fantastic btw. I do business with the airport in Moncton so access was just the right distance,

Did not sleep a wink, the next door room was partying and phone calls to front desk did not help at all. Carpets old and stained, but bedding clean and beds good. Road to hotel has many potholes and feels a bit like a back road. Won't stay here again.

The room was clean . The staff was friendly and helpful. The driveway was full of big pot holes . The rugs in the hallway were stained. The garbage outside was full with other garbage on top for the two days that we were there.

the only thing,the driveway really needs to be paved.there are big holes in pave.

Face clothes were dirty, there was hair in them both. Quite disgusting.

The bathroom was disgusting, I have stayed in hostels that had cleaner amenities than this hotel did. The carpet in the room smelled and there was hair in the bed that was there upon arrival. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.

It was just a time away for me. Found cob webs in the room, the toilet leaked, the shower had a leak, stains on carpet.

First room we were put in the bed wasn’t made all the sheets and bedding all ripped off the bed stirring in the middle of it. Went back down to reception to get another room this room was nice except for the awful smell of mold coming from the moldy shower curtain. I called down to reception and they said they would try to find us another room but at this point is was all most 11pm and we had been in the road all day, the lady from the counter came up and said she couldn’t believe how awful the room smelled or the condition of the shower curtain. Terrible

Carpets were dirty. Couch was dirty and tub surrounds was dirty. Halls were dirty and smelled musty.

The heat/ac did not work in our room. Thankfully the windows opened. But that meant you had to listen to highway traffic all night. There was no plugs for phones and c-pac machine, we had to pull the bed out from the wall to access them and the floor was filthy and full of candy wrappers. The driveway to the hotel was terrible and full of pot holes. The beds were comfortable, but I question how clean they were as we noticed several questionable spots on them. I will never stay here again.

DIRTY! DIRTY! Hairs on sheets, multiple, sheets all wrinkled as were slept with. Pictures dusty, edge of carpet torn and very dusty, bathroom caulking pink areas which is start to moulding as well as pink on shower walls in the grooves of tiles. Room definetly needs TLC. Not a pleasant stay due to these issue's for our 45th anniversary which the staff was aware of. We stayed here a couple years ago and had none of these issues so we were surprised. The staff did come change the sheets as this was our immediate concern. As an FYI the mattress itself is severly stained so perhaps time to change the mattress to avoid bed bugs. Definetly shampooed at the least.

This hotel needs to be updated. It wasn't clean. There was mold in the shower. The flush was broken and in need if repair. The carpet along the wall was torn. It needed to a thorough cleaning.

It was so dirty. There was food, rocks and garbage on over the floor. The 2 beds had stains including (huge red juice stains) and multiple blood stains on the sheets which was shown to the receptionist. We were given extra sheets to change the beds ourselves. The bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain. Very dirty and not worth the money. Management was suppose to call and no calls have been received yet for compensation.

Not overly clean, mold on ceiling in the shower. The pull out bed had hair elastics from the previous guests. I informed the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised. Won’t stay here again, paid $386 for one night.

We were placed on the 1st floor near the side entrance. I would not recommend this room as the back door slams shut and it shakes the walls. It’s loud enough to awake you from a deep sleep.

Hotel itself is not too bad, but if you require Internet access, forget about it. It was up and down like a yoyo and gave up entirely later in the evening. Never got higher than two bars on the third floor indicating not enough repeaters to cover the building and the speed was slower than molasses in January. also the cardlock did not work at the one entrance at the end of the building,

Dated, but I didn't mind that so much. The wifi was horrible, slow and would disconnect constantly. It was basically unusable.

Enjoyed the walkout room (I had my two large dogs with me). It’s an older building but kept up decently well. Floors could use some more insulation (lots of people with cement shoes above me) and some kind of loud motor/fan running constantly on the wall behind the headboard. Beds comfortable; quiet area.

I love the layout of the room. Mini apartment! Staff was friendly and checking was amazingly easy

All was okay with checkin. The place is older and needs updating. Carpet in room had black spot on floor. The heating cooling system was noisy, could hear out side traffic and people talking.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. I felt the rooms could have been a little cleaner. Some areas smelled like pee and the bedding had some staining. You could hear everyone in the rooms around us. So it isn't soundproof. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from. And i liked that we had two entrances into our room, outside and from the inside. And we had our own living room, seperate from the bedroom which was nice, especially with kids. And we had our own parking spot. Wifi was a little wonky. Kept cutting in and out, so that was kind of disappointing. Overall, it was an okay place to stay, but I done think we will be back unfortunately.

Directly beside the trans canada highway. Our room was the closest to it. Noise from the highway all night. We live in a rural area so we were unable to sleep with the almost constant noise. Sad to say we won’t ever stay here again for this reason.

Lots of parking although lane down to hotel had a lot of deep pot holes. Room was clean and spacious for the king suite. Breakfast had some good options but not much space for guests to move around each other as the main items were all in one corner.

The free breakfast was great. Lots of choices, etc. Room was clean. The internet was terrible. Couldn't keep connected for more than a few minutes at a time and when you have 3 children between 9-12 internet is a must.

Our check-in experience was terrible. Before arriving, I called the hotel directly to confirm whether I could use our group rate code if I booked through Expedia. I was told over the phone that I could apply it upon arrival — but once we got there, we were informed that wasn’t actually possible. This was very frustrating and misleading. The condition of the property also needs serious attention — the potholes driving into the hotel are massive and make a bad first impression. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The potatoes were completely undercooked, and the overall selection was very limited. It honestly felt embarrassing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Stay was very friendly. I had a mix-up on my travel dates and they corrected my booking error and took care of me.

Staff gave a key to my room to someone else, they opened my door and tried to come in.

The highlight of this stay was the staff. They were friendly, polite, and efficient.

Next time we are in moncton we will not be staying here. The staff seems tired qnd bothered by simple requests. While at breakfast we heart a staff member at desk tell a guest that that since she booked with a third party there was nothing she could help her with. We think she wanted a refund when traveller asked to see manager she said they dont have one, they cant keep one. We booked a big room and noted all 5 travellers in booking but when we got there the pullout (third bed) wasnt made. When we asked for bed linens they didnt offer to make up bed and told us all pillows were dirty. They gave 3 towels and when j aakes for 2 more so each guest had one i was told to wait until housekeeping came in in the morning. The rooms have enough paint to be bulletproof. Toilet seat was a hazard, hanging on by one side. Sink looked like it might fall through counter and ahower worked but again, faucet half falling off. Pull out sofa would probably criple an adult but my son (8) didnt mind. The regular beds in room, also lumpy and uncomfortable. We went down to get water for our water bottles before a day at magic mountain and water cooler was empty so husband asked the front desk guy oh changed it and made quite the mess of water on floor and called it down and left the water lol. At checkout I didnt mention any if this and instead greated the desk person with a friendly hello and explained I was checking out. There was visible sighing as ahe had to so something. Do not recommend.

We arrived and the man at the reception showed me the amount on my invoice. It was higher that what Hotels.com had for us. He couldn't change the amount because there is a "sustainability" fee that he says is compulsary. His supervisor was not inhouse then. At checkout, we went to reception to correct the amount and still no supervisor, so no credit. When we got home and looked at our account, the amount charged was still different from what Hotels.com told us it would be, but slightly lower than their original invoice. This is the first time the amount at hotel reception is different from the reservation at Hotels.com

Staff were very pleasant. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

The property is very close to pretty much everything we wanted to do including Magnetic Hill Zoo and Magic Mountain. It is pretty dated and probably more suited to business travel than family travel. Overall though not a bad place to stay.

Perfect location. Nice room. Decent size mini fridge.

The hotel was very nice to stay at but not so easy to get to with it being behind a hardware store .

This property is great location for proximity to Magnetic Hill, casino and many shops and restaurants.

Very loud with the people up above. Easy driving access to casino. Good place to stay

We were driving to Nova Scotia from Ontario. It was easy on and off the highway. The map you see makes it look a ways from the highway, but less then 5 minutesfrom the highway exit. Getting back on was less. The breakfast was very good with options. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable and rooms spacious. Would stay there the next time we go down.

Breakfast was something to be desired, not enough seating, not enough food. Charged for a damage deposit twice on the same day

Everything was very good excluding the breakfast - A waffle maker - fresh pastries - fruitcup - would be appealing.. Unfortunately the muffinss you serve are dry and the eggs patties are terrible 😕 If you put more effort into what you serve for breakfast it would be a game changer 👍

Cost was great and breakfast was a 6.5 out of 10

Everything was very good with this motel, especially for the price. The only one issue I had, was they had a pancake machine, but no butter or syrup out. Strange choice indeed. But everything else was great.

The breakfast room being part of the lobby and not well set up create lots of traffic from everywhere and a line up, with food running out because of low quantities. The housekeeping would also stay on the hallway most of the day and recycles were mixed with the garbage when cleaning up

We really enjoyed our room here. The breakfast is very good, but super crowded at 8:30. The women staffing the breakfast room are wonderful and going full out to look after the guests. We would definitely stay again.

Went down for breakfast at 8:45. No tables avalaible during the 15-20 I was there. No yogurt, no fruits, no orange juice (it's diluated with too much water). No pancake (machine is broken) No cheese no butter no honey, no muffin, no croissant. It is not called a breakfast. I asked at the lady and at the reception and I was told tomorrow. Beds are comfortable at least, but air conditioning was very noisy. We had to turn it off.
